This place doesn’t value their customers! My parent were regulars, they loved to shop there because of the variety they have. Recently my mother bought a pair of jeans with a manufacturer defect and all she wanted was an even exchange. Her mistake was removing the tags, of course she was going to wear the jeans that’s why she took the tag off but she didn’t end up wearing them. Bottom point, you can clearly see the manufacturer defects, they can easily dispute this issue with their supplier but they told her that they cant to nothing about it . Hello BootBarn 👢
