Terrible customer service. My husband and I was specifically looking for certain items. Ready to spend a few hundred dollars there. Each time we asked for one we was told how bad it smelled and they would let us smell it but not recommend it. They tried to get us to smell top selling items they said. We explained we love the ones we asked for and only want them. They were rude, eye rolling, did not want to walk around to get what we asked for. They told us how everyone things these smell bad. Then propped against a counter to look at phone and talk about closing early due to no business. This was the Friday night of Halloween. Their were shoppers, but who would want to buy from them or even enteract with them. So we went home and bought all the items we wanted on line from a better source. They did not understand how to make a sell certainly. Paid less and didnt have to deal with their attitudes. As we left they followed us out and closed the store 2 hours early.

You walk in and the aroma is overwhelming. Very hard to test samples to get the true fragrance

While entering the store to white ladys was standing near the back. As we made our way further in the store they made their way further In the employee door space to avoid and interactions with us. We was never greeted nor did they want to spray samples on cards so we could get a better smell of the items she said they was running low and could not give us any.I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store like this before . As being a black woman I feel as if thats the reason why we was not treated properly. So if you are black looking for fragrance s I suggest you go elsewhere .

All the fragrances can be a little overpowering but the prices are great and the selection is awesome

The girl that waited on us was very patient. We bought both mens and womens colognes and she was very knowledgeable and got us some great deals. We ended up purchasing 2 bottles of mens and 2 womens

Downsized popular products and replaced with knockoffs at same pricing. I know its a perfume place but way to many mixed smells...sends allergies in overdrive. Need better ventilation!!

Service was meh...I ask to smell something & the employee said she didnt have any testers...I ask for another perfume & she said she didnt have any...everything I ask for she either didnt have it or no tester! Afterwards I went to a fragrance outlet & got everything I ask for...

Girl with the red hair is a complete sweet heart! Working in Tanger I understand that they do have to push sales which is fine! Got Black Opium for me, Terra for my boyfriend, and a Jessica Simpson perfume as a gift for another for 164!

Bizarre experience, almost a Saturday Night Live Sketch. 1:00 on a weekday, adult Kids (no masks)........The first time an employee almost hurt herself getting to us, slinging sample cards at us. After stepping out to get some oxygen, we re-entered and got ignored for 15 minutes as customer after customer was waited on in front of us.......all masked. Who knows.🤷🏽‍♂️

I believe this is the better of the two perfume stores in that area. I had better success and bought Cologne that best suited me. I will be back. And I will add I found very fair pricing! Wife was happy as well!

Staff was VERY rude and unprofessional. One lady in particular was not aware of the sale that was posted in the window of the store. I asked her about the buy one get one 50% sale in window and she looked at me like I was stupid. I said “why is the sign in the window if it’s not true?” She was very rude about it and I did not purchase the Perfume.

The lady named Connie I’m pretty sure, is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered and do not wanna go back to return my purchase if I have to deal with her again. The same dark haired lady everyone has seemed to complain about.. She bothered me constantly while I was just trying to look, asking if I wanted to smell the top sellers 3 SEPARATE times in less than 10 minutes after I repeatedly said NO, that I was just looking. She wouldn’t take no for an answer. I should’ve just left then.. I felt harassed at that point, and all I wanted was a fragrance so I tried to ignore it. I then asked to smell a certain perfume I wanted and she seriously rolled her eyes and told me ‘I wouldnt buy that’ so I made sure that I DID. I felt uncomfortable the entire time because of her. She was rude to everyone even her poor coworker. She wouldn’t even tell me the cost of my purchase after she rang me up. And laughed and said ‘this will be on credit right?’ I want my money back!!!!!!!! I’m pretty sure she sprayed something that was in the wrong bottle to talk me into buying it because it smells absolutely NOTHING like what I sampled. This visit ruined the fun I was having over the weekend.

I would love to give them 0 stars if possible, maybe even a -0 if that were an option. My wife walked in there, and of course, we were greeted by the pushy and rude lady at the counter. We wanted to see the different types of colognes that they had (yes, we were interested in purchasing some), but she was not having any part of that. She kept being pushy, and irritating, which is not a smart thing to do to either one of us.I work in sales... I get it. I understand that you want to be there to be the one who rings that person up once they buy something. This was beyond horrendous. She took it upon herself to spray some of the most recent fragrances that others had looked at and sampled. Upon spraying 3 or 4 test strips, my wife did smell them and commented that she didnt like them. She said that they kind of smelled like soap, and it was a turn-off for her. I never bothered smelling them, because her opinion is good enough for me. I decided to test one, and she said that it smelled similar to the other ones. The rude lady (God, I wish I had noticed her nametag, but we were trying to get away from her) then made the comment that something must be wrong with my wifes nose.... W.T.F????? She told my wife that something must be wrong with her nose, because none of the fragrances had soap in them!!!!We abruptly left. Mainly because she has no idea as to the levels of anger and disgust that both of us are capable of reaching. We took the high road, and left. Didnt make a scene, though maybe we should have. Wish I had recorded all of this and blasted it everywhere. Remember something people, a lot of customers who walk through your doors arent tourists. We are local, which means we pay your bills when the tourist season dries up. Will never be back!!!

They stock a very large number of men and women fragrances. Moderately priced. Good place to shop prices.

Prices are good and sales associates are really nice. AVOID manager named Paula at all costs, unless you like being spoken to like a child. Wont be giving perfumania any of my money ever again. My wife and I were treated with complete disrespect and overcharged by Paula. After making complaint with customer service (which she gave me wrong number) I got an unapologetic email from district manager and credited 16.00. Very unfortunate because the rest of the staff at that store have always been super nice and professional.

Worst customer service ever endured. I asked to test a mens cologne I had used in the past and the sales rep honestly said you dont want to try that IT STINKS, what. I turned around and left the store immediately without buying the other 2 I had chosen. unbelievable, I left so quickly did not get a chance to see her name tag.

1/28/2017 my wife and I purchased 3 bottles of cologne, Connie was our sales person, she rung up our purchase and told us because of the amount we spent which was around 130.00 before tax, that my wife was getting 4 small sample bottles of some cologne for free. Not so, my fault for not paying closer attention to the bill and trusting our sales person, she charged us for all 4 of those free samples, which by the way smelt awful. Lesson learned be weary of this place offering you any free samples because you spent a certain amount of money with them.

Selection of items was good but store personnel got too distracted with each new person that came in the store. Could not inquire much as to a particular product without the person going to greet someone new. Finally just walked out of the store.

The free gift with coupon is a nice set of perfume samples. But the selection and savings are better at Ulta.

The lady here and we cannot remember her name. But she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The situation sounds similar to the other review below but she was not wearing a name tag so it might be or not the same person. But i would avoid these rude people and I will never be back.
