My experience at CW Auto Service was hands down the best interaction I have ever had at auto repair shop.After my car started lurching on the highway, I called the first servicer on Google. It was CW. Immediately, I knew Id called the right place. The receptionist answered my questions from the road and added me to the schedule right away. Within minutes of my arrival at the shop, CWs mechanics found the problem and started patching it. While their parts buyer drew up an estimate for the cost of the repair, the mechanics even told me —against their own interest — that it was likely that this would be the first of many problems with my car and that I may need to consider buying a new one. Astonishingly, they didnt charge me for any of it.Everyone I interacted with at CW was incredibly honest and considerate. I cannot recommend this place enough, and I sincerely appreciate their help.

Professional and friendly and their community business reputation is excellent and it is the reason I visited their business today. I now know whats wrong with my car. Other businesses in town looked at it but would never call me back with their estimates and other businesses just told me they dont work on my car model. Did you know this business does not charge you for the first hour? When others would not look at my car or those that did look at my car but did not call me back with estimates this business looked at my car and gave me my estimate and now now I have a decision to make. I am very grateful for their professionalism. I have a smart car it only has 38700 miles but the engine has burnt valves. I treat this car with kid gloves and at 38000 miles it shocks me that a smart car engine would fail. I suspected it was a major internal engine problem and now thanks to C & W Auto I now know that it is. I was so grateful for them looking at my car and grateful that they do not charge for their first hour that I went and bought pizza for their entire crew. I may or may not have enough money to repair the car I just dont know but what I do know is that I appreciate knowing whats wrong with my car and they were the ones who took the time to look and evaluate and to inform me when other Sheridan repair shops would not.

CW Auto is fantastic. We take all our autos their. They work on gas and diesel engines. Really good work at reasonable cost. In our opinion, the service is how a small family held business should be.

Took my Honda Civic for its 100k checkup and maintenance, found out blower regulator inside malfunction, as well as alternator going out. All taken care of within a week. Very friendly, straight shooter. Recommend everytime.

Best care anywhere for your import. Friendly, knowledgeable and very fair! Be warned though, because this is the only place to go for a few hundred miles, you may have to make an appointment a few weeks in advance. But, it will be worth it!

Passing through Wyoming on our way to Montana my VW threw up a check engine light. CW diagnosed a dirty throttle plate and got us on our way fast. Would recommend this place to travelers too.

Casey and the staff were very helpful. Casey diagnosed my trucks problems correctly the first time he looked at it after another big shop in town had previously misdiagnosed it. He did a pretty major repair (timing chains and lots of other stuff). They were straightforward and got me back on the road fast. Ill use them again if I ever need auto repairs.

Was traveling and brought my truck in with engine problems. Not only was Cory able to diagnose it, he fixed the problem during lunch. Maybe Im just cynical and jaded by dealing with mechanics, but he really surprised me with his skill, professionalism, and honesty. I felt like I was getting the best service Ive ever received by a mechanic and the price was one third of what I was afraid it would cost. If his shop ever moved to albuquerque, I would not hesitate to not only give him our business but recommend him to friends and family as well.

Coming home from Seattle, Wa. I was south of Billings, Mt when my check engine light came on in my dodge ram 2500...Called CW Auto from referral of Plains Tire co...CW Auto told me to stop by as I came thru Sheridan, Wy. and they would diagnose the error codes for me to see if it was safe to continue my trip home...Stopped in there and a tech (Dan) I believe was his name came right out to look at my truck...Got the error codes and then cleared the error codes and let me know it would be safe to continue the trip...Would not take any type of payment from me...I just want to say I really appreciate this great customer service and if I ever need service in Sheridan you can bet I would go there first...Thank you CW Auto for the service and I did make it home just fine...I am following up sending a thank you card to them as well...Sincerely,Roger Ohrt
