Kayla was very good. It was about an hour before closing and a few people came in part way though our order (which was quite large) and she prioritized who she helped well and got everyone out of there in a reasonable pace.She also helped us effectively with stock issues ralated to the paint shortage, and got us what we needed when things didnt go quite to expectations.Im excited try the paint, from what Ive heard it should be excellent quality.

The staff do a fantastic job at this location! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Joe even took the primer out to my car and answered other questions that came up, super appreciate the kindness he showed. Thank you for that, as we all need some extra care during these stressful times.

Wow! I was blown away at how helpful the staff were! My experience consists of painting 4 or 5 rooms at my old house. I had a few projects and they set me up with all the materials I needed, including matching some stain for me. I couldnt be happier! I cant comment on their prices as I didnt really shop around.

The sales team is helpful and offers suggestions. They are not just cashiers. I am still grateful for a 70% custom mix. Really.

The quality is the best I have experienced to date. The paint is easy to apply and washes well. A must for the self doer and if you have a family with small children. The service at SW stores is excellent!!!

I ordered 2 gallons for trim and 5 gl for exterior acrylic latex. It $441 for 7 gallons of paint and 3- 1/2 nap rollers. He brought it to my truck and forgot my color samples. I went back in for those and when I got to my job he didnt include any paint sticks. Go to Hirschfields. These guys at Shakopee Sherwin Williams dont care about their customers. They just like to charge high prices.

I went to Home Depot at first and received little help and ended up with a paint color that was too light. I went home and my boyfriend said that was my first mistake and the second was not going to Sherwin Williams where they are experts. He was right, I went to Sherwin Williams and the associate was spot on with the color I was looking for. They were very helpful. I will be back.

I have come here as a customer and as a professional painter. Brandon the rep is amazing. Texts me right back and always tries to help. The rest of the staff is amazing. The store manager and asst manager as top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable, always remember my name, and they just rock! You won’t find a better product either! If your a consumer... the paint is literally not even comparable to Home Depot, Lowe’s or any home improvement stores.... it’s like comparing Louis Vuitton to Hanes. Or something (idk) but the point is the paint is of a much higher quality as it’s meant for professionals. It may be 10% more but you’ll save money by needing less to cover and you’ll save time too. Can’t go wrong with Sherwin Williams paint and this location is the place to go get it!

I have purchased paint from this store several times over the past couple months. Terrible experience! They never had paint I store and had to either go grab some from a different store or wait for their truck, allegedly. Their customer service on the whole is poor, at best. I waited in store, with no other customers and it took them nearly 5 minutes to acknowledge me standing at their counter. I am wholly dissatisfied with this store, product availability, and service. Guess I’ll just go to Benjamin Moore...
