From the selection and scheduling process in the store to the countertops and backsplash installations on site, the team showed up on time, finished on schedule, were polite and courteous the entire time, and presented a great value for the money spent. My countertops, backsplash, and fixtures (faucets, sinks, and range hood) that I bought from ABS are beautiful and expertly installed. I will use them again for my next property and highly recommend them to those looking to beautify kitchens and bathrooms.

Fully remodeled a kitchen with cabinets (uppers and lowers) and countertops. They sent me multiple options on design for both. I sent them measurements and layout of the kitchen. We coordinated the specific details etc so we had no issues when it came to install. We scheduled dates which they executed and completed install. A seamless process throughout and great quality.

My wife and I remodeled our kitchen. We ordered cabinets and counters. It was our 1st experience buying cabinets. We went in with little to no knowledge. Cici was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The installers were very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the end product and grateful that we went through Cici through the process. Our kitchen looks much better than we had envisioned when we started the process thanks to ABS and their wonderful staff.

This was the best kitchen remodel experience we could have hoped for. We replaced our kitchen countertop and got a tile backsplash. CiCi was extremely responsive and when I visited the showroom to look at the samples, I was scheduled and no one else was in the showroom and we were both wearing masks. Very clean! Not a huge selection, but that is just fine for the value. We were able to schedule exactly the dates that we wanted which were only a few weeks out. The countertop demo and installation was extremely fast and clean--took only about 3 hours. I was very impressed by Feng and his partner, working quickly and efficiently and always wearing a mask. The next day, Sing, came in to do the tile and worked tirelessly all day. They transformed our kitchen in just over two days! Were very happy with the flawless process and very quick turnaround time.

I was referred to ABS for a kitchen remodel by a contractor friend that has used them several times for his kitchen projects. It was the easiest and most straight forward experience I had during my house remodel project. My husband and I walked in with measurements of our kitchen project, met Christine and she in just a few minutes had a full design ready. It was incredibly quick which is not the typical experience! There are enough choices that are trendy so it wasnt over whelming. The choices were the most up to date styles. I love the way they look and everything was perfect with measurements for my appliances. They only do standard cabinet sizes what is makes it so affordable. Everything was on time, they were great at scheduling and I would highly recommend them and use them again.

This is the second time we have used ABS to remodel a kitchen for us. Both times they have turned out beautifully. They are very reasonably priced. Christine has always been helpful with design and answering questions. The installers were courteous. We have several friends who have had their kitchens done by ABS as well. We are very pleased with our new kitchen.

I was looking for a company to take on the renovation project of my kitchen and bathrooms. I was also looking for some innovative ideas to apply. While searching for a reliable remodeling company I got to know about ABS Cabinets Seattle, Well, they were not my first choice as I have the option of an alternative. The service fee of the alternative seems to be too high for me.I gave a call to Christine and get an estimate that suits well in my budget. Christine and her team of professionals were finalized. I must say I have actually taken a wise decision. Now, my kitchen and bathrooms have a much nicer look. The entire work was done in a couple of days and it appears dazzling. I’ve been waiting to write this review while I was still in the middle of my project but I decided to wait until ABS finished up completely. You never know what can happen at the very end and Im happy to say that these guys did such a terrific job on my 2 bathrooms remodel. I used them 2 years ago on my remodel and decided to wait on my bathrooms due to my budget. Finally ended up doing the bathrooms which is no easy task but ABS was with me every step of the way. Christine designed 2 beautiful vanities and linen closets which were custom made in their shop. I learned that remodeling your bathroom is very different from other areas of the house. There are a lot of little things to think about and so many different people working in your house, tiles, plumbing electrical. ABS did such a good job managing all those people and it felt pretty seamless. I requested that Christine be my forewoman again same as last time and was thrilled that she could accommodate. Not only is she hilarious but she really tells it like it is (in a good way) and took me out of some really dumb decisions. Christine was absolutely spectacular. Her suggestion of adding an addition to my cape to make it a center gutted the entire first floor to create an open concept, is great! Christine was available for my questions morning, noon and night. Their crews were just top notch and so easy to work with. My home is exactly now what I had envisioned when the project started and the architect put pen to paper. Overall, just a great, pleasant experience.

There isnt a better counter store! They have amazing customer service - you can text them, and call them anytime. They were able to install the most beautiful counter-tops with precision and only FIVE days after I ordered them, and I ordered them 2 days before Thanksgiving! The installers showed up at 10 AM prompt on Sunday morning and were so courteous, professional and exceeded our expectations in terms of perfectly cut counter-tops (and catered to our farm sink)!

Fairly average and mediocre quality. Eva, Christine, and a hit n miss crew of installers. I only met Eva once for measurements. She was 30 minutes late for our appointment. My agent and I both had to drive in 50 minutes of traffic. We got to the house on time but had to wait for her. She was cold and only spoke a few words during the meeting.There were some frustrating incidents and arguments during the cabinet installation that could have been completely avoid. Overall I was barely satisfied. I had to push very hard to get some of the quality issues fixed and it involved multiple trips. I will do much more research next time before I pay someone to do any work in my house again.

We placed our kitchen cabinet order in early March before Seattle businesses started to shut down due to COVID-19. We were going to pickup on March 30, but things were starting to change. ABS let us pickup earlier, so we could get our cabinets before the shutdown. In that time, we also decided to go with a white countertop instead of grey. Christine was very helpful in coordinating and helping us make changes to our order. In the end, we are happy with our cabinets and countertop. Their help was greatly appreciated.

The price is low. You must watch, be careful. They moved their warehouse down near Boing Field, know this if you plan to pick up yourself. When we got the vanity cabinet out of the box, there was a chip on the door. They were accommodating and provided some paint to match it, or they offered to replace the door if we requested. Theyre a new, small company and Christine is doing her best to pacify and keep this company running.

We hired ABS Cabinets Seattle to install the cabinetry for our kitchen, and fabricate few custom pieces for the entry and living room. The company did outstanding job from start to finish, helping with material selection and all consultations along the way. Need ideas remodeling

ABS scheduled a repair to our house to a repair a crack in our waterfall island. They did a great job with the repair, and cleaned up. ABS gracious didnt accept payment for the repair. i appreciated Ben for fitting us into his busy schedule.

When it came time for us to remodel our kitchen I got a couple of quotes and chose ABS Cabinets as their bid was very competitive. I had also seen the really nice job that ABS had done on a friends kitchen. Before ABS started the job Christine came out to the house to help us with the design. She came back again to measure. We enjoyed excellent customer service from Christine who returns calls in a very timely fashion and takes care of any questions you may have. The cabinets and countertops were installed within the two days that was promised us. The very professional installers worked late into the evening on both days to get everything installed. The cabinets are beautiful and so are the countertops. Very high quality cabinets. I would strongly recommend ABS Cabinets if you are thinking of a kitchen or bath remodel. Hired ABS Cabinets for 2 simultaneous kitchen remodels for an apartment complex. Christine, the sales agent and organizer was very professional and made things very swift and easy. She would communicate things very well and provide constant updates via phone or text.Regarding the installation, not only were the installers very good and what they do, but they were very fast as well. Installing both kitchens and counter tops was originally scheduled to be a 3-day job (2 days for installing cabinets in both kitchens and 1 day for counter tops). Instead, the entire project (both kitchens) were finished in 1 day.Overall, I am VERY pleased with the remodel and ABS Cabinets Seattle. We just finished our complete kitchen remodel. This is the third time we used ABS but the first time we bought cabinets. Our first purchase was a slab of granite for our double sink bathroom vanity, the second time for countertops for my moms kitchen, and this time cabinets and countertops for our own kitchen. All three times we have worked with Christine at the Seattle location who makes our purchase process so easy. Good service, great cabinets for the right price. Christine at the Seattle location helped with all the setup, and answered all my emails (and there were a lot) within an hour or two. She was super helpful, and when a cabinet was slightly cracked she had someone come replace it immediately. I had the countertops installed from ABS as well, as they did a wonderful job. For real wood cabinets, not pressboard, you wont be able to beat their prices, and I checked. Cabinets from Home Depot (press board) were about the same price, so I would suggest going to ABS and getting real wood that is going to last much much longer.

I got the cabinets and counter top from ABS, and hired them for the installation, good price, excellent quality and professional service.

Overall my wife and I were very happy with this company. They were always really pleasant to work with, very easy to get in touch with, fast turnaround times and flexible. For example, we had a scheduling misunderstanding (on our part) and so couldnt be there for the install and some questions about vent location came up - they were able to wait and prioritize other parts of the install until one of us got home from work. Theyre good quality cabinets and came with the slow close function so the doors dont slam. maybe this is standard nowadays but it is a plus.We did a quick cost comparison with ikea and they were equivalent. There were a few things that could be better or at least good to know ahead of time. The context is we did this without a contractor/designer so really just went with their suggestions: 1) we got cabinets that extended to the ceiling and got 36in cabinets. Consequently, the shelves are all just a few inches higher than Id want them to be. Going with the 40in would have been a better recommendation. 2) In one of our bottom corners, they suggested we not put in a lazy susan since there would only be room for a 9in cupboard between there and the fridge, however, the cabinet we got instead has only an 11in opening and we cant reach all the way back to the corner. Its fine for storing things we dont use often but if something gets pushed too far back well have to get some implement to grab it and pull it forward. I would have preferred to just get the lazy susan.To note - they just do cabinets they dont put any appliances back or install faucets in the sink. We hadnt made a decision on hardware yet so Im not sure if theyd install that either - Im assuming they would since they sold it in the store but good to check. If youre being your own contractor - either be prepared to do the plumbing etc. or schedule a plumber/electrician as needed to come out after they do.Another suggestion - and not a comment on their quality but something to consider when using them - is that, because they are so efficient with their process and turnaround - we sorta glanced at the drawings, said yup, yup, yup, lets do it.. and now looking at it, Id change some minor things like thinking through which way all the cupboards open.Overall, we would recommend them - and use them again - Eva, Christine and the two men who did the install were all very pleasant to work with.

Very bad customer experience, one of their customers representative Christines attitude is bad (she tries to hang up my phone call before I finish). They have unreasonable high charge too ($300 for just carrying the countertop to second floor). Also they ask for full amount being paid up front without written format of what if anything bad happens during installation process (they only ask you to sign an invoice). They dont accept pay half first and then pay the rest after the work is complete. This is the first contractor company Ive ever seen that handles payment this way. This is not the way to do business. I dont understand. Will not recommend to my friends.

To be honest I was pretty upset with the insulation, Im usually not the one to be complaining but these men we not nice at all and when they were half way done with handing up top cabinets I noticed that on of the cabinets was wrong size next to the window what was leaving me almost a 4 gap after I asked why? They said that I told them this way when one of their employees came to remeasure, with I clearly didnt even put contractor that was here was my witness saying that I alder them to make them even and close that gap. Anyway its a long story they got mad at me so I had to drive 1.45 min and 1hour back to pick up the right cabinet with my 10month old child in the back seat during traffic hour. There was a few other things they did wrong too like the lower cabinet was not straight in two places, at least 4 big gaps up on top next to the ceiling trim. And lastly they were cutting all their stuff in my storage/garage without asking me and everything go super dusty all my kids toys my dishes cloths shoes EVERYHING! In the end they charged me for that new cabinet that I had to go pick up, it was 3 bigger and we payed $200 extra they wouldnt take the blame and refused to leave until we paid they what they asked. It was really upsetting and unfair. So before you go with this company please read all the reviews if you really care for the quality and service.
