My sons go to for his gaming as well as my daughter. But also my daughter introduced me to some great new collectables that are off the charts. And being a Star Wars fan, theyve got some Cool things like these new bobblehead figures. I like them.

Jimmy is the worst he says “maliciously” damage for any and everything!! So be carful how you explain how your product is not working properly!

This GameStop has great customer service and are always friendly. This is prestige store for a reason. We moved out of town and still go out of our way to shop at this gamestop because they are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help.

Jimmy and Moses are the best Store Manager and Assistant Manager a store could ask for! Whenever I go in to look at Funko’s and the occasional video game the guys always greet me by name and it’s just a very relaxed environment. The other associates are great as well and no one pushes pre orders as bad as the other stores do. They do their best explaining the pro membership to interested parties. They do genuinely care about helping you out and getting you what you need wether that be in store or ordering something online for you to be delivered to your house.

Super clean when I walked in. I was immediately serviced and my issues caused by the walnut location was solved. The manger here in Seguin was extremely nice and supportive. 10/10 experience and I will be coming to this location every time from now on.

Love this store! I go here so much the manger, Jimmy, knows me by name. They are a friendly lot and will help you with any gaming questions you may have.

I placed the new Star Wars game on reserve for the day it came out. I was supposed to get an email letting me know when I could pick it up, but didnt. No big deal, just a simple phone call and I was on my way, and the game was ready for me when i got there. I have always received good and fast service at the GameStop!

I love this place it is the best place to get video games you get every game you want will almost every game you can even order through them retro games like for the original Nintendo the Nintendo 64 systems they typically dont have in store but the best part about GameStop or this location anyway has to be the staff they are so polite and nice and friendly and they seem to care about their job Ive been to other GameStops that have had staff members that wanted to rush you out the doors quickly as possible this particular location does not do that which I really like plan on going back soon

Always a great place to buy quality games

My kids love this place, me, not so much. The prices are a little steep and they always try to get you to buy the extra insurance, or their club plan. The place could use a good cleaning and some air freshener.

So I went in with an issue and still left with issue. Guy gave me a 1888 number to call was on hold for hour and half they never picked up. issue still not resolved. I would have never turned my customer away, i would have assisted until my customer left problem solved. If the store was busy i would have understood but nobody else was in there. No bueno

People are friendly and helpful there. They are knowledgeable about the games. It is a very clean and tidy place. I had bought a used game that didnt work and they didnt have any extra copies, but the gentleman helping me gave me options. I got my money back and ended up leaving the store satisfied.

The staff here at the Seguin location are very friendly and comical. They helped explain how digital downloads work for me. They helped look for used games and Pops as well.

This game stop location has ALWAYS been good to me. The guys are very helpful and gave me a friggin AMAZING deal this passed Christmas. Saved so much money. It is usually crowded but why wouldnt be with such a great job they do. I love this store as do my kid and niece and nephew ! The buy 2 get 1 free is my favorite promo for power up rewards members. Saves me lots of $$$

Did not have copy of a pre-ordered game I went to pick up on release day. Then was told they did not do pre-orders on accessories, to just come in on release day and they would have it, came in on release day and there were none available because all the ones in stock had been pre-ordered...

Always helpful and learn something new every time i go. Shutout to homeboy with the long beard i always see him when i go hes nice helpful and answers all the questions i ask and doesnt make me feel stupid like some people do when they know more about video games and consoles. Always a pleasure talking to him.

The games are okay priced. The issue i had was with the only employee at the store at the time never said one word to me the entire time. That wouldnt bother me normally but i was the only customer in the entire store. I looked at most of the the items in the store even by the refister and not one word. After 20 minutes i left. It is kind of humorous now that i think abouy it. He did make eye contact with me so i know he knew i qas there.

They have good service but they never have what I need when I go in there always have to draw the New Braunfels to get the things that I need because they tell me they have to order it then catch up with the times and carry what people want
