While I wish I could give a good review, I went past this afternoon at 4:30pm and they closed. Lights out. Online and on the door it says they’re open until 6pm. I made the trip downtown just to come to this store so it was pretty disappointing. My wife and me were pretty set on getting a mattress from here, however now we’ll definitely need to reconsider.
This was possibly the best purchase I’ve made in a LONG time!!! We all know the mattress’s are super comfortable but I really want to give the 5-Stars to Lindsay Moore. From the time I decided to upgrade to a King size mattress the rest of the process was flawless! When I asked Lindsay a question all she said was, “Not to worry, I’ll handle everything.” I had some concerns about delivery instructions, again, “Not to worry, I’ll handle everything.” Lastly, I asked about tracking the delivery and she said, “I already have you set up to get text notifications.” I smiled and told her, “ I guess I don’t need to worry, you handled everything!” I suggest you go to the Belltown Seattle store and seek out Lindsay when you are ready for a great mattress and an even greater buying experience!
Yume was SO dang helpful and friendly. Took customer service seriously and I am so glad I called! Can’t wait to try this mattress. It’s everything we were looking for and I love their price match guarantee! Thank you, Yume!!
All my bedding is T&N - both the percale and linen bed sheets are amazing, I would recommend both. For the summer, I replaced my duvet with the new quilt and its the perfect weight.
Extremely friendly staff who were knowledgeable and patient. I believe I found the mattress for me after a long hard search. Definitely check out their store, its a lovely experience!
Fantastic service, a spacious showroom, and really excellent high quality products that are carrying all of the best certifications for a healthy green home.
Great customer experience w.r.t. quick pitches from Koral and overall shop layout and trying out the product. Cant wait to buy our T&N asap.
Amazing beds, love cushion seat things, pillows and people. I would say I traveled all the way from CA to visit this store & try the bed, but thatd be a lie. I came on vacation. Though I wanted to try the bed so bad, I used my vacation to do so. Only to find out the bed was better than I expected, the people nicer than youd expect and the location amazingly perfect for stopping into when visiting Pike Place. T&N; thanks for employing the likes of Steve, Ari and Sara. Theyve won over two new customers & a comfy toddler.
Stopped by on a Sunday (made reservations) and was delighted to work with Steve - personable, not pushy and was very accommodating. The showroom layout is open, bright and private. They allow you plenty of time to try each mattress, you won’t feel rushed. Absolutely worth the trip!
A really simple and enjoyable shopping experience. The store is really beautifully laid out, and the sales associates are all very friendly knowledgeable people.I bought one of their pillows, and its extremely comfortable, a great combination of having structural integrity, but also giving and plush.
After an exhausting search for a new mattress and bed frame, I finally took a look at Tuft & Needle. I saw that the mint mattress had great reviews and was within our budget. We liked the look of the adjustable bed frame and were happy to see the split king option was available. I was nervous about purchasing online without testing it first. I searched online and was happy to find that there was a brick and mortar store in Belltown. The store was clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they were knowledgeable and werent pushy at all. They even let us bring our dogs inside which was very helpful. I wouldnt have purchased if not for this store, I really value the ability to lay in the bed and determine if it will work for me.The adjustable frame arrived and was super easy to set up, even though it was initially a bit overwhelming. The mattress was delivered and put in place for us. It is super comfortable and we are very pleased. A few days ago an unexpected package arrived, it was a cute care package for our doggies. I cant recommend this company enough, it is a great buying experience and a great product.
Bed frame came missing a slat. I tried calling them but theyre service line doesnt have any human that answer for pre-existing orders, you just leave a message and hope for the best. Similarly sending emails theyre very slow to respond. There are better options in this price range with much more attentive customer service.
Nice people..undecided on purchase. But intrigued.
Not only is the bed, comforter, pillows, sheets, duvet, etc. all amazingly comfortable and beautiful but Alyssa and the team there were incredibly helpful as I made my mind on a king and then returned it for a queen. Alyssa (and the products themselves) are the reasons I will continue to shop here.
Very friendly and educated staff. Not pushy, just informative. The atmosphere is the antithesis of a traditional mattress store making for a low pressure buying experience. Even my son enjoyed the play set for little ones. Great experience for the whole fam. Steven and the rest of the staff were top tier from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone with mattress buying fatigue. We have the Purple3 mattress, but are now planning to join the T&N family due to this excellent experience.
Very helpful, friendly staff. Theyll give you details and ring you up but the beds sell themselves. Either you like them or you do not. I held off writing a review until Id had the bed a couple months. Its comfortable, doesnt get too hot. Its nice. I do not miss springs! LOL No, if Im uncomfortable, a slight shift and I can find a sweet spot and Im on my way to sleep.
Storefront is welcoming and the shop is well laid out. Beds are arranged with a small amounts of privacy while you relax quietly and decide if a bed is right for you. The staff isnt pushy, and are very knowledgeable.
Really great showroom! Exactly what you want when trying out a new mattress. The staff was friendly, considerate and helpful. The demo beds were clean, private and extremely comfortable. Really glad we went into the showroom before buying.
Tuft & Needle has changed the way I shop for mattresses. They have 2 mattresses for sale and you can check them out in this beautiful light-filled space. The beds are separated from one another using screens, so no more of that awkward arrangement at most mattress stores. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy.Also- check out the super comfy pouches!
Friendly staff. Cool environment. Got to try some mattresses that I originally thought Id never get to try before buying. Still havent purchased one, but this store is cool!
Wow. Great customer service. The mattress didnt work out in the end for us (we like ridiculously firm mattresses) but their mattress protector and pillow are keepers. Even better, they have the most HUMAN return policy/sleep guarantee. I would recommend that you try one of their mattresses!
Some of the nicest employees ever! They were very knowledgeable about the mattresses. My girlfriend has been on the fence about purchasing one since we couldn’t try it out, so this was a nice bonus that they had them out for us to lay on.We’ll be getting one because of yesterday’s experience!
Really nice employees. I was pretty sure I would order this mattress online but since theres this showroom I stopped in to try it out in person.I eventually did return the mattress during their 100 day trial period as it was too firm for my liking. Their customer service throughout the process was excellent.
Had a bad allergic reaction to their Mint mattress. I generally do not have allergies, but my skin broke in flat red spots on my hands, forearms, feet and upper back. My skin is also drying, and cracking in all of those spots as well. Ive laid on bare mattresses before and I never broke out. Whatever they sprayed on the grey Mint mattress cover is trying to eat my skin. I also wasted money ($380) on a bed bug inspection because it didnt makes sense for my skin to react this way. But, I lucked out and happened to be the guy allergic to whatever chemicals they used. This started a month ago and my itchy broken skin still hurts. Never doing bed in a box again.
I ordered this bed in December. Also 2 of their pillows. I had both before this for a few months & they were ok (lost everything in a fire). The pillows were not the same as what I had previously. When I wrote the company, they said I ordered at a busy time & it was impossible for all the pillows to be the same as what I previously ordered. Really??!Now the mattress has become so uncomfortable that I wake up with awful back pain. I need to find a new mattress. This one is less expensive. I wish I had paid more for a better one.
Love our Tuft and Needle mattresses, so it was awesome being able to stop in at a physical store.Clean, modern layout.Nice seeing and feeling all the products in person. The tuft and needle pouches look awesome.
Great customer service! Cant wait for our new mattress to arrive!😃
A great try before you buy. They only have two mattresses, both a little more bouncy than memory foam, but a nice bed for a good price. While youre there, you can also try Nest before two doors down.
I bought T&N our mattress less than 3 years ago and it was an easy buying experience. At first, the bed was perfect but now, after less than 3 years, we have to replace it because both of us wake up with back pain. Unfortunately, my husband started experiencing pain about 5 months ago and myself in the past month or so. After going through the checklist of what could be causing this, we determined it is the mattress. Imagine our disappointment to discover a mattress less than 3 years old needs replacing. There are no defects in the mattress so its not covered under warranty. Their website states that its normal for the mattress to feel softer over time but this is really disappointing. My chiropractor informed me that mattresses like T&N and Casper, etc., have a short shelf life - I should have done my research better. Im sorry to say I would not recommend this mattress to anyone given this experience.
The sales people are very attentive, but not agressive. They give you the freedom to roam around and test the beds, without hounding you. It was a good shopping experiences and they didnt try to up sell. Nice experience.
Friendly/helpful staff. Both of their mattresses along with pillows to try out. Also has a small table with toys that occupied my 2 year old while we tested out the mattresses.
Very low key and low pressure sales staff. Loved trying things out without the hassle of having to be on for any sales staff.
The people who work here are almost always pleasant and try their best to be helpful, unfortunately the company they work for isnt good at giving them what they need to sell the product.First issue: You cant buy one from their storefront. Found that out after driving around downtown Seattle looking for parking that *wasnt* 20 bucks for the roughly half hour we would spending checking out their mattresses. First time we tried we gave up after about 20 minutes of searching for that particular parking unicorn. Managed to get back a few weeks later and gave it another shot, worked out. Found the mattress we wanted, were happy to pay right then but nope. You have to order it.Second issue: Customer service isnt open during all posted store hours. Turns out customer service is on the east coast and they go home at 6pm local. We called at 4pm Seattle time and they were long gone. Would have bought a bed right then over the phone as we drove away from the store but nope, couldnt do that. So we didnt buy a bed for several weeks having resigned ourselves to looking for a company that actually wanted to take our money.Third issue: Finally tried to buy online after we cooled down over the crummy infrastructure T&N has, and somehow their site couldnt recognize my credit cards billing zip. Verified it through my online banking and it was all correct - their site just isnt very good. I called customer service because it was before closing time on the east coast and it worked out, the nice lady I talked to took all my info verbally and there was no issue.Fourth issue: we wanted to use the Give Back program and it took forever to hunt down how to do that and find the info. It would be a good idea to have participating schools on the T&N site itself, dont you think? The cynical side of me thinks they maybe do that on purpose to try to cut down on the giving, making the illusion of being nice guys without having to actually pay out as much. The realist side of me says its more likely that they just arent super competent. The bed is on its way so well see how that part works out. I hope its better than my experience trying to just buy the thing.
I loved the experience here! I ended up buying on line but I love my Mint mattresse!
A relaxing no pressure experience where you can try the beds at your own speed.
Down to earth staff and no sales pressure. The mattress is amazing as well.
Convenient, amazing customer service, quick... love that they have 2 amazing beds designed to keep me cool while sleeping!
Nice quiet time checking out their mattresses!
Nice product, sales people are polite and give you time to experience the product on your own.
Bought a matress...LOVE IT
Very welcoming place and helpful staff.
