Realistic estimates, thoughtful explanations of service, faster than expected completion on the damage of my car. Worked seamlessly with my insurance (PEMCO).I could not tell it was ever damaged in the first place once they were done fixing my car.They were also super nice.Be sure to give them a call before you come by, I think I surprised and confused them with my initial visit.

My car was stolen and recovered. We worked with Bernard as they worked with our insurance. James was excellent to talk to, outlined the assessment and the steps to fix the car. Gave me a timeline and updated me every few days, was truthful when there was a delay. Wonderful service and great work.

I had insurance work done on my Subaru Outback by Bernard after being firmly spanked in a rear ender. Bernard did a great job - the car looks and runs great. The job initially was estimated for 6 days, but they warned me it might take a couple of days more when they dug into the structure. And it did in fact take 8 days, so no surprise. Bernard was very communicative and did great work. This was the best experience I have ever had with a body shop.

This is one of the last body shops that takes care of the customer over insurance. They took care of my Ram Promaster van which won’t fit into most paint booths. Jerry the owner even took the time to measure his paint booth to make sure it fit. Anyone you speak to there will take care of you. I was lucky to go there. They fixed it in a timely manner and most importantly it looks like it was never in an accident! Take your car here and you won’t be disappointed! That’s why they have been there for 30 years, thank you Bernard’s!

This shop is truly great. I had some significant damage to my car from rear end collision, and they were fair, honest and really fantastic to work with. I was called with regular updates and really felt that my car was in great hands. Im pleased with the work they did and highly recommend them!

If it wasnt for these guys, Id have to buy a new car after each of 6 visits on my punch card...if they had such a thing. Perfect paint match and body work every time. Never does one see my car as one of those multi color, just a hue off types. Looks new at 12 years old! Thanks guys!!!

Thank you guys! Gary and his team are good and matched my paint very well! These guys I trust to do good work for a market price and with a great turn around time. They let me keep my car there a couple of days extra as well at no charge. Hard to find these days it seems. I dont mean to be nit picky but I would like to note that I did get my car back with a relatively significant amount of overspray on my hood after they repainted my fender that took me about 2 hours to clean off/ buff. Please cover all areas thoroughly when painting/clearing a portion of the car in the future...

Went here for car body repair. The work was pretty neat and clean. It is difficult to get an appointment, but once that is done there is no hassle. Would recommend this place for sure.

The right front end of my Range Rover was damaged and these guys had the expertise and know-how to repair the aluminum(!!!) quarter panel, bumper, and other bits and pieces, plus do a fantastic paint job that matched the rest of the vehicle perfectly. They had the sense to know when new parts werent necessary, saving me a lot of money. They had a number of other imports in at the time, including a Ferrari I was lucky enough to get a look at. This was at their old location north of Denny Park. When I need professional bodywork again, I look forward to visiting their new location on 128th.

They did a stellar job repairing front-end damage to my 2000 SLK in May. Some time in the last few days somebody tried to pry off a piece of the grill and bent it, leaving it dangling. I called Bernards to see if I could drop by today so they could look it over and Dave said come on in now. He wiggled the piece out of the bumper, straightened it and with some cool tools was able to re-attach it - good as new! Didnt even charge me. HIGHLY recommend Bernards.

Really great job on my Chevrolt Bolt. There was a little hickup with the blind spot detection after, but they took back my car and fixed everything at their expense. Their customer service is really great, they even gave me a rental because it was their mistake.Two thumbs up for Tom that was always patient with a difficult customer like me ;-)

These guys went above and beyond! I had what I thought was a leak. Turned out to be the drain hose in my sun roof was clogged and backing up into the interior of the back of my Subaru. They must have spent hours hunting that down and because they had done 2 body repairs for me in previous years they didnt charge for the work! Sweet! Unfortunately I was rear ended tonight :( Guess whos getting my business again to fix the bumper? OF Course! Bernard Import Bodyworks - these guys are fantastic.

They did a fantastic job on fixing my Volt

Safeco took my car here after someone ran into it while parked.They did OK with the exterior, but the shop lost my skid plate and cant find it now.Also there are scratches on my trunk I dont remember.It took them an extra couple of weeks because they ordered the wrong part, and now one of the wheels they worked on makes a weird scratching noise like theres a rock stuck in the rotor or something.I would not suggest this shop to anyone.
