Just make sure they have the right tires on anything you buy from them. I purchased a SUV and found out there wasnt 1 right size tire on there. Back 2 were way too big and front were 2 different brands and wear. No spear what so ever. 1200 in tires after purchase. And another 100 for extra key

Bought a truck from them, went to register the vehicle and found out they didnt give me the title or release forms from the previous owners. Waited another 3 days for them to get the documents. Went to register the vehicle again and find out they still didnt get me the release forms contact them and they say oh we can get right on that tomorrow. Overall bad experience

As an owner of a small business, I keep track of every dollar that comes in and goes out. Its Unfortunate but the numbers just don’t add up.Regardless of how nice the owner and his associates are, they sold me a work van that ended up needing a the transmission completely rebuilt. 2013 Ford E250 Cargo It only had 81,036 miles on it and I got it for $15,999. The transmission on it went out after 5 months. When I called VILLAGE AUTO They asked me “what do you want me to do about it?”. Then offered me their mechanics info. Their mechanic gave me a generic quote price that was double what my normal mechanic was offering. At that moment I realized....This is why you don’t go to a used car dealership. The dealership gets paid whether your car runs or not and they know that once you sign those papers that it’s not their problem. Especially if they didn’t even suggest a warranty at the time on the purchase. If the opportunity is their they will take it. If you rely on your car to support your family then DONT BUY FROM HERE. You will be gambling with your money. Go to CARMAX. They offer warranties on all of their vehicles and have the money to offer superb customer service.I tell you what though, when that van was running it put in some work! $16,000 sh*t box! But customer service was GREAT!

The guys did a good job getting me financed quick and hassle free. For that, 2 stars. The car though? Unfortunately a total lemon, hands down worst car Ive ever bought. Ive had it 3 months and have already dropped 3k trying to get it to run. Its been in the shop more than in my possession. *Edit, going to keep updating this until the car works. On my 6th dealership up to $5,000 and still not working. Hasnt gone more than 2 weeks at a time without it breaking down. *Edit, add another $1600.

I wouldnt recommend this place if you like to buy a quality product for the money you pay. Here is my story. Last summer, I bought Infiniti G35 car with 135k miles from this place and thats the very first car for my son. Within a week, the clutch was gone and after strong negotiation, I had them pay the labor fee to replace the clutch (but I bought new clutch for $1300). But, the situation went worse when the engine gave up just after 4 months. I reached them up for some help but they didnt care (obviously). I ended up selling the car for very low price with thousands of dollars loss and I still remember the tears from my son when his very first car stopped working :-( . Now, looking to buy another car, but definitely not from here.

Didn’t keep their side of the deal, won’t contact you when you need their assistance, they won’t even call you back after you talk with a “associate”. Definitely would recommend driving down the road a little farther and picking a different place!
