So I bought a phone yesterday at this boost store only do discover it wasn’t WiFi calling compatible. I went back today and not only did Chris the entire precious transaction right. He also helped us drop an extra line in the plan. If you need a cheap phone plan take your old phone to Chris and he’ll get you set up and make it hassle free in the process. Thanks again Chris

Wished I could give no stars. Bought a$200.00 phone 2 months ago and now the phone will not even come on at all and took it here in Sedalia where purchased and showed it to them and the lady working said there is nothing at all she can do for me. I am done with boost. I been calling and she keeps putting me on hold and now apparently she had be blocked to keep me from calling. I am turning this in to the Sedalia area chamber of commerce and better business

I know they have trouble with their prices and when they I asked for something and they told me one thing and I didnt get what I asked for their phones are so so I have trouble with this once in awhile and the people are not always the nicest.

Very deceptive,when you have problems with phone you get no help,and with the computers there they say they can not retrieve your info.
