Everything went super well my husband and I picked out our phones and left the store.. we were told if we didn’t like them and wanted to switch in 3 days with no fees that we could.. I go in maybe 2 hours later to switch my phone from the 12 to the iPhone 12 Pro Max because I fell in love with my husbands phone and they told me I’d lose my trade in from earlier and would have to pay full price.. NO ONE told us that at anytime that I’d lose my trade in or offers if I traded phones they just said we could switch in 3 days.. so I came in right away to do that and left super disappointed.. it really upsets me when the sales people don’t make all those small details clear.. so now I’m stuck with a phone that I like but I don’t absolutely love..

Nathan Gonzales was super helpful and very courteous during the whole signup process for our account! It is because of Nathan I’m giving five stars, Verizon’s computer system was a different story. It seems they love putting everyone on hold, even their own people. Despite that, Nathan got all the changes and devices setup we needed! *update went in to put service on a galaxy watch and they remembered about my screen protector from a few days before. I told them my fingerprint started working but the protector had a little Crack in it. They replaced it for free. Screen protector works perfect with my fingerprint now.. great service 👏👍they deserve a raise

He really cares about what you come to store interested in and doesnt try to force you to feel like you have to buy more things than you originally even wanted to. I left happier than when I came. I’d give this establishment 0 stars if I could, from the moment me and my mother step foot into the building the individual who was supposed to “help” us was nothing but rude. Literally acting like a child trying to get into a back and forth about why all androids are the same and that we shouldn’t want the phone we’ve been anticipating months for. He was refusing to bring out the phone we kept asking for acting clueless and continuing to bring out Motorola’s and LG’s when we said multiple times we were there for a Galaxy only. I don’t understand how this place has 5 stars with so many reviews half of them seem as though if they’re genuinely bot accounts to inflate this retailers ratings cause their service was absolutely horrible. Definitely won’t be going back and will never recommend to anyone I know.

Straight BAIT and SWITCH. Bought two phones on buy one get one free, warranty, two watches, wipe on screen protector, and a tablet. We were told our bill was going to be around $260 a month for all after we signed up for auto pay. Phones were supposed to be $50 a month for both phones themselves, $60 insurance, $20 for two watches and then line fees for all and 1 tablet. I was paying $60 and my wife was paying $110 or so on our last set of phones. I went in wanting the note 9 the salesman told us that the galaxy 10 5g was the latest and greatest and that it was similar to the note 9 in that I could use a stylus to write on the screen and the 10 5g was buy one get one free. Thats the first not true statement he made. Found out the 20 5g was out after we boughtthe phones a few days later. Signed up and took our phones. He explained that the bill would be higher in the first month something like $360 then it would go down to the $260. This was verified by my wife who will not agree with me unless she is right. We got our first bill paid it and then the second bill came. Same $360. Third bill came $360 still. Went down to the store as the sim card on the latest and greatest galaxy 10 5g was not working. Asked about our bill. They said that is the right $360 price. I told them I wanted to talk to the guy who sold me the phones. He came over and remembered me and what I did for a living. His face went blank when he saw our bill. He did quickly say that he remembered the transaction. He could not figure out why we had the price we did or $360. He the says lets knock off the insurance that will bring... hold on I am not knocking off anything I want the price I signed for. Then this guy says well you bought the phones when the sale was changing and that Verizon made our bill buy one get one half off instead og buy one get one free. I told guy to print our reciepts and look at the paperwork we signed. After 45 minutes of me sitting their watching this guy try to cover up bait and switch I still had no paperwork printed up. The guy at this point is running around the showroom looking like he has no idea what happened. This guy looked like he could not think clearly he was so nervous. I explained to him that you just admitted to BAIT and SWITCH dude. I told him to give me his managers card. He could not even find that. I asked him if he had a card then and to just write the name and number of the manager on the card. To no evail we got no where. I went home and had my wife call. Dont know what happened after that but we are still paying $360. I left my last carrier to move to Verizon because it gets good reception where we live. HUGE MISTAKE. OVER THE LIFE OF OUR 2 YEAR CONTRACT THIS GUYS MISTAKE OR LIE OR EHATEVER THEY DID IS GOINT TO COST US $2400. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY LIE ABOUT THE MOST CURRENT EQUIPMENT THEY PERFORMED BAIT AND SWITCH AND THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF QUALITY CUSTEOMER SATISFACTION. GO TO Xfinity or Att. When I am done paying off this garbage deal he lied about I will never purchase another Verizon product, ever.

I purchased a new s21plus and was told it came with a free case and screen protector, when I got home and was looking at the receipt I noticed I paid for both then when I opened the box to get the charger there was nothing in the box. When I finally had time to go back they told me that they dont give free cases and screen protectors and they also said they could sell me a cable for a discount but wouldnt give me the one that came with the phone.

Johnny in there, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with Verizon. Went in to up grade to new phone. Back up of my old phone took awhile. Like passed their closing time. He stayed and got my new 11 pro max all set up. Then brought it to me while i was having dinner in the next shopping center over. Stand up guy for sure. You need it he will get you set up flush.

There service was ok. The guy was kind. Just one thing I’ll never come back to this service again. Was ripped off. I guess there computer had set a estimate time we would receive are phones and it would be in like 2 weeks. Are iPhones got here in couple of days. Ok no biggy. Later on went to see I could exchange my phone long story short it was a fail. Since we where paying are monthly payments I asked the guy how much we had left to pay them off and he said one iPhone was a little over 300 and the second was over 400 and asked how was that possible if we got the phones on the same day same box and he denied what I said and said “well the computer here says you got one phone this day and the second one like a week later” and I was confused like how are you gonna tell me “no” if I got my phones within days in the same box and still denied what I said and was like “well the computer says this” so got ripped off. Just giving you guys a heads up if you ever order phones make sure you take your pictures and right down your dates.

Heres my issue. Service was fantastic once we started the process but it did start off rocky but again great customer service. This isnt even the reps fault, the problem is Verizon, the cell phone manufacturer and whoever their Master Agent is (Where this store orders their phones from) because of many different reasons that I completely understand. They need to start paying more money and not demand un realistic goals for the reps and the stores because they charge for every little thing. Pre Order a phone $35 (They dont even use it towards the device). Set up fee $35 for every single device you get (Even if they dont set it up, like in my case because I know how to do it). On top of that because we pre-ordered a phone that only came in a bundle so I was forced to buy it. Now, why didnt I go somewhere else you may ask and thats a great question. Theres one corporate in Fresno and they close at 7PM so I would not be able to make it in time. Corporate is like buying online which is what I recommend.

Came into this great location to get new service because I have a company phone and the service is excellent. So decided to open up my personal account and got myself a new Z4 and jetpack, oh man do I love my new devices. Vince was the nice gentleman who helped me get me my new stuff. I forgot to do auotpay and I came into store again and was also greeted by a great fella named Johnny who was able to assist me and also switching my plan giving me a better deal! Very please with this location Selma. I am from San Diego and just down here working on the railroads for work and man i feel at home when I walked through those doors. I highly recommend this store. By far the worst experience Ive had in any cell phone company I went to pay off my phones and get the bogo deal mistake was done on the update and I tried to correct it through corp. I wasnt aware that I would cancle my deal and I didnt catch it now im paying 390 a month I should have just got a car off the lot next door at this rate. Smfh I complained and sumitted a application requesting for my original deal because it was not my fault Johnny did the update and didnt update the correct number since the start 😤 before I left that day I brought it to his attention and he said it was OK that I would switch over in a couple days witch it never did
