Does Walmart auto center Ive ever been into in the country these guys had professional courtesy and information that is top-notch great bunch of employees they put together their

Ive used Walmart Auto Center three times so far this year for tires and a new battery. The wait time is a little long in the afternoons, so be prepared to wait one to two hours. Otherwise, the one time I went in the morning was pretty quick, so I would recommend you go then if you dont want to wait as long. The service was done in a professional and courteous manner.

I went to get my tire fixed, was told i needed a new one and it would only be $70 plus tax. They could definitely tell i didnt know much about cars due to the lack of information I had on my vehicle, and Im pretty sure they took that to their advantage. I ended up spending almost $120 so now im overdrafted, thanks walmart

First time I went to Walmart to get a tire changed was a different location but it took forever! Today I needed a new tire so I went to Shawnee Walmart. I thought I be smart and call ahead. But nobody at Walmart will answer their phone even after several attempts and calling every department the Walmart automated directory listed. Lets just say, it takes forever long to get any service. I would not recommend going to Walmart to get a tire changed or fixed. You will be there forever long! Go to a small local tire shop and support the small business man instead who wont take forever long to change a tire ( or all they can get all 4 fires off and chs ged then out back on in less than 30-40 minutes) compared to Walmart 1-2 hours just to change 1 tire and they will treat you better and give you better pricing deals.

The girl at the counter would not listen charged us $40 that she shouldnt have charges us for because we bought the tires from walmart.com

Got the oil changed for half price what valvoline charges.

For work do, there use common sense example if have over size tires there dont put on small because some book said so. Over walmart does only tires oil and batteries, with with bulbs you self help. But some walmart just plain cant get any thing right this one in Shawnee is good one.

Great place to get my tires, ordered through the app, best price, they installed in a acceptabletime, I came on a spare and they put in place without telling them, pick up feels great, perfectly balanced, and i would defenatelly recommend too the Mudclaw mid tires too

Easy and fast service, best price on tires, by far

Nice folks but almost 2 hours during “not busy” time for oil change and tire rotation. Glad I was the second car of the day. This is a time drain so enjoy your leisure shopping.

First time I came in I was told a very long wait time and given no apology or anything for using my time to drive there. The wait time would have interfered with my work schedule. When I brought my truck back I was stuck in the lobby for at least 6 minutes with no one there. I would have gone out to ask for someone but the door locks from the inside. Once again no apology for the wait etc... I called the next morning to see if my vehicle was done and they said yeah they were pretty sure it was, but they didnt check to make sure. None of the experience was pleasant except the price. I dont care if discount tire costs 3 times the amount. They deserve my service and will always get it now that they have opened. Very disappointed :/

I recently ordered two tires and had them put on. I received very good service. I had a TPMS that was bad. I had an odd one that Wal-Mart did not carry. I picked one up at the parts store. They installed for me for no charge. My wait time was not too long either. I will go to WalMart again for tires.

Good for tire care. No mechanics or repair there.

Very poor service. They tell you one thing, then after you get the service done, they change things up on ya. Example, buying a battery and also tires. I do not recommend them!!

Worst store ever

Ive been here 4 different times, and every time I have to wait an hour and a half to two hours. This particular morning, I got here at 8 and they somehow managed to get two cars in front of me and finished before mine. Awful service.

Definitely nothing but a last resort. 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change

The mechanics were very very rude and unprofessional. I got there a few minutes after they closed because I had a flat tire that needed fixed, and immediately the mechanics started yelling at me that they were closed and then began to rant about another car that they already had to work on. I was embarrassed by their blatant rudeness and disregard for customer service. Im usually easy to please but I will not be going back.

Chronically understaffed long waits, representative assistance impossible, the staff are overwhelmed and cab bad attitudes
