Set up an appointment weeks in advance to have an airbag recall replacement performed and scheduled an oil change at the same time out of convenience (Ive never taken my car to a dealership service center before to save on cost). When I arrived for my appointment (after waiting 10-15 minutes to be helped even though I was early to my appt) I found out that the service center might not have ordered the airbag but that theyd follow up with me about it if not. Instead, I found out at the end of the day when I came to pick up my car that they didnt have the airbag after all but they still did the oil change. I complained about how I wouldnt have done the oil change otherwise and got a 10% discount on it. On top of that, they sent me the video inspection of a completely different car and never sent me the correct video.At this point, I had to reschedule for more than a week later for the airbag to come in and do the whole process of taking the car in again. When I asked for an ETA on the car being done, the service adviser was slow to get back to me even though I told him I had a meeting scheduled close to their closing time. He was supposed to send me a link to take a Lyft to the dealership but he input the wrong phone number. This prevented me from making it to the dealership and I had to leave my car overnight.So much for being a luxury car dealership. Due to the poor communication and customer service Ill be taking their mechanics helpful service recommendations to be performed at another shop.
First rate service. The tech sends videos of what they inspected! I wont trust my Audi to anyone else. But their service loaner program is diabolical. They gave me a Q5 Hybrid. Now my wife wants one!
