I have a few comments:The front tires were questionable, Matt got out his tool and said they met the enterprise standard, but they were bad enough to call a supervisor.Obviously needs an alignment.I guess thats not part of 124 point inspection.The windshield was spotted from rain and I didnt notice a chip, Im sure they did but did not fix it or even bring it to my attention.Every time I I rented from them they inspect the windshield upon return of the vehicle.There was no owners manual, no passenger side floor Matt. When I asked Matt to provide an owners manual he just gave excuses.There is a ding on the rear fender, Matt said his guys would pop it out. Didnt happen.I feel that the attention to detail is lacking. ButLip service is abundant.I feel that Matt didnt do anything he said he would do, it wasnt even clean.All that said, I love the truck.We flew out and drove back 1400 miles. I feel it could have been a great experience with a small amount of effort on the part of the staff.

The staff at the Shawnee sales location were exemplary! They were very helpful to find a vehicle.The vehicle I wanted was going to have to be shipped to Kansas City. I was told 7-14 days to be delivered. The sales staff were notified the vehicle was being transported on the 14th day. What was a little upsetting was that no one in New Mexico bothered to make sure everything was working correctly. When the vehicle got here one of the doors wasnt working so had to be repaired which took several more days. It irritated me that a vehicle for sale & sitting on a lot waiting to be transported wasnt checked out down there.Again, the Shawnee staff were fantastic to work with!

Poor customer service when you start arguing with a customer trying to do business with you. Sad to see a dealership not wanting to do everything they can to work with someone driving 3 hours to make this transaction possible.

Horrible experience as they are terribly unprofessional. Purchased a car (“certified” 2020 Nissan Altima) from them March 1st and it has been one headache after another. Shortly after purchasing the car I noticed that one of the vents was broken. The next day one of their “managers” reached out to me to ask about my experience. I mentioned the vent and how that was kinda ruining the experience and was promised that it would be no problem fixing and the manager Matt would promptly take care of it. Here we are a month later and it is in the exact condition as when I bought it and Matt refuses to take my phone call or call me back. I understand that parts take time to be obtained, but they are unable to give a date as to when to expect the part to arrive. It feels as if they have my money and simply don’t care to stand behind their car or the promises they have made. Mind you, I did not call them or ask for them to replace, I simply mentioned it. The title took 23 days to get to me which made titling it a nightmare considering weekends and work. When I reached out all I received is excuses from Adam, and when I was told the title would finally be there of course it wasn’t.Do better research then I did and take your business to someone who is reputable and will stand behind their product.EDITI received a call and voicemail from Matt informing me that they ordered the wrong part and that the correct part has been ordered and I would receive a phone call when it arrived. That was March 31st, today its April 15th. I’ve received no phone call.

Great experience. A good selection of low mileage vehicles with a set price below Kelly Blue Book. I did my research and had it down to 3 cars and was able to pick from there. Worked with them on financing which got me a good rate and they were able to sell me extended warranty for a very reasonable price.

My 2010 Focus died on me last week, so I went online to Enterprise’s website and filled out an application. I got a phone call from Adam a little while after I applied. I told him what I was looking for and how I desperately needed a vehicle as I am a single mother with a 3 month old. I set up an appointment for Saturday and left it alone. On Saturday I completely forgot about the appointment until Adam contacted me. I told him that I’d gone to another dealership and that I was awaiting their phone call. Adam told me that he’d do everything he could to get me in a vehicle that day. 20-30 minutes later, he’d gotten me approved for my down payment AND for the type of vehicle that I was looking for. He even sent a Lyft for my daughter and I to get to the dealership. From start to finish, Enterprise Car Sales was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The team quickly communicates, and does it well. I never felt like I was told “what I want to hear”. Even the associates I didn’t speak to were kind and welcoming.Apart from the great experience with the company as a whole, Craig did an outstanding job - the definition of proper salesman.In short, I had very little guidance growing up. I made a lot of bad credit choices. A lot. Getting into my thirties, my business ventures have spoiled me, so I have been fortunate enough to be given a path to repair the damage I caused in my youth. Most people know the struggle of recovering from bad credit, so I won’t need to go into specifics. Needless to say, I have struggled a lot. Even just early in 2020, I was denied by every credit card company I applied for, for even just a $300 limit.As the spoils of my extensive work has piled in, I have done my best to start paying as much of my old credit history, or at least start. This process is very difficult, sometimes you can pay something off - and never see it removed, others you may never find a way to pay - and there it goes, away without a trace. I was able to raise my, already very low, credit score by minimal points - maybe 25-40 points.I didn’t have a very strong credit application, but I do know I can afford a new car.So I found the exact car I wanted on the Enterprise Car Sales website. I wanted to put in my application, and see the exact reasons for being denied, the goal was maybe in 1-2 more years I can have my credit repaired enough for the luxury car I wanted.I didn’t expect much, I put my information in, selected I preferred email communication, and within 2 weeks, Craig had me approved and driving away in nearly brand new Jaguar F-Pace. He handled everything behind the scenes, he never made any false promises, but the way he explained everything gave me so much hope. It worked!The beginning of 2020 I couldn’t even get a credit card. Now, because of Craig, I am literally driving my dream vehicle. There are a lot of events this year that are getting many of us down. I bought a car here back in March. I worked with Craig and Michael, who were great. I told them exactly what kind of car I was looking for, and they showed me the 2 cars that best fit my needs and budget. I think people dread buying cars because of the way dealerships act, but you dont get that here. There was no pressure to purchase something I didnt want, or that was out of my price range. They listened attentively, made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and paid attention to every detail from start to finish. Best car buying experience Ive ever had. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership.

Dishonest and lacked integrity. We payed to transfer a vehicle from out of state. Prior to transfer we were assured that the vehicle was enterprise certified and had passed inspection by a ASE technician. Upon arrival we noticed multiple electrical problems with the vehicle. Enterprise would not refund our transfer but assured us that they would fix the problems. After purchase they arranged for us to take the vehicle to a Honda dealership for the repairs. Enterprise paid for one repair but then said they would only pay half of the second repair due to the high cost of the first repair.This vehicle has never been as they had advertised. When we requested to return the vehicle we were told that they would buy it back for $3,000 less then what we had paid.

The sales person took the time to answer my questions and was very helpful. Very professional and great personality.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid about three weeks ago, and am still a little shocked at how smoothly it all went. The process began with me needing to rent a car to drive to Houston for Thanksgiving. I had a wonderful experience with the rental office in North KC -- the guys there had a great balance of being down to earth and also extremely professional and polished. Its not a balance thats often pulled off as well as these guys did it. When I returned the next Monday with the Ford Fusion I had just been driving, I joked about people renting a car and never coming back. Mike took the opportunity to make me aware of the sales offices. I was put in touch with Cole in Shawnee, and I knew I wanted a Fusion, wasnt sure I could get myself into one right now -- but they had ONE... that was right on the money, and I was able to drive it out the same evening I went to go look at it.... I could tell they genuinely cared about me and my time. For better or worse, I wanted to get the deal done and get moving. They respected that, did their job well and I drove a new car home... Im still kind of amazed at how smoothly it all went down. I would recommend this location to anyone who let me know they were looking to buy a car. Went to purchase a vehicle due to an accident that totaled mine. The person who hit me insurance company had me rent from Enterprise. At the rental location, I was informed about their car sales division. I received a call from a Rep. named Joe, and made an appointment. He was very attentive and helpful. After looking at several vehicles, I picked out the one I liked. As I was waiting on the insurance check, they checked with me to see how I was doing and the status. I did not feel pressure, and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. The finance manager helped when I went back to pick up the vehicle, and assisted with all the questions I had. He also made us feel comfortable and was very attentive to our needs.

I purchased a car on Saturday, February 29. My entire experience - from beginning to end - was great. This was my first time car shopping, as I have been driving my first car (which was gifted to me) for over a decade. Craig made me feel very comfortable. I felt so bad we kept them there late, but they did not rush us or treat us like an inconvenience. I wouldn’t ask for Wayne to help you out. I was open and honest with him about what we had to spend and what our credit score is. We were willing to put between $7,000 and $9,000 down on a $16,400 vehicle and after he assured me that this would provide favorable terms, the APR came back at 15%. I would suggest you go anywhere but here.

What an amazing experience. After my partner and I were in a head on collision we were referred to the car sales division from one of their rental agents and Im more than pleased we went this route. We had no down payment which they were more than accommodating about and we had to use my father as a cosigner and he lives in another state. They played for me to stay in the rental for almost a month till all the paperwork was sent back and forth. I will most definitely return to them for all my future car buying needs.

We went in to the office and everyone spoke to us said good morning. We had went in to see Wayne and he was very nice and professional explained all of our options. We even noticed a small scratch on our back tail light lense and a ding in the paint so we called and the next day they fixed it. We have had nothing but a great experience with Enterprise. This is only the second time I have ever bought a car. We werent expecting to have to buy another one so soon, but due to an accident, we had to. I was terrified because the last car buying experience was so terrible. But Enterprise was amazing! We bought our first car at Hendrick Toyota and they were awful! It was a terrible experience and I just assumed all car buying experiences were terrible. But not anymore! Wed visited a few other places around town looking for a car, but Enterprise was the best. I think what really set them a part from the others was that they all have families. We were looking for a new car that would fit all our new baby stuff, and the sales people at Enterprise were the only ones who really knew what that meant and what we would need, because theyd all been through that experience themselves.

I bought an Altima here from Devon. I needed to get register it and get a loan from out of state and they worked with me and made the whole process pretty painless. I highly recommend enterprise used cars if youre in the market.

I recieved quick, friendly service, and had my rental I no time.

All the salesmen were very nice and easy to talk to. We went over several vans and chose one. Everything went smoothly, but found a problem with a heated seat, but they had me take it over to a dealer and they are going to fix the problem.

Everything was simple and made life easy. Calvin, the sales consultant at Enterprise, was very helpful in explaining the process and was overly genuine in making sure I found what I wanted. Everyone in the office was helpful and the general vibe was the exact opposite of what I had experienced at other dealerships. There was no sales pitch, no whats it gonna take to get you in this vehicle? speech, and definitely no smoke and mirrors to try and confuse me.

Everyone was friendly and respected the COVID requirements.

Salesteam was great. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the vehicle I bought had an issue with the hands free equipment. Enterprise sent it to a dealership and is paying to have it replace and has given me a rental. It has taken two weeks. I feel this is something that should have been caught before offering a gaurenteed vehicle. Other than that the experience was wonderful and will recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

For our first time buying a car from a dealership this was extremely painless (I may be only saying this because we havent made our first car payment yet). Everyone we worked with was kind and patient and did everything they could to make this work for us, even when my husband forgot his id and I forgot to clear the amount we were paying for a down payment with my bank on the day we were supposed to pick up the car because were totally irresponsible people who maybe shouldnt have signed a contract for an unmentionable number of years. We recently purchased two separate cars from Enterprise. Devon was our salesperson in both cases and we had an awesome experience. I purchased a vehicle in Oct 2019 from Enterprise Sales In Shawnee, KS and had a great experience with my sales person. Beyond that I felt the rest of the purchase was subpar. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted so instead of shipping in a car from STL, Matt, the finance/sales manager, looked for a car locally from their fleet. He asked that I put down non refundable $1K, sight unseen, and I did so because I put trust in their word. The car arrived and the “certification” process they use in their sales pitch obviously didn’t occur with this vehicle. I felt he wanted to rush the sale to get it done. I get a call that the car is ready for pickup. I arrive and notice the tires are very worn to 3/32. This was part of the certification so I tell them to bring their tread meter to check it. They agreed to put new tires on the car as their sales pitch promises (below 5/32 are replaced). I point out to Matt that there’s hail damage on the car’s chrome trim and get a response from Matt like he’s a hail expert discussing the angle at which the hail hit the car. I told him the hail can dent the chrome trim but may not dent the car’s body since it’s a thicker metal. I’m in the insurance industry. He agrees to replace the hail damaged chrome I pointed out. Remember, this car went through Enterprises’ certification which “only allows to sell the top of the line cars that pass their stringent certification process,” per Matt. The car was never detailed when it arrived but Jason the salesman did vacuum the interior for me! The front bumper was full of dead bugs, or so I thought it was dead bugs. I was told when I bring the car in for tires it will be detailed. I pick up the car with new tires and chrome and dirty front bumper. I go several times to a drive through was and noticed the front bumper was not coming clean. The dead bugs’ acidic remains had left pock marks across the entire front bumper. I go back to ask Matt and he said “yeah that’s too bad, there’s nothing we can do.” I said this is unacceptable and he said I’ll talk to my general manager. I heard crickets since. In summary be very cautious here because they don’t adjust prices, even with hail damage, 3/32nd tires and a front end that was never washed thoroughly to remove dead bugs. My car was a $31k car and I will say I’ll go to a dealer and pay a bit more as opposed to getting a car I had to do the certification on myself.Theyre nice people and although you’re buying used they should prove that they’re selling the best of their fleet & auctioning off the of the worn cars. Just know to be very observant and check the car out yourself. I’m now getting estimates from a auto body shop to fix the front bumper due to the big residue eating the clear coat. Future buyers beware.

They took the time to explain every detail of the paperwork for my new vehicle and worked out payments I could afford. This is my second vehicle through Enterprise, and I am very happy with my purchase.
