I have to say I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer service HH Windows and Doors has given us. Weve had an issue with our doors for over 3 years now. To get any help or assistance is nearly impossible. Hannes, has done NOTHING to help in trying to fix the problem. He keeps pushing the problem so we can get it fixed by someone else. When in fact the error is with his product. It is a HUGE investment. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH HH Windows and Doors, you are just putting your money into a sink hole! We have asked others to help repair it but they cant, we need his help and he is HELPLESS!
