Giving the store 4 stars cause the service kinda sucks but the customer service is really nice. Theres a gentleman named David there that is really helpful I appreciate him.

Great service and awesome promotional plans, theyre even giving out 2 months free of service this month. (April 2018). Obviously the promotions are for a limited time. I have metro for 3 years now and I love the service and coverage.

They could not fix my phone or tell me how it to get it fixed can I get it off of screensaver I cannot change my screensaver picture I have on it

Cant believe the good deal i got. I searched several places for hot spot prepaid services. Verizon was 80 bucks and dud hard credit check and didnt come with anything extra. Metro gave me free Amazon prime and Google 1.

The employees there are very nice..except for the girl that works in the morning..she get craby sometimes..lol...I get it tho..but still not professional.

The assistant manager Olivia was very rude when I asked for her boss she said like I said they are out of town and when they get back I will call you my problem is I bought a phone I returned it and her her brother and her son all work there and told me that the state kept my sales taxes so the only thing I can get back was the money for the phone I called customer service and they said I was suppose to get a full refund and when I talk to Olivia she said I did what my manger told me to do refund you only the money for the phone I asked her to call the manager his name is Mr Reed she refused
