I went in to the store because I thought it would be easier than online. I dont know if the girl there didnt want to help me because it was close to the time they were closing. I went home and it took me over an hour but I was able to get it done. This store is the one that I usually go to because they were always more polite.

Lady named Daisy charged me $25 for a case I didnt even ask, on top of that added me insurance I didnt want either,her fault my phone was shut off because I payed my 4 lines for $100 on time and didnt knew I had the $8 insurance, so I had to pay $15 reactivation fee plus $8 insurance again to get my phone back on😡🤬
