Garrett knocked it out of the park. I came in with a vision and he helped me reach my goal well within my budget. I was skeptical at first due to the online reviews. But after meeting with him, he made me feel comfortable with the design process and all selections made. The countertops could’ve been a faster process but I understand with the pandemic some things are out of their hands. Will be returning to work with them again when we are ready to start our bathroom projects.
Had the worst experience! Do not use them. When initially going through the design process and purchasing the cabinets and counter top up front I was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks (which did not happen). After calling and asking why it hadn’t been delivered they said it wasn’t marked for delivery but for pickup so I had to wait until the next week for delivery. Then was told the installer would be contacting me. This did not happen so 3 days later I call him and he said he wasn’t told they were delivered but could come the following week. Already at week 4 they finally get installed but one of the cabinets was not the right size so it had to be returned and re ordered so another week goes by until I receive that. Now I have all my cabinets and no counter. They ordered the wrong counter and charged me the wrong price and then told me I needed to give them 2,000.00 dollars more. I told them absolutely not and to refund me. Now my cabinets are installed and they do look good but they left trash everywhere and didn’t throw anything away. I have no truck and I am now stuck trying to figure out what to do with all these massive boxes. Sooooo save yourself the trouble and do not go with this company. It is a nightmare and they do not care about the customer.
I was very disappointed with the National customer care. I communicated with them about paying over 6 thousand dollars on scratchy cabinets and they didnt care in our phone conversation--Cassandra and manager Sonia. Then, manager blamed and disrespected my installer for not following directions where there are words to follow in the booklet. Just like a puzzle, you have to figure this out--NO WORDS. Missing screws too. Now, I have to pay extra to wait to pay for those touch ups to cover those ugly scratches that was sold to me.I was lucky to order side cabinets for my kitchen but not the center of the kitchen. Will not go back to them ever again to get the island, refrigerator and sink area cabinets for my kitchen to be purchased by Cabinets To Go.God help me find an honest store that does care for customers and not sell you improper scratchy cabinets. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent the time to do a full kitchen layout from our diagram. If you need help or direction I would definitely recommend checking with her and her sales associates.

We are working on remodeling our kitchen through cabinets Togo and it has been a mess since the beginning, we gave all of the money up front which was $21.000 (which by the way everything is an up charge and done separate) to have cabinets and counter tops ordered and I guess once they get your money your install is when they get time because it has now been over 4 weeks and we have only had cabinets installed and we have been without counter tops and a sink for 3 weeks because it was disconnected and we were told it was our responsibility to get a plumber to put it back together again after counters are installed. it seems that we are the ones organizing it all and we could of had a professional come remodel our whole kitchen for that price. the bottom line is if you want something done in a timely manner, I would go with an independent contractor and then everything will be done and done correctly.
A nightmare decision for anyone who wish to have this company to service you’re cabinet upgrade.

I went here with my brother. He was looking for a highboy cabinet. We didnt realize it was more of a kitchen cabinets place. The guy was so nice and explained that they make all kind of cabinets. What beautiful cabinets they have. If I ever redo my kitchen, I will definitely go there.

Contacted them on the 5 days ago for a design project for Cabinets. I got a basic email telling me I would called in 24 to 48 hours. Still no contact,I think they might be out of business.
Waited weeks and weeks for cabinets. No communication. Then youll get no plans. And told to work it out yourself basically. Ill use a cabinet company in future. Still waiting on items....
Donna sold me the wrong panel for my bathroom vanity that does not fit. It hangs over the vanity by about 4 inches. When I called her about it, she informed me that the panel was in fact for a kitchen cabinet. She said that Cabinets to Go does not make a bathroom vanity and that she informed me she was selling us the wrong part at the time of purchase, which of course she did not. Why would I buy the wrong panel? The manager, Gabe, would not help correct this. Dishonest customer service. Avoid.
RUN AWAY AND DO NOT WORK WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.I dont have words to describe the MENTAL AGONY AND PAIN I have gone through working with CTG for the last 6 months. I think 10 years has been taken off of my life.Dont do it. Its not worth it even if youre saving some money.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AND THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE.I started my kitchen and bathroom remodel in APRIL and it is taking MONTHS AND MONTHS for items to come in b/c everything is always on backorder.I have received damaged items multiple times. Everytime I return it, it takes another TWO MONTHS to get a replacement, only to get ANOTHER DAMAGED CABINET.Everytime I call about a missing piece, it takes them forever to even find the order b/c they are so disorganized there.Theyre always super nice when theyre trying to sell you something. Once they have your money, they can care less about you and treat you like garbage.I HATE HATE HATE THIS COMPANY AND DONT HAVE ENOUGH WORDS. Spend your money elsewhere! STAY AWAY!!!!!
Dreadful experience and four months later we still dont have the product we paid for. Weve even got one cabinet delivered broken and basically destroyed three different times in a row now. This is the worst possible scenario playing out during a kitchen renovation. The staff at Selma blame corporate and say theyre helpless and everything is out of their control. Everything except the part about taking your money.Steer clear. In fact RUN. FAR. AWAY.
Awful customer service. Do not buy white cabinets host don’t they all are bad quality with bubbles and cracks it’s all china products so that can tell you everything. Bad installation too.
What a disappointment! Wish I could give 0 stars. Were now on month 4 of not having all the parts from our order. Delays from day one, terrible communication and right out lies when you do finally get ahold of someone. I would never recommend anyone to use this company.
