Went in with a rock chip to my windshield and was out with a almost brand new looking piece of glass in like 20 minutes ! They were friendly and explained what had to be done to the glass beforehand aswell. I would definitely recommend quality auto glass for this service ! Before an after photos attached !
I had a great experience getting my windshield chip fixed at Quality Auto Glass! I appreciated how quickly they fit me into their schedule, and am grateful for Logans great job fixing the chip. Excellent experience, excellent service!
I was driving today and got a chip in my windshield. I have taken my care here for years and gave them a call. They fit me in last minute, took care of my car, and did a beautiful job. The people here are friendly, fair, and competent. I always feel comfortable taking my car here. Its nice to know that I can trust them to do the right thing. I am a proud customer of theirs.
Highly recommend and will use again. Shane was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and gave me clear options and information. Service was quick and the repair looks great.
This will be my go-to place for rock chip repairs and maybe for other things too. Logan helped me out, he did a great job and was so upstanding and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable, as is rare to see these days. Thank you, I will definitely be back when I need to! (Though I kind of hope I won’t need to)
Went in for a rock chip repair today. Cody was quick and friendly, and did a better job than another shop had done to a different chip a year prior. Great service and reasonable prices.
Logan did a great job explaining & repairing a chip in my windshield. Overall experience was quick and easy.
Shane at Quality Auto Glass was extremely helpful. Fixed my chipped windshield the same day I called. You can barely even tell it was chipped! Will be using their services again.
I had a good-sized chip in my windshield, so I called Quality Auto Glass and they were able to fit me in the same day. Cody repaired the chip quickly (only about 15 minutes). Thanks for the fast and efficient service!
I had a rock chip/crack (about 1), which quality auto glass repaired for $72. Driving away I noticed the crack was reduced to a single little dot, it looked good/ unnoticeable. Within one week, the dot had grown back to a 1/2 inch crack, almost where it was before. I called to ask about options which were:1. I pay for a whole new windshield out of pocket ($230+) and they apply the amount I already paid.I have insurance so option 2 is:2. Use insurance and pay my deductible ($100), but quality will not pay back the $72 I already spent. This puts me where I was before spending the $72 within one week. They said they are unable to try to fix a chip/crack more than once as it might ruin the windshield. Assuming its true, I had no chance to get my $72 back? For the option of using my insurance, Im just going to go somewhere else to get it replaced when its needed since I paid them $72 for absolutely nothing. If you get your chip repaired here, there is no guarantee and youre rolling the dice on potentially throwing your money away, so be careful.
I had a rock chip in my front suv window. Shane promptly gave me a time to come in and get it fixed same day. It took 20 minutes to fix the crack. The chip was not fixed to Shanes satisfaction so he didn’t charge me for the chip repair. He gave me information on fixing the entire window and how to move forward with a new window. They were kind and considerate. Very very helpful and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend & great quality service!About seven years ago I got my other cars windshield replaced here. It was quickly replaced with wonderful kind customer service. I remembered the wonderful customer service and the high-quality replacement from seven years ago which is why I came today.
Had a small rock chip on my windshield, took it in and said the repair went well and it was all good now. The chip began to spread out much farther so had to take it into another repair place. When they looked at the chip they said it looked like it hadnt even been touched before. Not much Quality in that repair...
Logan did a great job fixing the rock chip on my windshield! Quick and easy service. I would definitely recommend!
Logan did a great job on my rock chip repair and was so kind and courteous during my time at the shop! Would recommend to anyone in the area for their auto glass needs!
I had a small chip that was repaired within fifteen minutes, and looks great. We have two tiny chips on another car they repaired several years ago and they did such a great job we haven’t had any cracking.I would highly recommend Quality Auto Glass and will definitely visit this business again if/when we have more chips.
I go here every time I get a rock chip and theyre super fast, friendly and do amazing work. My last one almost looked like a bullet hole and now its barely visible. 👍👍
I had a couple rock chips and Bo was so amazing to work with. He and Cody were very accommodating and helpful. Class act! I would highly recommend them.
I normally dont write reviews, but Shane and the crew at Quality Auto Glass definitely earned a 5 star review from me. I had a slight emergency in the early afternoon of a Friday and needed a professional to fix the sunroof on my 2006 Toyota 4runner. After calling around to a few shops I was recommended to Quality Auto Glass. I gave Shane a call and he was happy to get me in right away. After about an hour of hard work, Shane had my sunroof completely fixed and I was on my way home right before the rain started again.Everything has been a greater challenge through the pandemic, but Quality Auto Glass was an exception. I appreciate the staff and that they all wore masks while working. I would recommend this shop for your auto glass needs. I havent used their detail services yet, but I did see them working on other vehicles and they looked like they were doing a great job.Thank you
Quality service indeed! I had a small chip on my A4 windshield which needed repair. Shane from Quality Auto Glass did a great job of fixing it. Easy to setup appointment and quick (less than 15mins) to fix the day off. Would recommend and use again.
Needed advice for my brother driving to Seattle to pick up his daughter from college. Rock cracked front windshield and they gave useful and thoughtful advice what to do. Recommended to waiting until returning home in case another crack occurred on the way back. Not easy finding competent people and they were.
Very professional and honest. I was very impressed and would recommend highly. Great job replacing a window on my very old car.
Fast, friendly, quality service! I had a small chip in my windshield that was starting to spread. I wanted to get it repaired before it turned into a crack that would require an expensive windshield replacement. I called Safelite, who works with my insurance company, but their first available appointments were over two weeks out. No good.I called Quality Auto Glass and they set me up with an appointment for the very next day! I had a 4:00 appointment and went prepared for the usual waiting that goes along with having work done on your car -- waiting to get your car in, then waiting for the work to be done, then waiting to pay the bill. Cody got me in promptly at 4:00 and I was back on the road by 4:16! Good luck getting Safelite or one of the other big outfits to perform their work so well! Thanks for the great service Quality Auto Glass!
John is a straight shooter, and I appreciate that. He’s very professional. My passenger side window was broken into while I was at the gym, and QAG put a temporary clear sheet over my window that day; I got my new window the following morning. Glass was everywhere, and the workers cleaned up 90% of it. I told them they literally picked up the pieces of my trauma. At first I was concerned because my windows wouldn’t lock when I turned on the SUV. John did some online research when I explained I was worried about driving around with unlocked windows. He put a lot of effort into trying to figure out what was wrong, and he and I both called shops to see if an electrician could help that day. John said if he caused the error then he’d pay for it. I was about to go to a shop when I realized the reason my doors weren’t locking was because the back left one wasn’t closed all the way. Basically, things had to be reset when the windows were replaced, and the door wasn’t sensed as open until afterward. Closing it firmly solved the issue, and all was well. Thanks, John and Quality Auto Glass! I hope I don’t need your services again, but it’s good to know you’re fair, honest, and professional. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Seattle area. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance if you don’t want to wait in their lobby. Check out the before and after photos.
Rear view mirror on Volvo SUV broke, Volvo shop couldn’t fix and said “You know who you should try, Quality Auto Glass on Aurora.” Sure enough they were right, Cody fix it with ease and a smile. Wouldn’t let me pay for the service either!!! Amazing goodness!
Quick. Friendly, and reliable service. Top Notch.
I had a chip in the window and made a same day appointment. I pulled up checked in and Cody immediately got to work. I was out of there in less than 15 minutes with a repaired windshield. Pleasantly surprised!
These guys are awesome, turned my bad day into a better day✨ Cody paid so much attention and detail when he was fixing my windshield chip and the best part was that it was all under 15 mins. So take your windshield chip, dental chip, tortilla chip, whatever kind of chip and cracks and these guys will get it fixed up for you!!
Good service, fast and good price. Totally recommended
They took great care of me when I came in for a rock chip repair. They were quick and easy to work with and I am very pleased with the results!
Quality Auto Glass is my goto when I need my windows replace. If you live in the ballard area you probably know that we have meddlers who enjoy breaking into your car windows to steal sh%* I went to these guys the first time after someone broke into my car and stole my jacket. They kept it for a couple days and had it ready and were very professional. For the 2nd time in less than a year some junky broke into my car AGAIN and stole my cleaning supplies! Quality Auto Glass recieved my call a few minutes before they were even open for business for the day and were able to replace my windows within only a couple hours. Their price is incredibly cheap. Didnt even have to use insurance and pay a thousand dollar deductible!
Discounted clay bar work was satisfactory.
A very helpful and friendly bunch of guys. I couldnt have been happier, they did two of my cars (3 rock chips total) in one day. Bringing my daughters car next!
Cody was super helpful fixing a crack in my windshield, got me in the next day and fixed it in 5 minutes. Thanks guys!
Excellent service! Shane had my window repaired and had me back on the road in 20min and for much less than I had expected. Solid 5 stars.
I had my windshield replaced here, last week. Simple, easy, quick.About five years ago, I had a break in, needed my drivers window replaced. Same folks, same work. It squeegees better than the factory window seals, still. And, they made my daughter, who was six then, a balloon animal 😄I dont know if theyll still make balloon animals, but they still do great glasswork.
These folks were awesome, helping me get my vehicle taken care of on a super tight schedule. Excellent price, very friendly and detailed in their explanations, and expedient while you wait service. Cant recommend them enough! Thanks!
They fixed up our rock chip on our windshield quite nicely, Cody was a great help, very quick and efficient!
Cody and bo were very efficient had great customer service and very informational!!!! These two alone will have me sending them everyone I know
Quality Marine Glass repair! We really appreciate Mike and Quality Glass for helping us out recently with a project that we had on our 450 Sea Ray Sundancer. The secondary seals had failed and we were getting water coming in from the skylight (resulting in moldy cockpit carpet) and water seeping in under our helm and potentially damaging our electronics which would have cost thousands to repair or replace. Thankfully they squeezed us into their busy schedule to get our boat attended to. It looks a million times better and has upgraded the look of our boat also. Thank you Mike!
Fast and did what was asked - Thanks Cody, Beau, and Shane.
Quality Auto Glass is the best in Seattle! They have phenomenal cutsomer service, are super detailed oriented, and very efficient. Highly recommend! Also great for rock chip repairs.
Cody and Bo were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with determining the issues with my sunroof. They were very professional and great at explaining next steps. Highly recommend!
Great! Professional and helpful. I went in to have a chip repaired and before the repair they inspected the windshield. They noticed that there was another small chip one the edge of the glass that could not be repaired. I needed to replace the windshield so Mike walked me through the steps I needed to make to claim the replacement through my insurance. That way after they replaced the windshield my insurance would cover the recalibration I would need to my front cameras at Subaru. I am very happy with the work they did!
Mike was such a great help with a window repair/project on our New to Us boat..... He obviously knew what he was doing and responded promptly to voice mail and txts.... Couldnt have done it without him... Thanks Mike!
Great service and easy to work with. They did an excellent and timely job fixing the passenger window of my Subaru Outback. Ill definitely be returning to Quality Auto Glass for future needs. Thanks guys!
Cody was a really helpful staff member. Got me glass and on my way that day. Answered all of my questions and went above and beyond with his customer service.
Quickest, cheapest, all around best window replacement Ive ever had. Employees are awesome. Will not take any of my vehicles elsewhere in the future!
Fantastic, quality and careful work on our boat. These guys were able to replicate 30 year old tinted glass; took two pieces of glass from the States and Canada that were laminated together. Final product looks amazing! Not the cheapest job in the world but then again, do you really want to take short cuts with your pride and joy? Im sure most of the cost was in production but they made multiple trips to measure and get it right. They were even able to install the glass without removing the frame or causing more headaches! Mike and Mark are the greatest guys who always pickup the phone or answer your texts. Look no further for your boat projects... Im sure the same goes for cars or special projects. Highly recommended!
I scheduled and appt with them, and luckily called to confirm it 30 minutes before because they said “oh glad you called, we got robbed and can’t do your appt today.” Fair enough, but if I had just showed up I would’ve been turned away — don’t know why they wouldn’t have called. So we set another appt, which I attended. They said they didn’t have the part and that they’d have to order it and “call me” to schedule another appt. it’s been a week, they never called. My windshield is still wrecked... nice guys, but need to get their s*** together.
A punk broke my car Window yesterday, my insurance insurance deductible is min. $500. So this expense is out of my pocket.Pros:* Glad to have found a fair price and speedy service under 2 hours,*the gentlemen who was doing the first shift (tall guy) was very helpful and kind navigating with me the part needed because its the first time this happens to me.*fast servicioCons:-* security-*Training needed for some staff? In the afternoon of today the shift was held by another person a shorter guy with black hair and a black shirt (no introduction was made)called me to let me know my car was ready, I showed up a he greeted me with the bill ready while smaking the table on it for me to pay.... weird but okay.... I paid and ready to sign the satisfaction clause on he slip. I read I HEREBY APPROVE OF THE SPECIFIC WORK COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION part and asked to see the window repair before signing the invoice. The employee showed me the key holder rack on the wall and literally said to me Help yourself . I was shocked that with no ID, name or any credential I was going to go ahead and just take one key from their wall. It just seems unsafe for me to so that, anywayI thank him for his service, I took my key, checked my car and returned to sign the slip and off there I go, no ID request before taking a car key or driving away with a car that he did not received during his shift. Seriously my slip doesnt even have my full name, had someone payed cash theres no way to track a thief during wear a mask Quarantine.Anyway at the end he apologized for not walking me to the car to show the work done. That was my experience. As far as the feeling of the place I did not spotted a single person of color in the shop, I wondered about that but thats just my curiosity for fair employment, to me if seemed as if I was at a business place from the 50s. 💁🏾♀️ anyway thank you for getting the job done.
Got my appointment in on short notice and finished the job on time. Vacuumed up the broken glass. Good job. Nice employees.
Great service, business cares about its customer
Phenomenal establishment! They are fast, professional, and do a great job. My Tacoma was broken into, they not only replace the windowwithin a couple hours of me calling, but they cleaned up the interior as well saving me some extra work. I hope I dont have a reason to, but I will come back here if I ever need more Auto Glass work done.
I have now had two rock chips repaired here. Fantastic service each time. Thanks, Bo!
I had a very difficult marine glass door repair that after calling several other vendors no one would help us because of the complexity of the repair. Mike and his team got it done and their customer service was amazing! We had some additional work done with our window seals that were done on time and on budget. If need for marine glass repairs......Quality Glass is be my recommendation in Seattle!
Dealing with Mike was a breeze. He was very knowledgable, and insightful on how the project needed to be handled, and completed. Thanks again!
Well that was easy. I had allocated a couple hours for the repair to be safe, they called me to say they were done after 28 minutes. Seems like most of the negative reviews are about curt customer service but theyre not rude, just efficient. I thought it was great. They were quick, inexpensive, and did good work.
I have been a customer for at least 15 years. The work is always done to very high standards of workmanship. Never an issue there. The guys working there are always very friendly and courteous. I shopped price my first trip to see Mike and his crew, by far the best deal, after the great service that was all I needed to know. Now if I have a glass issue I go to Quality Auto Glass, period. I have had them do some detail work too with similar results, top notch. On my first visit to Quality Auto Glass I had a chance to talk to Mike for a short time. It was clear that he is dedicated to doing a little more with his small business than just making some money selling glass. It soon became clear that family is very important to him and he also seems to treat his employees like family. It is obvious that he provides a great environment for his workers and gives opportunity to some folks that might not find that elsewhere. He told once that he closes the shop on Sunday because he wants to encourage his guys to have families and be able to spend time with those families too. This is the kind of business I want to support with my business for sure. Being such a long time customer I can assure you that its not an act he puts on for people either. Mike and his guys are the real thing.
Mike at quality auto glass is a life saver! Well, maybe not a life saver but he did save me over $700 dollars on my windshield and in my opinion that puts him in the same category! Background: Rock impact left a 10+ crack emanating from the top of the windshield behind the rear-view mirror. Because the vehicle was a new 2015 Mazda CX-5 with rain sensors and smart city braking system the total cost to replace was $790+Tax. Unfortunately I had not updated my insurance to include a 0 glass deductible so I was looking at almost a grand of out of pocket expenses on a car with less than 2500 miles. After talking with mike (who has 20+ years of experience) he was convinced that the crack could be sealed and my pocket book saved. An hour later I was driving away with a perfectly repaired crack for around $80+tax. Most repair glass places would not have even considered such a repair and would have gone straight to a full windshield replacement. From what I saw and experienced while at quality auto glass it is evident that Mike treats every customer and their vehicle the way he would treat his own. If it doesnt require a full replacement you can bet that he will let you know and then proceed to seal it up with ease.In his office there is a plaque that talks about the importance of maintaining a good attitude and it is clear that Mike lives and works by this credo. I will be returning to quality auto glass for all of my future car glass needs! Thanks Mike!
Do their job as promised. Fast courteous and time flexible glass repair/installation. Fair prices for good work.
Mike at Quality Auto Glass is OUTSTANDING! He redid the seals on 3 front windows on my MAXUM 4600 SCB and the finished product is beautiful. He was able to get the job done much sooner than expected, cost was very reasonable and now I am protected from any future leakage! Really great service and Mike couldnt be more easy to work with. Thank you Mike and Quality Auto Glass!Matt Z.
Great service, great price and very fast. My car was in and out in under two hours. 06 A4 windshield done at the second lowest price quoted. No visible adhesive, the trim is all back tight and straight and the glass looks great as far as Ive been able to tell so far. I chose these guys because of their great reviews and figured since reviews sold me Id help them out with another one. Would definitely do business with again.
Got my windshield replaced here twice and rear quarter glass replaced as well when it got smashed. These guys were the lowest price by far both times, were able to get my windshield into the shop I think within a few hours of when I called, had no problem with me bringing in a rear quarter glass I bought off ebay to save some money, and did the install really fast - not even enough time to enjoy my coffee at nearby the nearby coffee shop :-).
Great group of guys! I have a 1974 Ford pickup, and I couldnt find anyone to replace the windshield. This shop didnt even hesitate when I told them it was an older vehicle, and they said that they would warranty their work if the windshield leaks. I will bring my other vehicle here if I need to replace the windshield ever.
They were courteous and fast, but did a lousy job on my windshield, to put it mildly. It had a small spider like crack, and the “repair” they did consisted of drilling a hole in the middle and filling it up with resin. They did not tap the hole into a “bullseye”, they did not connect the hole to the rays, they did not properly clean up the hole after drilling, they only put the injector over the drill site for a couple minutes and called it the day.As a result, the spider “legs” - or star rays - have not been filled and the hole they drilled end up becoming even more visible that the original crack. In short, I came in with a small crack and left with a hole and a crack that now cannot been fixed, so I’m in the hook for a new windshield on top of the $49 dollars they charged me.
Left rear window in my Kia Soul shattered while driving (assume someone through a rock?)Called these guys up the next morning. They quickly located the needed glass - and told me I could have the work done by that afternoon.Seems like old-school neighborhood shop thats been there forever.Total came to $250. Work was well done.Totally happy - would go back.
Hands down the best marine glass guy in the business! Mike the owner took care of all my marine glass repairs. I cant remember being more satisfied when the job was done as Mike installed 2 windows on our older boat and was able to save the original moulding which is not available anymore
Highly recommend this to anybody with any type of window issues. Mike is a great guy who took time to help me get what I needed to replace a broken back window, and gave me the best deal I could find in Seattle. Staff is great and knows what they are doing. I will be coming back here soon to get my windshield done! Thanks Mike!
We had a yacht we are working on with some windows installed with a manufacturer defect. Michael and the crew totally took care of S3 Maritime and our customer. Superior service done on time and with a very professional apperance and function. We are very happy with the work they performed and we will use Michael and the crew many more times in the future. These guys are highly trained and are the glass experts.
Thanks to Mike and crew, my day was salvaged!! Woke up on my birthday to find my car broken into and robbed while parked in my apartments garage! I called other places and got quotes of over $250 and no available appointments for three days! I called up Quality Auto Glass and was not only greeted by the friendly owner Mike, but totally taken care of! I explained what happened, and Mike took care of me but getting the right glass ordered immediately and said if I could drop my car off asap I would have it back and ready before work. The price was right too, almost 50 bucks cheaper than anywhere else, plus same day service!! My car is all vacuumed out and my new window looks great!Super friendly, very prompt, and high quality work!! Overall amazing service, I would recommend to anyone. Thanks again guys for helping turn my terrible day back around!
Went in for a rear window replacement. Mike said it would cost $500 just for the glass and if I could locate used glass, that would be a better option.I located used glass and he picked it up for me which isnt a standard practice for a shop, so that was a plus.Everything else went to hell.I wanted to stop the process of putting the glass in my car, but he said it was already done. I went down to the shop at night while they were closed and took photographs of my vehicle and it WAS NOT done, this means he had lied to me about them finishing the process. I proceeded to talk with him, saying I had evidence that my vehicle was not done and I want the process stopped or I am contacting the police. He later confirmed with his team that they had not finished my car and he was misinformed about what condition my car was in.He ended up taking off a percentage of the original price because of this hassle and I decided to have the job complete by them. The job was not complete.- Parts of tint were still on the window (my original windows dont have tint)- Broken glass in the creases- Defrosters not properly hooked up- Trunk not latched and closed properlyThey will not be receiving my business again nor any recommendation for their business. This was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a business and I dont wish this to happen to anyone else.
A rock hit my windshield the other day and although I didnt think much of it at first, I soon realized that it would be worth the expense to repair before it became any worse. I called Quality Auto Glass after a quick google search and I was there 15 minutes later. My windshield was repaired in 20 minutes and I made it to work within an hour of my first call. The service was speedy and courteous. I will certainly come here again if I encounter any more expensive rocks.
Had a chip in my window and pulled right in to get it fixed. They walked me through the insurance claim and did the work quickly. Only reason its not a 5 star review is because I can still pretty clearly see the chip.
I needed to get a boat window repaired, and Mike was super at getting it done. Mike was recommended to me for a Diamond Sea Glaze window repair, and I couldnt be happier with the results. He was prompt on returning my calls, asked for photos, which I texted him, to assess the project, and showed up the next day to do the repair, which took him an hour at most. He knew how the window was constructed, which enabled him to repair it properly. A personable guy who knows his stuff, and charges were very reasonable. Couldnt recommend him more highly.
I needed a car window replaced and called around. Quality Auto Glass gave me the cheapest quote, got me in the next day, and replaced it in about 40 minutes. Hopefully none of my other windows break but if one did, Id go back (or recommend them to a friend).
I received helpful, quick service. My front passenger window had been broken into over the weekend. I called on Monday evening and scheduled an appointment for the next day right when the shopped open. They replaced the window in half an hour and I was on my way to work.
Got my broken window taken care of within less than 2 hours. Amazing service!
I’m so trilled! After a year and a half of driving around with a dangerously cracked front windshield, I’m finally “blemish-free” thanks to Quality Auto Glass in North Seattle. Over the past year Ive received a few estimates for replacing my windshield; they were all way over my budget and the providers were not what I consider, “user friendly”. I had about given up when I saw a “Groupon” for Quality Auto Glass. Although I was leery of using a service provider I was not familiar with, it turned out to be a very pleasant, hassle-free experience. The price was within my budget; the staff was easy to work with and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with their work. This was definitely a, “user-friendly” shop with a positive attitude! I’m very happy with the repairs, the service, the price …. and they even vacuumed! I recommend this shop without reservations!
These guys are such professionals. I just moved here from Florida and found them on the internet and treated me with such respect. Great experience. Very helpful. They did an amazing job on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. You are crazy to go somewhere else. This is the place.
This place is so friendly & professional the way good business should be. Not only does my replaced window look awesome but I felt really great with these guys. They are sincerely professionals!
TLDR: DO NOT go here for crack or chip repair.I went in for a rock chip repair that turned into about an 8 inch crack within a few days. Ive seen proper windshield repair results and while the result is never perfect, a reasonable job will stop a crack, fill in the original chip and reduce most visibility of the crack. The result for my windshield was a still very visible crack with a visible stop point, which is where they drill a small hole to prevent the crack from running while filling it in. Nothing seemed to be filled in properly, and it was obvious that they did it in a rush. They were just closing after my repair and by the time I got home, the crack had moved a quarter of an inch beyond the stop point. These guys essentially took payment, and made any potentially decent job of repairing this small crack impossible by applying resin to the outside of my windshield (not in the crack). I went here to avoid having to go through the effort of doing it myself, thinking paying for it to be done by people who do it for a living will yield better results. I was wrong. I was charged $70 for a job that will likely result in me purchasing a new windshield. Avoid going to Quality Auto Glass.
I picked them based on the reviews I read on Google, and was not let down! Quick, fast, quality service. Said it might take a few hours, but saw I was going to wait for it to be done, and I was on my way within 30-45 minutes.
I had two really bad rock chips and these guys got me in and out, in about 30mins with no appointment at about 1pm mid-week. This is a no nonsense kinda place. From the moment you enter, they are all business and get it done quick. Cost was about 66 dollars after tax for two rock chip fixs. I highly recommend!
Recently Mike Renstrom from Quality Glass completed a very difficult reinstallation of my windshield glass on my 40 power boat. several previous attempts had been made by other shops to correct the windshield design flaw on this boat which caused tension on the glass and the seals to fail. Mike made my problem, his problem and came up with an innovative solution to reset the glass units using a top of the line sealant material, custom molded to my frame and glass. The final product is a work of art...It restores the classic look to this windshield and is stronger then when this boat was brand new. He is truly a glass guru...I have no problem recommending his expertise for your Marine Glazing needs.
They stick to their word! The first installation of my windshield wasn’t perfect, so they had me in to make it right, thanks guys!
When the glass broke in the after-market sunroof, in my 98 Forester, I knew I was in big trouble. Especially since the original shop was in Arlington MA (before they went out of business). Mike and his team put a temporary roof on the car and went hunting. Somehow, they found the part, one of 3 or 4 left in the world! My roof is working again, no leaks. These guys are friendly and willing to do whatever it takes. Not only that, but the price was pretty reasonable.
I had a chip on my windshield and they fixed it. The repair took less than 30 minutes. Price quoted was $40-$60, depending on the size. Excellent and friendly service!
I just went in for a simple glass repair and was in and out super fast with some amazing and genuine service! Very grateful
They fixed my passenger window the next day in 1 hour! even cleaned u the broken glass inside of my car. Great people Great service
They fixed my driver side window for a good price and finished slightly earlier than the time I was quoted. Highly recommended!
Way overpriced, very wrong advice, money grab!I called and came in for a quote on getting my front windshield seal replaced. My car is near 30 years old, gaskets dry out, crack, and leak. I own a classic vehicle and I am a member of a couple local car clubs. It doesnt make me an expert, but it does bring knowledge and experience. I have also helped install a couple of windshields so I know the process and what to look for. These guys wanted to charge me $130 for a re-seal. Basically they go in with adhesive in a caulk gun and re-glue your windshield gasket. Think of it like re-caulking your bath tub. Appropriate in some cases, not on a 30 year old gasket in the condition mine was in.I pointed out the evidence that the gasket needed to be replaced, cracked in many spots, split, and I showed them where it was already resealed three times before. He then tries to tell me that putting a new gasket in could cost up to $300 and a replacement windshield up to $500! I told him immediately he was full of it as I knew for fact I could a complete windshield replacement with a new gasket for under $275, even from the chain shops. In the end I got a gasket for $45 and another shop put it in for $100. That shop looked at the old gasket and chuckled. My leaks are gone and it looks great. It amazes me in todays world shop owners still pull the ignorant customer card. Do they really think everyone comes in without doing at least a little research?
They were great and way cheaper then Safelight. I would never go anywhere else for glass repair and they do detailing as well!
Outstanding and fast service! I brought my car with broken glass and full of debris in the morning and picked up with a brand new glass and clean a few hours later.Nissan Altima 2008. Front passenger side glass was smashed on Green Lake a day before.
Excellent work, made an appointment and they were ready for me. My windshield for my vw vanagon was installed along with a new rubber seal so expertly and fast. I had gone next door for something to eat and when I returned they had already completed the job. Clean and expert work. Thank you.
Great replacement of Marine windows! We had a couple of windows in our boat that needed to be replaced, one was hard to access and the other very large. To say the least we were very concerned. Mike worked so well with the boat builder and local marine repair shop to coordinate the work! His knowledge and experience was clearly broad and comforting so we were confident it would turn out well, which it did. In addition, we really appreciate the extra time Mike spent with us on the second project regarding removing some scratches from plexiglass. We had a frank discussion about expectations and best practices for cleaning procedures moving forward, and he even spent extra time showing us how to take care of minor marrs that might occur in the future. This work turned out better than expected! Great overall service!
Worst people and worst customer service and not the best deal too why bother?
