An acquaintance made payment arrangements and have the receipt. They are going through horrid domestic violence & unemployment not paid them,yet. Ezette or Evette refuses to give her names properly nor contacts of managers, as requested. She has a sneaky, fancy demeanor to her. She quoted more than the balanced owed, and manager previously said there no lock out, everything was ok, as of last week.We wouldnt be surprised if that place is out of business before end of next year, they keep her around or not get rid of her since yesterday. She sent text messages to verify as we observed her in person and over the phone. Eviction ban signed by governor until 2021. This company not reply to emails or properly send receipts or attachments in a simple format, most of the time.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give zero stars in a review or I would. My storage unit at Seattle Self Storage was broken into and all of my belongings were stolen. The locks were cut by a bolt cutter. This happened to two other units during the same time period. Seattle Self Storage cannot tell me the date that this happened, and I was notified almost two weeks after they believe the break in happened. There is no evidence from their security cameras, nor any information from their access code system. I had a large storage unit that was filled with belongings, many of which would be easily identifiable on security cameras. This was not a smash and grab theft. It was thorough and time consuming. The thieves would have had to do a complete move out of my unit, which would have taken hours, but nothing was caught on camera. In order to access the space, the thieves rented a storage unit or knew someone who did. I expect that it was one of the many homeless individuals who use the facility. This storage facility is not secure or safe for your belongings. How can an hours long theft and move out not be caught on security cameras, identified by staff, or linked to use of an access code? Do not use Seattle Self Storage unless you do not care that your belongings can be stolen with no recourse or responsibility by the facility owner.

Price is correct, no obligatory lock purchase, etc. Delise is clearly an experienced professional in this field. She guided us to our best options with open ears, quickness and intuition. Honestly a memorable experience for such a speedy and convenient storage choice. Favorite location Ive ever placed storage, in a whole decade.

I have used Seattle Self Storage for trucks three different times for my business and Justin has always made sure we got the best price compared to the competitors. This most recent experience I got to use storage also. The building is well lit and very clean. Pricing is about average but the service makes it worth it. Thanks guys

I cant say enough good things about this place. Ive used Seattle Self Storage on a number of occasions to rent trucks and also their storage facility when my family needed extra space. Justin was more than helpful answering all my questions both in-person and over the phone, giving me great recommendations on what size unit would best suite my needs and overall just made everything easy . He made the rental and check in process so smoothly it was one less thing I had to worry about. He was very patient with all my what if this happens kind of questioning and was kind enough to re-position the truck for me so I could easily get out. Highly recommend, most likely will come back for storage in the future!

Good price, good location without any hype. It can be kind of annoying that you can only get to your unit before 6 on a weeknight so take that into consideration as you look around. All-in-all, a decent place.My experience was hit-or-miss in terms of customer service, really nice and well-meaning, but subject to paperwork errors that ended up charging me. They always reversed the charges without much hassle, though.

Very professional and friendly staff and i have my belongings in there and havent had a problem and i can go through my unit during office times, and they have good hours for that! I know my belongings are safe there!!

Elevator works, front office is staffed, etc. Clean enough. Warm enough. Ive moved things in and out of here with friends many times but never rented a unit myself.
