Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, a better parts selection than the Pigeon Forge store. Great selection of Coleman outdoor products. Worth the 3 hour drive I made to see it and will be back. Visit the Pigeon Forge Store if youre in the area as they eac have a few things the other doesnt.

This is a FACTORY OUTLET. That dont mean its the cheapest place to get products, but it does mean they people that work here actually KNOW all about the products they sell, and theyll have the biggest selection of Coleman products there are. Truckload sales have great prices. One stop shop for camping equipment. While some of the prices maybe more expensive I dont have to wait to get my stuff. The sales people are very helpful and friendly as well. I will definitely be back.

Both the Coleman dual-fuel lantern and dual-fuel camping stove failed on their first use. The lantern failed to pressurize the tank due to a faulty valve and the stove failed to turn off so I had flames up to 8 inches in this little stove I couldnt put out. On top of that, the fuel canister on the stove fell off the outside of the housing while the stove was one.

Definitely a must stop any time were in town. Also have great deals!

Shelves almost bare, store being closed by Coleman. All future sales will be done on line or thru major retailers like Walmart. Another victim of on-line shopping 😵

You can find just about everything Coleman. Huge variety. Prices are good, not much cheaper than regular, but cheaper is better. I found a few older things that I havent seen in a while.

Such a fun place! Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We even talked with another customer about a pop up canopy we were looking at. We ended up buying the canopy for future camping trips.

The outlet store was really nice. It was a lot bigger than I expected. The only reason I only gave it four stars is because the employee was not friendly at all.

Always the first place I stop when I come down to Gatlinburg. They always seem to be having some type of sale going on where you can pick up some new camping gear at a great deal. Staff is always helpful and happy to greet you.

This store has every thing for your camping experience. Tents, popups, coolers, sleeping bags of all temperatures. I bought a colman cup, my husband has one and it keeps coffee hot a long time.

Got some presents for my kids from here for a great deal. There was one issue with one of the head lamps and they replaced it with no questions.

Had a tent sale. Place to go for all your camping needs.

We’ve stopped in here several times over the years and always leave buying some pretty amazing stuff, and always at a discount. Today we happened in and found everything besides fuel and a few other items were 40% off MSRP! We purchased a canopy that’s normally $150ish and spent $114! This trip we also got a two burner stove for under $50! Such good deals. Not to mention the fella who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and nice.

Its an outlet store, and Ive noticed quite a bit of Coleman products being made in China, however, I can usually find some decent camping gear at very low prices. That way, if it breaks I can just toss it. But if you want quality outdoor products, Coleman isnt what it used to be.

Love the Coleman store they have all you need for camping.

Customer service is non-existent! Prices are not any better than you can find elsewhere on most everything. And truthfully, with a few exceptions - Coleman makes cheap chinese goods now anyway. As an avid outdoorsman, I would say don’t waste your time.

Pricing wasnt that good. Saw a new item, jumped on the Internet found better prices at other stores. There was a good coupon deal of the day.
