Did not receive the Hearing Aid, wanted just insisted on a higher price one. Talked into the one I got, told was stronger, sturdier and more dependable. Started breaking 1 yr. after warranty went out. Repairs started at $350.00 up to $1000.00. Gave $3500.00 for it.

Deteriorating hearing loss forced me to replace my 6 1/2 year old CICs aids. I tried replacments from the big box warehouse with unacceptable results. New to this area I contacted the factory for a local distributor.After a thorough hearing test I was provided the cost for direct replacements. Russell also offered and temporarily fitted me for trial, a more cost efficient option. The sound quality was such that I ordered immediately and asked for an appointment to replace my spouses aids also. I am very satisfied with the service and quality of product.
