Disappointed π I called to see if they had my item in stock..they did. I went home to find out my order was wrong. I asked for a oil cap, Marco Moreno then gave me a gas cap. That was the reason I called in the first place. When I came back for the exchange he was rude stating he confirmed with me it was a gas cap, which was not true, I am a senior and the way he approached me and talked down to me was elderly abuse. How dare him, Auto Zone us out of my picture...

Quick and easy service i was in and out in a matter of minutes. I had a light out on my vehicle i went a head and swapped it out for the new one. And now its good as new. Definitely coming back for future purchases.
Service was like I was not a customer, I was treated more like a unwanted salesman, selling vacuums on superbowl Sunday. I was given the choice to pay for the part because they didnt have it in stock however since the young man didnt seem like he wanted to be working I didnt seem like I wanted to buy a hose I needed for my airfilter. Good thing was amazon seemed to be a great place too look for it and the service was better since artificial Intelligence at least seems like they want to help me with my car problem. Hopefully this kid doesnt lose his job to a robot one day but if he does I wouldnt mind

I came in stressed and uncertain about the correct fix, and both of them showcased their knowledge, and professionalism in a timely manner. Very grateful for their assistance to get me back on the road.

I used to shop regularly at this location but I stopped because of the manager that took over this store a few months back. He was unprofessional and rude but on Monday I needed some parts. Napa had to order them so I HAD NO CHOICE but to walk in to auto zone and was extremely shocked and impressed by the knowledge and patience the new female manager had. I say new because this is the first time Iβve met her. I wasnβt able to get her name but she had everything I needed and got me in and out of there in a jiffy. Iβll be shopping here once again.

Im a senior citizen and the representatives at Auto Zone are always ready to help me such as adding oil to my vehicle or changing a turning light bulb. I was there the other day because my engine light went on and the young associate used a sensor light to determine what was wrong and found the problem. They are a wonderful bunch and I couldnt say enough .
I dont know much about auto parts and what not, but its cool they go the extra mile to make sure Im taken care of. Appreciate that
Its as if nobody was working on a Saturday afternoon, I walked thru almost every aisle trying to find a certain type of oil twice. I didnt want to be rude & interrupt while the workers helped customers but it was obvious I needed help while I stood there. I understand that not every customer can be helped instantly but it does help to be acknowledged.
Jacob the store manager was very helpful and went beyond his duty helping me. I felt he was not misleading on his products and did not try to sell me some part I did not need.

Great auto parts store so far already ABLE to get parts THAT other name brand unable.
Very poor customer service, requested a lifetime part warranty lookup for an alternator. Instead person at the counter began stating battery is not covered, I never asked about the battery. Autozone attendant looked up two different phone numbers (cellphone and home phone) and stated the part was not covered under warranty. I stated the part has an Autozone sticker and exact matching part number and was purchased at an autozone which one of those two numbers. After some irritation, I took my vehicle to another autozone in Fresno, they had no problem finding my part with my cellphone number and clearly stating it was under lifetime warranty. The Selma autozone has very poor service, they are very deceptive, bad employees, very shady customer service practices, this will be reported to corporate.
They dont always have everything in stock. The employees can either be very rude or very polite, depending on whos behind the counter. Ive had both good and bad experiences here.
Employees are friendly and fast to ask you if you need assistance.
