We had a great experience buying our little minivan from these guys. Mark sold us our van and he was fantastic. He is sweet, honest, and down to earth. There are no pushy sales tactics, just laid-back easy-going people. We found a few things that needed to be fixed on our van, and he was willing to fix them without any change to the price of the van. He made sure we were satisfied before we drove home. We found them to be very easy to work with and reasonable. We will definitely be coming back!
What a deal! Talked to Louis on the phone, then came in to the lot. I bought a great car at a good price. The service was good and the paperwork was simple. Super happy with the whole deal. Highly recommended
I had been in a car accident and needed a new car. Dick was awesome to work with. There was no pressure and he was honest and laid back but still very helpful. Will definitely go back if I am ever looking for a new used car!
Visited lot twice on Friday. Worked a deal out with salesman, who called Rex (the boss) to confirm numbers. Rex agreed to the deal and told them to get a deposit from me (Friday night). I left the deposit, told them Id return in the morning when the bank opened. Then, some guy mysteriously shows up to buy the car in cash..even though he never test drove it. Me and my buddy smelled a rat. Anyhow, returned the next morning as agreed and they had sold the car out from under me. Troubled me to drive the 30 mile trip over there for that foolishness. Time at the bank pulling the cashiers check. Im a veteran. If these guys can do this to our military, no veteran or so-called military supporter should ever grace this crooked place.
This car lot has amazing prices and great cars!! I had a issue with car and they went above and beyond to fix the problem.. A big city car lot with small town values.. Ill be back..
Bought a Mazda from these guys in June, didnt receive the title until after the 30 day tag had expired. When purchasing from this style of dealership I fully expect some things to be wrong with the car. However, I was not prepared for the extent of the issues. They definitely cleared the check engine light (expected that) but I was not expecting to find straws glued into solenoids in order to give them the appearance of functioning. Found a boost leak in the hot pipe being held together by....you guessed it, another (albeit larger) straw. Fantastic. These are two of the more amusing issues Ive found so far. Along with the straws there are a couple additional issues (seized caliper, multiple exhaust leaks) that prevented it from passing inspection. If you purchase from here, expect to incur quite a few expenses fixing all the stuff they have (skillfully) hidden.
Dick was great to work with, getting the title took a while but it wasnt their fault. Id definitely buy here again.
Went to go look at a Ford Fusion, the sales rep didnt know where it was, sent me to the other lot 4minutes down the road, get there had no idea how to go in to see the car, a mechanic told me I had to go back to the main office and bring a sales rep back. Thats terrible service, if you knew I couldnt look at a car without a sales rep, why would you send me to the lot to look at the car by myself only to be sent back to pick up a sales rep and then drive back to the lot to look at the car. You will never have my business again.
Friendly and helpful people, no pressure. nice, clean vehicles at reasonable prices ill buy my next car here
Beware of this dealership. I had a horrible experience here. They are dishonest at how they conduct their business. It borderlines scamming. We were lied to and existing damages of the car were not mentioned. They lied to us saying they will never sell a vehicle that has a lien on it. At the end we discovered the CAR HAD AN EXISTING LIEN and DEALERSHIP NEVER OWNED THE CAR, from the Carfax report. We were interested in buying a 2013 Kia Forte from them. They intended to sell the vehicle without a title, despite me willing to pay the full amount in cash. One minute I was told the title will be posted to me within two weeks of the purchase, as they kept all their titles at a secure place that couldnt be accessed at short notice. When I said I will not buy the car without a title, the next minute they said I could collect the title from their other shop 4 minutes away. I should have left after such contradictory statements. If they can provide me a title, why talk about posting it in the first place! We went to their other shop. More contradictory statements followed. One sales person said new cars keep coming in from other dealerships, so they dont have the titles always. She promised us that they will provide the title in two days. Another sales person said it could take up to 7 days. I asked for an electronic copy of the title, they were unable to provide that.At this point, I was frustrated and checked the Carfax report of this car. I was surprised to find that the ownership of the car was never transferred to the dealership and there was an existing lien on the car. All along they had been lying that they would never sell a car to us that had a lien or one that they did not own. We realized we were being lied to and might get scammed if we went ahead with the deal.Be very cautious and careful while dealing with them. Unlike what the dealership said, A CAR HAS NO VALUE WITHOUT A TITLE. So make sure you get all the critical documents at the time of the transaction. It can save you a whole lot of mental distress after buying a car. It is better to research the state laws beforehand. In some states it is illegal to sell an used vehicle without a title.
The employees are friendly and very helpful, nice cars at reasonable prices,if hou nreeda good used car this is the place to go.I had a good experience and will be back.
Bought a 2004 VW with low miles for $5500. Since then, ABS went out $2200, Engine mounts failed $1000, oxygen sensor $600, rear brakes $400, failed internal radiator hose and gaskets $900, tires with steel belts protruding from tires $600, Front strut replacement $400, water pump $200. Seriously
Im not a smart man.... But...... Take my advice on this one DO NOT BUY a car from this place. They rigged up a gas line on my car one week after i bought it. Leaking gas everywhere. Took it to shop mechanic said never seen nothing like it. Called and told them the situation. Was told they dont cover gas lines or fuel pump. So thats the short story. So now i have a 4th of what i bought the car for in mechanic bills.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
Had a major problem, they made it right! Thank you Louie!
Great cars here
