Staff is friendly with a good service to customer but they dont really have tools for you to use for some parts to remove. I needed a battery after they checked it and needed replacement, asked them if they had a tool to remove it and take the core inside, they did not have any but some pliers but that was going to damage the terminals. Went to autozone and they let me use tools and swapped the battery on the spot. Napa auto should improve in having tools for minor repairs that can be done there so customers can be on their way as fast as possible without having to go home remove the part and Bing it back to checknits the same or for the core refund.

Very good service, even gave some tips on on how to deal with some annoying parts. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

This Store has a Great staff, other than the CO2 leakage you are guaranteed a great experience! Especially if you ask for Alex J. He did the most to help me change out my brake lights! He recommended these 25$ ones that he stated increased HP by 10 full, i feel the diffrence! I feel like I can race anyone now!
