My friend try on grey color wig which she like, she want the dark brown . Salesman said she have to pay the whole price then can try it in on . She asked several times, is the new one same, the sale man said “yes, is the same as you try on.”After she paid & try on, but was not the same, front bands is shorter, not curl . Me & other friend try very hard to comb the new wig, but can’t make it as the gray color one . But their policy is can’t return & exchange. My friend out of the door with disappointed & felt by cheating.

*DO NOT GO TO THE SALON* The hair store is great, people are nice and very warm and welcoming. They will take Good care of you and make sure you get what you need. The lady that works in the hair salon however, is a complete B___, extremely rude and unnecessarily mean. Her demeanor is very unpleasant and will rub you the wrong way. I called to make a appointment and she was horrible from the time I called up until getting to her shop. Please book hair appointments elsewhere

It has so many hair products from dark and lovely to just for me. Strange products that i didnt know existed are here and smell amazing. And suite my hair type making it shiny and lovely . bead and many hair decorations, incense, heating and electroc hair implements can be found here, followed by great makeup I found my new fave lipstick here it is red and by kiss . for those who love wigs and extensions you have a broad selection that is quality and lovely I do recommend checking them out

Love Western! Friendly family owned store with a massive selection. Every time I go in the staff are extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Its clean and well organized, and you really wont find a bigger selection anywhere in Seattle. As a man shopping for womens wigs they have never made me feel uncomfortable or judged, they treat me with respect and are always helpful. Will always recommend Western to anyone! Not sure why this place has had negative post about them following you around the store and such but as a half black female they were incredibly nice and helpful. One of the people that worked there saw that I had a ton of stuff in my hands and came over with a cart so that I wasnt struggling. Will definitely be returning.

Western Beauty Supply has an extraordinary inventory of wigs and some hairpieces. However, there were little to no hairpieces in a light brown to blonde shade. We did inquire but did not get a reply, so left empty handed.

Prices are getting way to high. Ive been shopping at Western since it was in the promenade. Now the prices are way overboard and the selection has diminished. Ill be shopping for my hair and lashes online instead of in store paying their ridiculous retail prices. They are a great family and just as sweet as ever but they are charging way to much for things that they used to charge half the price

They are always so friendly here! The prices are great and they have everything I need for my kids hair. I drive down here from North Seattle about once a month because its always worth it.

They need to expand their hair selection, need more colors and keep up on a good supply out at all times. Products like peppermint tea oil need to be added to product selling. Wall shouldnt be vacant in the 1st or last of the month.

The clerks in this store are racist, discriminatory, unhelpful, opportunistic when it comes to pricing, and flat out rude. Same products marked at various prices they refused to honor when theyve made mistakes or price differences for no apparent reason. The staff themselves are inept and unknowledgeable and the products they sell. I managed to salon and I know what Im talking about and I understand delivery shipment dates and variations and size packaging etc. that can alter price but Ive never seen blatant lying and customer manipulation as they do in the store. The staff leaves you to fend for yourself in terms of selecting the correct product because they either wont help you or dont know anything and cannot guide you in the right direction

Never Again - So i work in North Bend and live in West Seattle.. I tried to get there on Monday but arrived at 7:25.. So Yesterday May 2, 2017 I got off work at 6:35 busted my but to get there and i got there at 7:10.. I walked around looking at the hair and at 7:20 i was told i had to leave they were closing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. I said i thought you closed at 7:30.. now its 7:25 the gentleman told me to leave they close at 7:25. They still had a customer at the counter. Never Again. How freaking rude. I was a customer who was there to make a purchase not take a evening stroll after driving 30 miles in rush hour traffic to be rudely escorted out. Just like the YouTube video.. When they were in the promanade they were rude and apparently that hasnt changed since they have relocated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
