The guys outside are fantastic! They know how to take initiative and take care of business! All my auto work will be done here from now on thanks to these fellows! The best service I have ever seen period!! They had my tires installed so fast and did an awesome job too... before the cashier could ring it up! Of course it was a new cashier but still .. those guys know how to take care of business.... you take care of business. You take care of the customer bottom line. Nice job guys! Keep it up!! Youve earned my business and Im spreading the word!

They were pretty fast about doing an oil change, which is convenient while you do your shopping.

Brought my truck in for an oil change came back two hours later. They handed me a receipt for zero dollars and didn’t do anything to the truck give me back the keys

OMG! Do not go here! I had an oil change performed here and they over-filled it. I heard the workers saying Just tell him it takes 5 quarts. Too much oil makes it too dense and can actually mess up the engine. The store manager made them remove at least a quart and give me a quart off the shelf. I thanked him. Nice guy, but cannot trust the technicians enough to have any work done here. Just go to a smog place or a small shop for an oil change, but get an estimate first. For a small- to medium-size car and light truck, it shouldnt be over $35 with 5 quarts or less of oil. Add at least $10 for synthetic oil. Before going anywhere and when the engine is cold, if you can reach it, open the hood or get under the car and make a mark on the oil filter, but ONLY IF ITS SAFE. After the work is done and before leaving any place, open the hood and check the oil fluid (yes, just check) level and make sure its a new oil filter. If you see the same filter with the mark you made, have them do it all over at no charge. Just dont go to Walmart.

At first I sat in the car waiting for a few minutes while the guy stood at the post doing paperwork. I figured hed acknowledge the customer and address me. Finally asked if I need an oil change. Aside from that, the employees inside were helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car. I was greeted with smiles, they opened doors, and made me laugh in the process 🙂

Travelling from out of town with a taller vehicle, couldnt get me in due to vehicle being too tall. Ive never had this issue elsewhere, also went to wait at the Starbucks after 2 hours of waiting I called the shop only to have them tell me they hadnt changed my oil due to vehicle being too tall. Apparently their phones cant call out of area numbers was the excuse I was given for no phone call

The inside folks need to communicate with the outside folks. They gave me a 45 min wait time and the inside folks said 1.5 to 2 hours. They need to develop another system!! Rude!! And this is my 3rd attempt here in selma!! Jus pay the extra 20 bucks and go to TNT !! Faster nicer !!

Very clean and organized! Freindly staff as well.

Took my car in to get an oil change, went inside to do the paperwork, computer took around 15 minutes to work right. Then after my car finally got into the shop they looked at it for another 10 minutes and then told me they couldnt change my oil because the oil filter was coming out crooked.? Huge waste of time. So then the next day I took it to valvoline oil change and they did the whole proces in 15 mins if that, and had absolutely no isues, never even had to get out of my car. Will not be going back to Wal-Mart auto care...

The guys that work here are helpful and knowledgeable, which is hard to find at a Walmart tire center.

Got to the Walmart tire shop today around 6:00 pm today tire blew on the freeway and I live 2 hours away Dident get no one to help me till about 7:00 pm the manager gave me real bad aditude saying they couldent change my tire so now Im stranded here in Selma couse the manager says they couldent help i asked to speak to someone above him he gave me aditude again saying everyone left home for the day I give him a really bad review he gives really bad costumer service its suppose to be costumers come first

The first guys was rude. I got there at 10:30 and there wasnt ready till 1:45. The wait was just to long.

Took them a long time to patch a flat tire.

For some reason the associate decided to tie his shoes before helping the customers there were several customers waiting dont see the importance of tieing his shoes while he made the customers wait very annoying

Messed up my oil, now only go dealerships.

It took 1 hour n 10 minutes to change 1 freaking tire...... it was painful to watch.... uhhhhhhh.......
