My wife snd I dropped into to the Sevierville store after a long drive across country. Those folks were very accommodating and we immediately connected our mutual love for history and cast iron cooking. Okay this place was actually really cool. It’s like a mixture of harbor freight, and knife works (next door) where there’s just so much interestingly different stuff there that you don’t find in a regular Home Depot aisle, and the prices are nice. Definitely a cool place to browse around for a guy

Found coupons in the tourist books for 15% off. Was able to use it on factory 2nds. First quality items were also available. Gave free spoon rest coupon to another customer.Disappointed that some glass lids & silicone items are made in China. Also, the store closed @ 6 pm and the parking lot is not adequate for travelers with campers. The trailer bottoms out. Had to park across the side street in an empty parking lot.

Lodge vast iron ware first quality is priced well and factory seconds ste priced even better.

I went nuts in the factory 2nds section. Im rough with my pots n pans, so this section is perfect for me. I had to limit myself or else my car wouldnt make it out of the parking lot.

My wife decided that we needed some new frying pans so we stopped by this outlet store. I never knew that there was so many different pans and kettles made out of cast iron! They simply have just about anything that you could want. We bought several different sized frying pans, griddles and a pretty large Dutch Oven. My wife says that she has pans from her Great Grandma and now she wants the same for her Great Granddaughters. You just cant argue with that kind of logic! As Always, Enjoy!

Nice store with every skillet you could possibly imagine. They do offer some local merchandise, and especially the seconds section in the back of the store offers a great variety of skillets at a majorly reduced price. While it is not a true factory outlet, this makes it interesting enough.

This is one of my must go there places when I visit Pigeon Forge. We stopped to purchase a few items and one in particular. They did not have the item I was looking for and the lady that helped us called around and found one in Charlotte, NC. The item was on my doorstep when we arrived home on Monday. I cannot brag enough about these folks.

While driving back to North Carolina, my Sorority Sisters and I purposefully stopped to look into this store. Being a Gastronome who loves to cook, I knew that I would definitely see something I needed in my kitchen. THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Lots of variety of their products, awesome prices on the factory produced products & a bit of everything that there is to do with cast iron. However, my most favorite part of my visit there was the service that I received from (I believe she was the head cashier) Miranda. Miranda was kind, knowledgeable and concerned about my purchase. She & Linda were friendly and they made my experience a joy. I really want to say that driving through rural TN was not the most positive experience as an African American Woman, so I greatly appreciated receiving great customer service at Lodge. I’d return in the hopes of being cared for in that same manner.

They had so many nice things to look at, and I found a coupon for a free spoon rest to my excitement. However when I asked for it they said buy something, so I found an item for 10.99 at least thats what the top number said, but when getting it to the counter again she said NO. Thats not the price, I told her and showed her but she just said it was for a fox or something. So I left disappointed and notbi,g in hand and most likely wont be back to the Lodge factory.

The best place to buy your cast iron. Lodge is the best in the business. We like looking through their blemished items. Most of them dont really have anything wrong with them but they are at a reduced cost.

Love going here. Wife loves it also cause she gets something new anytime we walk in.. but we cook with cast iron %90 of the time so thats why we enjoy it

Dont expect everything in this store to be discounted, but you will find great deals on factory seconds, discontinued products, and a huge variety of cast iron ware.

Good prices! Store was laid out well. Staff was super friendly. I was visiting from Colorado and had to have my cast iron pan shipped back (because I didn’t want to lug that pan through the airport). Getting the shipping set up was causing issues at the register and the lady behind me was having a fit....oh well...she can get over it. Looking forward to getting home and trying out my new cast iron skillet!

We absolutely love this store. If you are looking for anything cast iron, try here. They have their regular price stuff and then there is the factory defect section. Those pieces generally have small pits in the surface or cosmetic damage, but they cant sell them for regular price, so theres a discount! My boyfriend and I are going there for our 3 year anniversary and picking out some items for ourselves instead of giving each other gifts. Just got a retirement present for my uncle there as well. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Half a million knives, toys, candy for kids to grab and bug you to buy, friendly people working there. As for knives, not bad pricing but theres a place at Smokey Mt Flea Market who is cheaper. Not as big a selection obviously though. Knife works is great for higher end knives, better prices than most online places, and you know what youre getting.

Everything I wanted and more do not expect to find discount prices on popular items. Thankfully for me I needed classic items

Love this place. Staff is so helpful. Will let ya browse but there if ya need anything or to answer questions . large selection of new as well as seconds . the seconds are also new but have small minor flaws that do not comprise your cooking at all. Prices are low & if you use the free coupons found in the coupon books you can pick up 91st any resturant or motel lobby or welcome center you get free pan or spoon rest depending on amount spent sometimes both....for example I spent 115.34 & got a free $40 dollar set (5 pieces) plus a 10 inch skillet & a spoon rest. Use the coupons people....

Good deals, if you plan on buying bigger ticketed lodge items it might be cheaper here. Always a new deal going on. Staff is helpful and the store is clean.

We were traveling down to Pigeon Forge. When we drove in we noticed the Lodge outlet store and decided we wanted to visit before we headed home. I could have gotten less stuff but I also could have gotten more. Overall I am happy with my purchase and this outlet store

Great place to gift shop

Once you learn how awesome cast iron is, you have to come here. They have some good deals on scratch-&-dents, and they are totally useable. They have some great customer service, and some times you can get free food! What more could you ask?

What an AWESOME store!!! There are a ton of great pans of various sizes and uses! Accessories are also available - pan handle pot holders, basting brushes, jellies and spatulas to name a few. I bought a set called the Cast Iron Combo Cooker. Its a 5 deep and 10 1/4 skillet along with a skillet cover. The skillet cover is also a frying pan thats 2 deep and 10 1/4 wide. Together they combine to make a a 3.2 qt. frying pan/cooker. The combined set cost me about $40. How can you beat that?! And, the pans come pre-seasoned and are made in the USA! I would definitely return to this store!!!

I love the Lodge Factory Store. Last I knew the only cast iron cookware maker left in the US. They have all the different cast iron cookware and accessories all in one store. Good prices on regular quality and factory 2nds (I couldnt even find a problem with one 2nd I got).
