Only gave 4 stars since there werent any labels on the shelves. Know the inventory changes a lot but having labels is really helpful. Other stores have their glassybaby labeled.

I received a gift of three candle holders from here for a recent move. I came in today to see if I could return them, as I have a gift receipt. An employee notified me that they don’t accept returns, and that I could only exchange it for something else. I look around the store, and finally decide on something. She then looks at my receipt, and says I can’t exchange it as it’s been over two weeks. (It was purchased two weeks and four days ago.) I would definitely not recommend this place. Overpriced candle holders from a company with terrible policies and customer service.

This place has disgraceful customer service. Ive always wanted a glassybaby because I was diagnosed with cancer at 18, and I thought this was a thoughtful company for supporting cancer non-profits. Theyve lost any respect I had for them.I received a blue Peace glassybaby for Christmas and wanted to see how it looked lit, so I removed this sticky/gummy price tag from the bottom because I figured the thing would get warm and I didnt want it to make a mess on the glassybaby or the table. I kept all the original packaging. I decided the blue color made me feel blue, so I took it into the store and wanted to exchange it. The salespeople explained that because I had removed that sticker, I was SOL and they couldnt tell which glassybaby it was...what?? I pulled it off the rack right there, Peace, and stood them side by side, as youll see in the photo I posted. Theyre identical. They said my only recourse was to call a customer service hotline (I guess the people in the store are NOT there to help customers??). I dont have time for this, so I left the whole thing there on the counter, all $60 of it. This thing that was marketed to bring good vibes into my house brought me nothing but anxiety thanks to this experience. For what they charge for these, they should be ashamed for treating customers like this. If you want to support cancer research, there are worthy causes--American Cancer Society, Fred Hutch, and others who deserve our support. Not these guys.

Small and simple, everything a shop that sells glass candle holders should be. The service is impeccable -- the staff takes the product and your selection very seriously. Every Glassbaby is unique so taking the time to select the perfect one for you is encouraged. They are pricey, but its for a great cause and the craftsmanship is unmatched. Beautiful product and Im happy to finally own one myself.

Very transactional, was in and out. Was looking for 3 specific colors. No suggestions for comparables, possibly missing out on larger sake. For the price a few more pleasantries would not have gone unnoticed. At checkout, she paid so little attention to me that she repeated the spiel about $3 going to their charity. Could have ordered online and skipped the trip, and probably will next time.

This review is of the quality of the adorable glassybaby drinking glasses. After seeing these at the SeaTac airport for years, we finally decided to start our collection. We each picked one out and got to use them for FOUR solid days before mine broke.I rarely drop things and if I had dropped this and it broke, there wouldnt be a terrible review here. However, I was washing a cheap, thin, light, bodum glass and it slipped out of my hands, hit my glassybaby, and chipped and cracked my glassybaby glass. The bodum hasnt a scratch at all. How can something this utilitarian and expensive be so fragile? I was really upset.Customer service didnt seem to care. We were already planning on the other colors of glasses we would get in June when we returned to Seattle, but not after this.If anyone wants a single, happy hour color glass, let me know. Its just not the same without its pair.Ive included a photo of my broken glass next to the bodum glass for comparison.

This is also another favorite of mine. Beautiful and gorgeous hand blown glass candle holders and drinkers. Each one unique and precious. They donate a percentage of each glassybaby bought to different charities and organizations to help heal people, animals and our planet. Such a worthy cause and they make wonderful gifts.

Beautiful little shop and votives. The price seems rather high for these though it makes me feel better that some of this goes back to a charitable cause.
