I love this store! Its open 24 hours again and the employees there are so friendly and helpful!

I had a problem when an Rx I had my physician call into the PF location only to get a text telling me that they could only partially fill one and the other one they didn’t have it all and didn’t know when they would get it in. I called Sean at this Walgreens pharmacy and he was very calming in his demeanor as I am under lockdown, went out of his way to try to call my Dr at home in KY to place my Rx that PF couldn’t fill with his pharmacy. Within 15 minutes he had the Rx filled. Sean went beyond good customer service. I’m grateful for his assistance.

I do a lot of shopping at this store and have always had friendly assistance.I will continue to shop here.

Best Walgreens in our area, I wont go to any of the others. Everyone here from the sweet girls in the pharmacy to the lady working the check out counter are genuinely kind and caring!

The worst customer service! It’s 5pm on a Saturday afternoon and we are trying to buy insulin syringes because my daughters insulin pump failed and we were told to go to the 24 hour Walgreen’s in another town! Sad that they are not willing to assist because it is 5pm but the store stays open to midnight!

This is the most efficient and customer friendly Walgreens I have ever done business with,. And I use Walgreens throughout the United States on my travels. Kudos for a job well done.

No problem. The layout is confusing. Why would you put beauty products by the front door? The signs help though. Staff is friendly & helpful.

I admired a pair of sandals a friend had on last year. Found a pair in white last summer and bought the most comfy pair of sandals I have ever worn. When I tried to find them in black and could not, (tried 5 Walgreens) I asked Van working at the time, if there was any way he could located a pair in my size. He had them in the next morning! Kudos to Van and Larry the manager.

I made an online photo order and scheduled a pick up time for 45 minutes later. When I showed up past my pick up time, their machines were off, they had no idea I had placed an order or what it was for. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes in store for the photo order, and we were treated as an inconvenience that we had to be helped.

They go out of their way to provide great service in pharmacy and store. Awesome. Amazing. Hearts of servants!

My daughter and I visited the beauty counter and recieved GRETA customer service. We later returned same day to return an item, however Donna shift lead was very unfriendly to me. Very loud, no eye contact, sat my return on the counter and very RUDE! I will never go there again while vacationing in Sevierville, TN.

Cashier was very help and courteous. She went out of her way to be helpful.
