Quinten and Fernando were excellent installers. They knew the product and its qualities. They kept me informed about their process and were efficient, neat and polite. And Jennifer, the sales person and product manager was also excellent. She was VERY patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. These three people made me very glad I chose SCI for my project.

SCI handled some warranty work in our new home. SCI was great to deal with. From scheduling to install. Sam and Rashad did a great job on the install and were friendly and thorough. Kudos!

Clayton and Fernando were our installers. They did a very good job. They could have been a bit more communicative but they were also very focused on the install I guess. Had a problem with the existing backsplash meeting up with the new counters that we wish could have been better addressed at the template stage I believe. Clean up after the install could have been better on their part. Positive experience on the whole, however. The scheduling and install happened flawlessly on the times and dates promised.

Our countertops turned out great but the whole process working with this company was less than ideal, communication was lacking. Tried to reach the project manager Nicole to confirm details multiple times with no response or call back, once the countertops arrived to be installed the wrong sink was brought which could have been avoided with a simple call. Hours later, the correct one was installed thankfully it was in stock and then to top it off they asked for remainder of payment (again) 2 weeks after it was paid. They are obviously unorganized so if you dont mind the headache, go for it.

I love my new granite countertops! The crew was fabulous and very good at what they do. Installation was quick and they answered all my questions. Jonathan, Pedro, Juan and Clayton were awesome!

I went to SCI to purchase a countertop for a bathroom vanity. They earned a one star review because while the sales person was pleasant and the installers my were honest, the work was pathetic. They came out an measured my vanity and even took the sink with them to make sure it fit properly. Somehow their cuts were wrong. Their idea of a fix was to mutilate my vanity. Im grateful the installers at least told me what they wanted to do first. Because nevermind the fact that that would make the sinks off center, custom counter to me means the counter will fit the vanity, not cut the vanity to make it work.Because I bought a remnant, they wouldnt replace their mistake with the same material. They literally sell pieces twice. Someone else already paid for it. At that point its all profit. Theyre simply to greedy to do the right thing. I would never shop with them again. They would not even admit that there was a problem.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS! From the moment we decided to replace our countertops, this company was completely on the ball. They had excellent communication and customer service. The installation crew: Jonathon, Javi, Johnathon R. And Adrian, were professional and very thorough. They were on time for installation. They worked quickly but spent time making sure it was done correctly. My favorite part? They delivered two weeks earlier than quoted! I am so proud of my beautiful new kitchen. Thank you SCI.

My husband and I decided to use SCI for our counters and full height backsplash in January. Our salesperson was delightful, however, we had nothing but problems from the get go, above and beyond what you anticipate in remodeling. In essence everything that could go wrong, did. Communication was poor, there were issues with fabrication, and install, creating a drawn out, unpleasant process. I finally got the owner involved. I truly believe him when he says that my install was not how they usually go and that he is retraining his staff so it doesnt happen to someone else. The quality (once the dust settled) is superb and the pricing is very much in line with what you would expect, I do recommend SCI, with the caveat to bring lots of patience and inspect closely before the installers leave.

I have never written a google review before, but this particular situation most definitely warrants it. The professionals at SCi made the process of replacing our countertops as easy as possible. From Jennifer our project manager to Matt the template guy, to the installers and assisters Javier, Sergio, Iram, Davis and Jack everyone was courteous and so easy to get along with. The countertops turned out to be a perfect fit and way exceeded our expectations. When / If I have to do this again I will definitely choose to work with them.

I love my new bathroom countertop from SCI. I especially want tothank Rashad and Adrion, the two men who came to remove theold countertop and install the new one. It was really necessary for these two men to utilize their problem resolution skills to make it happen. The removal did not go smoothly as the old countertop had been installed improperly. They consulted with me throughout the process and the end result is fabulous. From my project manager, Jennifer, to the completed process with Rashad and Adrion, it was a great experience. The people involved were very professional and kind in their interaction with me.

Dont waste your time with these people! I called - no sales people were available so I left my number. Over a week later someone called - Id already gotten some bids but figured one more wouldnt hurt. The guy (Steve?) took down my info & said hed get me a bid. Nada. Crickets. Never heard from him.

Melissa at SCI was a tremendous help with our recent kitchen remodel, which included new counter tops and back splash. We had some unique design issues and Melissas expertise and recommendations were absolutely on point. She spent a fair amount of time listening to our thoughts on what we were hoping to achieve, and then helping us decide what would work best. I was very impressed with the service I received from Beth at SCI. She helped me to achieve my dream kitchen! When I couldnt find the granite I wanted, Beth took an entire day to go with me and find the perfect fit for my kitchen. Beth helps you design and order, Adam schedules and coordinates, Dave comes to laser template, measure and inspect, and the same professional installers come each time. (They dont turn over installers to new crews like most companies do - these guys are excellent and Ive seen the same guys installing for years.) Ive used SCI personally for my home and highly encourage anyone thats looking for a great experience to use them too.

I cant recommend this company. They had horrible customer service and their product has not held up. We went through three installations attempts, was given wrong times for install and even had an employee tell me he wanted to duct tape another employees mouth shut. When I complained their response was that its all about the product. And even though we went through all that headache and missed time off work it didnt matter. Finally a product they told us was durable chipped and etched within days. Save yourself the pain and use another company.
