I went into the store to find out why my apps were closing up and before I was able to complete my sentence, Logan knew what my issue was. I hate your service. I have asked for your company to call me regarding my bill. Your web site is difficult. I paid a 133. Dollar and it didnt go through . A phone company should have a phone and be able to call their customer !! I want April, may, June bills mailed to me or emailed to me. TCC is no help, they say they cant even have a phone in the building!!!!!! I want to be called!

Logan was amazing! She was juggling a few different customers but she didnt let that stop her. I was upset my poor phone was done for :( but she was able to help me get a new one and was able to recover some of the data before my old phone deleted it all. I really wish you guys would have better deals for customers that have been with you as long as I have but guess not. I like back years ago that if you did stay for 2 years you would upgrade for free or give a discount. I really miss my old phone but Logan matched me with one that is similar so I could figure it out. That gi really does deserve a raise she should be a valuable asset to you!!!

Representative was very nice and got everything upgraded and transferred quickly. But wasn’t told even though paying outright for device and trading old one in (that was paid off). That was tied into a contract again. Retail dealers can only do so and didn’t know.

I love it!! The guy in there is sooo genius and knows literally everything about phones!!! Very helpful intelligent and understanding staff! Every time I go in they immediately acknowledge me and try their best to serve me as soon as possible and then are very open with any options and.... ya I could keep going right? 😁👍 really enjoy the place!!

Ryan and Logan were absolutely fabulous helping us set up our new phones. First time I have ever been in a Verizon store that I don’t have an anxiety attack by just walking in the store. I used to go to the Verizon store in Marshall and my experiences were always horrible unless Ryan or James were waiting on me so that is why I switched to straight talk. My daughter convinced me to go back to Verizon. But when doing so transferring my service wasn’t easy but thanks to Ryan and Logan it went very smooth. They are extremely valuable employees.

We went in to Verizon today to do quite a few complicated things such as switch lines numbers etc as well as get new devices. Logan was an absolute doll and helped us with our every need and then some. She exceeded customer service into something much more than you’d ever expect from a salesperson.
