I had them change my windshield years ago and was very pleased. However, I just recently had another windshield replacement service and they had shown me that the last job didnt do a great job at sealing the windshield so that I am having rust on the side where the sealant didnt apply. FYI, my car is always garaged and Cascade did my 1st windshield replacement since I bought my car. Now that I have to spend more money on repairing the rust along the side. Unacceptable.
Oscar came to my office and did the work and he was fantastic! He called earlier in the day to provide a clearer window of time to expect him. He did great work, excellent communication throughout, and he even recommended which wiper blades I should get (the ones I had were on their last leg). As a woman, I’ve had some poor experiences coordinating work on my car. I’d feel intimidated, communication was poor, I feel like a bother. This was the exact opposite of all that. I so appreciate it!

Oscar replaced my windshield last Thursday afternoon and his expertise and great customer service was fantastic. He was very friendly and I would not hesitant to recommend his to anyone needing a windshield replacement.
Oscar is the most disrespectful and rude technicians. Completely ignored texts and calls, then lied about not receiving the address change. Don’t get me wrong, the people that set up the appointment and offer support are nice. But Oscar was so terrible that he gave the whole company a bad name. I will never give this company my business again. Hopefully he receives the disciplinary action he deserves, and they can get their customer service up to par.
