This is one of the only two experiences where the staff didnt hold anything back about the car, and even shared flaws and failures they have had in the past. A+ for honesty! I was treated fairly even though I am female. I am from Topeka ks, this was a 60 min drive for me. Well worth my time. I Brought a car their about a year ago. It’s was a decent car at first but then the problems came and I realized that they truly don’t check their cars to see if they have any problems. Would not recommend going their if your not going to spend a good amount of money, go someone else that actually checks their cars if your not looking to spend much on a car. Don’t get scammed!

If I could put less than one star I would I was pre-approved for a car went in to talk to them about the purchase and they had sold it from out from under me to someone else and wasn’t told about it and then they tried to get me to buy another car. The other cars that I looked at had check engine lights that came on while I test drove them. Ended up going to Hendricks Toyota and getting a car that wasn’t going to either die on me or cost me thousands to repair and based on the other reviews I’m glad I did buy a car from here

They were patient and cooperative with us. We found a car we love! However, it had too many broken things and bandaid fixes. We did not successfully find a car there.Be strong, be confident, and look VERY closely. Know how to say no because they will pressure you. The same goes for any car dealership, but still. Be careful.

My husband and I bought out right with no trade-in. We spent A LOT of money, but thats because I picked an expensive car ... Anyway, we got a 2008 Buick Enclave for $2000 less than the car fax report!! I was amazed ... Anyway, the Buick had some transmission issue and some oil leaks from gaskets and seals.... The warranty says 50 - 50 coverage.... We did not have to pay for any of the repairs!!! Mike at the dealership was up front and helpful from day 1! As a real person with a large family of 7 I highly recommend this dealership! We are so pleased with our experience.

The vehicle I bought started with having dry rotted 15 yr old tires. Then we figured out the sunroof leaked and actually found that they had taped it so it didn’t leak and obviously removed the tape once we showed up. 50 days after the purchase my 17 year old son was driving back into our town and the car began to shake violently. He pulled into our mechanic and he put it on the rack. The frame actually gave way where the control are connects to it. The frame is completely rusted out and it looks like this was a flood vehicle. $5000 and it has to go to the junk yard 53 days after I bought it. These guys do not backup anything they sell. Mike the owner told me I won’t get anything. Zero integrity. Zero accountability. Horrible place to take your money.

Bought a Death TrapI thought the car was decent car once I test drove it, it was a little shake so my thinking it was because of the tires or the wheel alignment boy was I WRONG !!!! been having the car since March 16 2021 .. Took the car to be inspected because of the shaking come to find it was alot wrong with the car then I thought (didnt tell me it was a trade in & wasnt inspected) and ended up paying 2500 for the car and the sad part I have two little ones I had to take in this car ..- The tires threading are coming off (one rim is bad)- Tire rod is rubbing against tire ( causing a blowout at any time)- The muffler is leaking exhaust fluid (and rigged)- The gear shift has been glued together- The engine has antifreeze/oil on the bottom of it- The ABS system has been cut- The rotors/brakes was rubbing together on the back tires- Mounts are broken- The transmission has been tampered with- The bottom of the car is rusted badly (in horrible shape)And the crazy thing is I presented all this paperwork and I couldnt get my money back or get a different vehicle but was told they would take a look at that car and make it safe to DRIVE!! And the Owner MIKE was very rude and didnt care that I told him what was going that basically they was putting me and my kids in danger Would Not Recommend to anyone

Junk used cars. Test drove 2. Both had engine and transmission issues and the air didnt work. Both were dirty inside not making a good first impression. Paneling and plastics falling apart. A lot of rust. Windows wouldnt go down. Salesperson said his cars dont drive well. Also they said a salesman would call me back before i drove out there and never did. Wouldnt recommend.Regarding owner reply I am not mistaken and salesman said these are sold as is and no repairs will be made!

I would never trust this dealership. I went to look at a Toyota Tacoma they had for sale. They wanted about $6,000 for it. After looking at it I realized that the drivers side frame rail was almost completely rusted out. Not only was this INCREDIBLY UNSAFE, they had obviously spray painted over it in a attempt to hide it. NEVER TRUST THESE GUYS. SKETCHY, SKETCHY, SKETCHY!!!
