10/31Since my review the store manager contacted me with in 2 days she called me personally and apologized after a 10 min. Conversation and seeing her today I can change my review to 5 stars. When we went in the store today the gentleman was friendly and asked if we needed help. We then my Taylor the store manager and I give her 5 stars thank you.Dont go here if you want good customer service drive to the Columbus Store. We went to this store last night at 6:15 wanting to get a toolbox and a ton of tools for my husbands job. The sales manager was extremely rude. Told my husband he could purchase the toolbox tonight but he couldnt pick it up until tomorrow. He asked what time they open she said 8 am he told her I have to be to work by 7 I really have to have this tonight I can load it in my truck. She said no that he isnt going to do that shes leaving in just a few minutes so she cant help him. He asked if the Columbus store had any of the toolboxes and could help she replied I dont know their schedule or what they have you will need to call them. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. We will never go back. We went to the Columbus store and they had the toolbox waiting for us and helped get the rest of the tools us extra.

One of the most organized and clean harbor freight stores Ive been to. The people were very helpful and friendly too.

Great places to shop for tools and other things a man can use

First, I love Harbor Freight - sometimes. This is the nicest store Ive ever been in. Bright, wide aisles, well laid out, and just a pleasant experience to shop in all around. They also had everything that I was looking for.

Its not a bad place but the employees arent vary knowledgeable. Tools arent top quality but they will get the job done.

CJ and his team were awesome. I picked up a 72 inch US General Rollaway. The HF team was very accommodating and customer oriented. CJ went out of his way to help me load this very heavy rollaway. I love harbor freight. Buy the middle of the road stuff. It has a lifetime warranty so if you break it just take it back and exchange it.

I like Harbor Freight for a lot of different items. They arent all worthwhile, but if you are judicious in your selection you can get some good deals. On this trip I was looking for some moving blankets and dollies. Affordable and available. To cap it off, the staff was great and there were no lines. Plenty of parking to boot.

Dont buy the cordless tools expecting Milwaukee quality and youll be ok. Sockets and such i use daily and they work fine, just use some sense when buying tools, if it looks like junk, its probably junk.
