Dr. Russ is very professional and very courteous. She is easy to talk with and listens to my concerns. Being hearing impaired also, she understands more than someone who doesnt have hearing issues.Jessica who works the front office is as nice and courteous as Dr. Russ.They make a great team. I highly recommend them for any hearing issues you may have.
