Really confused by all of the positive reviews for this place. My husband went in for a quote and he said they were gruff and rude, acting like it was an annoyance to look at his car. When he followed up later to schedule the service (twice) he never even received the courtesy of a reply. So well be taking our business somewhere that is run more professionally and who are at least able to pretend that they value our business. Were sorry that we wasted our time talking to Knockout Auto Repair. Good luck if you can manage to reach these guys or get on their calendar. If you have some free time you might call them and congratulate them that business is so good that they neither need to be cordial to people nor respond to customer inquiries.

I will highly recommend this shop. The shops name speaks for itself; theyre going to fix your car like nothing had happened. The price is very competitive, they completed the job on the given time frame, and the repair is flawless. Roger is the man; hes been in the business for decades.

We are thrilled with the quality of work, I wasnt so thrilled that it took a week to get our car back. I know its tough dealing with vendors, but I do believe that there is ownership with timliness when you know that your vendors are taking longer. We will be back. Hoping not for anymore fender bender mishaps. Thank you for the great work.
