I checked in very easy and quickly. They loaded my truck fairly quickly. There very nice people. Its also a big warehouse.

I wouldn’t use this company. They are not trustworthy and do not have people who are knowledgeable or communicate. Both my husband and myself called to speak with this company. I called to see if they had the product we needed and they did, but it was close to closing so I told her that we would call back to get more details. My husband calls back the next day early afternoon and got the details he needed and confirmed again that we could purchase the box we needed. He drives 35 minutes to go and get it and is told that he was wrong, they don’t just sell to people and that what we were there to purchase was not possible. She was rude and unwilling to figure where the miscommunication was. The only reason they get one star is because you have to leave a star and she at least said she was sorry. Although not even genuine.
