My right hearing aide stopped working. Appt time agreed upon, came in and gave the receptionist the device. The consultant came out, wanted to check my ear for wax. Took me back, both devices were being cleaned, also my ear wax removed, and by magic, my devices were working.Very pleased and I could hear through my devices.John

They are always very pleasant to deal with even when we were going through the early part of the pandemic when everyone was closed.I found myself needing for someone to help me with getting the wax guards changed in my hearing aids and was also needing some batteries.They were very nice about sending me some of both batteries and wax guards.

Hearing aids had stopped working completely, within 10 minutes they were up and going like new. The last couple of months have been a real bummer with them not working properly.

My mother and I both bought hearing aids from the Shawnee, Kansas location. They were wonderful to work with! Did not feel like we were rushed. They took as much time as we needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service was amazing

Recently my hearing aid was totally destroyed when it was run over by a car. Starkey found it was still under warranty and cover the replacement cost for a fee, and I did not have to buy one at the original cost. They have been very friendly and flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments.

The hearing aid is super ; when it works, and there needs to be a way to update it.
