He could not help transfer our information from our old phone to the new phone because he said you only had internet for your computers. Plus had to drive back to the store because I could not make it work . It took me over three hours to figure it out, do it on my own to transfer for two phones. This was no reflection on him he did a great job you should have internet so they can help us that arent so computer savvy.

Both Adrian and Hugo at this store have been sooooo very helpful and were able to fix many problems I had that calling att couldnt get fixed. This is the only att store I have found that has knowledgeable, courteous, customer service reps that actually help.Both times Ive been there I have left feeling much better about att....thanks to these two staff members.

I went in multiple times to other ATT stores for a new 12 pro max. I finally found my place at the Selma ATT store. First, I dealt with sunny who was super helpful and was able to set me up with a new phone. Rayven was of tremendous help when setting me up as well! Thank you all for your help. So, I am writing this review because I felt very compelled to inform anyone considering going to this location to know who to get a hold of for the best possible customer experience you will ever receive. A couple of days ago I went to this location to get my son the new iPhone as I realized there was a promotion going on. The problem was that his birthday was coming up in a few days and there was a sense of urgency to have the phone delivered before the big day. An associate by the name of Sunny -- whom was assisting me on getting the phone, realized the dilemma and took it upon himself to jump every hurdle for me to get that phone there on time to make my son’s day that much more special. Not only did he show empathy, compassion, and unmatched quality customer service, he also helped me save over ~$300+ on my yearly bill by switching to paperless automatic pay. This young man truly knows his stuff and clearly needs to be commended for his first-class effort!-- (At first, I thought he was a manager, but I was completely flabbergasted when I found out he was not!). All-and-all, the phone arrived right on time and was truly the icing on the cake for my son’s birthday! & the look on his face when he saw his new phone was utterly priceless!If you want outstanding service and value, ask for “Sunny” on your next visit to this AT&T location!

The store manager, Edgar, went above and beyond today in helping us update my mom’s ancient iPhone. We got the phone in the mail and it was not going smoothly at home at all. I called the store just to see if the time it was taking was normal and he was kind enough to have us come in and he was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes! I highly recommend!

Even when I came back a few days later to ask some follow up questions, he was very accommodating and made sure to walk me through any questions I had. Nothing better than good customer service.

First off I would love to thank Felix for his out of the ballpark customer service. He was real cool about everything and made the fun buying experience an exciting one. Even though the store was busy he still managed to take care of me and customers as they walked through the door. From answering questions to answering phone calls to working on getting my new account up and running and set up. Felix didn’t let any customer feel left out. No doubt Felix went above and beyond with helping me out. I highly recommend going to Felix for all your cellphone/service needs. 5 stars all around on the service and customer service experience.

And then couple more people came in and were helped. I would understand a wait if they were busy but they were not. Other then that the staff were not rude and the store was clean

I called today (Sunday, December 29) at 10:04am to ask about what to do regarding stolen or lost phones, and a lady answered and told me to wait just one second and had me on hold for 7 minutes. If you dont know the answer to the question, it shows how little knowledge you have of your job but it is also unprofessional to keep someone waiting that long because you dont want to do your job.

So two days before I arrived here, I had purchased a phone at At&t located in Ontario California for the Memorial Day weekend. That day I had also received a new number and they had told me my old phone number would deactivate once I purchased my new phone (which happened in Ontario CA). A day later I realized my old phone still had service, so I went to the At&t located in Selma CA for some help, since I did not want to get billed for my old and new phone. This was my first time ever stepping foot into this building. I will be honest and say that it looked very new and decent inside and outside. Once I stepped inside, there was literally no one and I was reliefed since i would get attended immediately. The only employee there was literally sitting down on their phone, and once I came in they asked if I needed any help. I explained my situation and I was then told that they couldnt deactivate my old phone number and I would have to do it myself by calling a certain number.....some help right? When I asked if I would get billed for it, they said most likely i will and it didnt matter if I called to cancel it today or tomorrow because I would get billed for it anyways. So after being there for literally a minute, I walked right out and nothing was resolved. I then called the At&t in Ontario CA which is exactly 237.9 miles away from Selma CA, and spoke to the same employee who helped and sold me the phone, and within 5 minutes the issue was resolved and even left a note on my account so I wouldnt be charged for my old phone. Point is, its so ridiculous that they were no help, and this other helpful employee from miles away from Ontario CA, was capable to solve the issue immediately (and through the phone). Will I come here again...nah. Perhaps just to visit the Starbucks thats right next to it. (:

Guy just ignore me and helped someone else. After apologizing for his mistake and an hour later. He realized they didnt have the phone we wanted in Stock. Really? Who does that? Not checking to see if they even have the phone. He offered to order the phone from a different store, at this point I had ran out of patience. We ended up going to the corporate store in Fresno. Much better service and they had the phone we wanted in 3 different colors. Dont waste your time and go directly to a corporate store. They really know how to do their job there.

Couldnt be happier with the way Edgar helped me get all the things I was promised when I bought my iphone. Edgar is the manager there in Selma, and he worked very hard to make sure I got my free phone with the BOGO offer. He also helped me get all of the offers from Direct TV. Edgar took care of me just like he would do for himself, which is So Extremely Rare these days! If you have need of a new phone, or anything A.T.&T., Edgar is just great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He is doing a Great Job!!!

Self pay machine wasn’t working so I had to wait, as I go up to one of the employees he tells me I have to wait till he figures out who came in first so I went on and told him the gentleman and his daughter got there before me. He goes on and helps them so at this point I’ve been standing for a long time, I am pregnant so I got tired and took a seat. Then another employee screams out who was here first and I didn’t even get a chance to get up and say anything before he jumped to help another customer so at this point I have to stand in line and wait for 3 other people to get attended before I finally got a chance to pay my bill. Worse customer service I have experienced so far.

I had been having problems with my phone telling me I had no service. I decided to drop by and have someone tale a look a it. The manager Edgar then looked into my account and found that someone was committing fraud on my account! I was so terrified of the information they could have gotten from me and even more mad because they were able to order a few phones with my lines. The manager Edgar was so helpful in getting everything squared away and helped me call the fraud line. He went above and beyond and made me feel really good about their services. I’m so glad we have them in Selma because it will alwas sus be a pleasure to walk into this store with the excellent customer service that they provide.

Purchased, a phone cord from ATT in another city, associate said if the charger is defective that I can return to any ATT store even with with out the recipe or box. Well cord became defective so I went to Att store in Selma Ca, and I was told no that I can not exchange the cord because they are Att retailer not a corporation store. I said was the difference if both store bare the ATT logo, anyway both female associates were both very rude and unprofessional, I will never buy a phone from any ATT company, iam switching to Verizon.One employee was the assistant manager who refuse to give me the corporate number because she did not know it. Stay away from this store and the assistant manager Elenai

I have been a customer of ATT for almost 10 years. My husband and I have been into multiple locations for various reasons. I have always called and paid the bills, changed the services, ECT. Since my husband is military the main name on the account has always been his, but I verify everything and handle all the account issues. Its never been a problem prior to this visit. I dropped my Iphone 6 in the toilet, AH! my first ever water accident. Since my husband works out of town 3 weeks a month I knew I had to get it taken care of ASAP so I had a way to contact 911 in case of an emergency. Since Im a mother of 4 and we are often times alone. I went into this store right when it opened, armed with my debit card for the impending cost (I didnt carry the warranty, it didnt used to cover water damage!) my phone and my 4 kids (we home school). They all went to the seating area in front of the TV and I walked in and was ignored for a few minutes, until the other customer service rep (a woman) yelled at Dorian to come and assist me (He was also watching the TV). He came over and I explained what happened, and that I needed to see if I could buy a new phone. He insisted that we check for a warranty even though I knew I didnt have one, and when he found out my name wasnt on the account he said he couldnt help me because I wasnt an authorized user. I replied, ok, how can we fix that? he said my husband had to come into the store with me. I explained that wasnt possible for another 2 weeks. I have all the information and can verify the account, but he just rolled his eyes and said Thats not gonna work. So we needed a different option. He took me to an ipad, acting extremely annoyed, and made me check if we had a warranty. Which we didnt, and it showed we didnt. So then he had me log into my account and try to add myself as an authorized user. When it came to the verification screen it needed a number to text to complete it. Well.. my phone is toilet logged.. so thats not going to work. I asked if I could use his number, he said no. It has to be a number thats on the account. Okay. Can I use your phone to call and wake up my husband? No. Okay fine, I replied, I want to just buy a phone outright. He looked at me, annoyed and said Do you know how much those cost??. I said, Obviously. At this point he is acting extremely rude, I am on the verge of tears. I reply, I just need to buy a phone so I have a way to call 911 in case of an emergency. To which he says, I cant help you since you dont have an account with us..I drove to the ATT in the shopping area in Converse, still crying after the way Dorian treated us. I walked in and explained what happened. They let me call my husband and wake him up, he added me as an authorized user and the assistant manager hooked me up with a non-toilet phone. And I hope he made a great commission because he deserves it.After this visit I strongly considered cancelling my contract with ATT, but I dont want to punish myself. So instead I am going to write this review about Dorians poor customer service skills on every format I can find.
