Came for a flat repair.The mechanic was quick and thorough.Austin the manager was very helpful and informative.

They changed the oil fast and without to much up selling.Why no 5th star? The check engine light was on and asked them to check it, they said they would, but did not. Oh well.

Payed $210 for oil service and air filter, cabin filter, and tire rotation. Over priced and poor service. Missed a grease zerk on the upper ball joint, did not file my washer fluid, did not adjust my tire pressure as I asked. Had to bring truck back in to get completed as I was charged for. The washer fluid was completely frozen the next day. Also when I discussed their torquing process I was told they run the lug nuts with an impact and then torque them. I have been a mechanic all my life and when you rattle the lug nut on it is already over the torque value. I was told I was wrong... I watched the guy do it! When a called to talk to the manager they took my number and never called me back. Big shocker

Long story short I asked how much a quart of conventional oil was vs synthetic. They ended up mad and stormed out and said they would just discount it. Then gave me oil change completely free after calling boss and obviously told them I was upset. I told them I didnt want a free oil change just wanted a price. Very unprofessional!

They were able to help fix a problem from another oil change place and very helpful.

Great and fast service

I’ve gone here for a while for oil changes and paid over $100 each time for my Nissan Altima. What they charged me was way more than I’ve ever paid for an oil change. I just went to Coffeen Car Care and they charged me $50 for the same oil and service. Grease money is a rip off.

Fast & reliable service at a great price!

Wanted $129.00 for an oil change on a Chevy Traverse that literally everywhere else I have been is between $50-$60. Guy told me it was cheaper elsewhere because the other places probably buy oil in bulk. Are you telling me this oil change business doesnt buy oil in bulk? I went elsewhere. At least the kids who worked there were polite, so 3 stars just for the effort.

Too flippin expensive. 83 for oil n filter and 23 for labor and good lord i needed oil stop leak for oil pan gasket and tax...was 138.00

I had an amazing experience with the fellows here. Went in and got my oil fix quickly, and they checked everything else in my car at the same time. I saw them top off all my fluids, check my tires, and even vacuumed my seats out. They were all super kind and helpful, and even left a flower on the dashboard for me! It was truly amazing and left me feeling pretty good about getting my oil changed (which I usually hate doing). Definitely recommend going in!

Pro- pretty quick service and polite staff.Cons- $92 for an oil change, yes I got almost 5 quarts of synthetic oil but this seems rather excessive. Live and learn, Ill do it myself next time.

BEST Service!!!!!! They deserve 10 stars. My car was making extremely bad screeching sound. My rear brake and rotor were metal on metal. They showed me the damage gave me a great price. Customer service was amazing and when I left they gave me and my daughters carnations...yes when Im in Sheridan, WY I will always give them my business.

10 Stars! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Friendly energentic guys working as a team and getting things done quickly! For a lube shop this place was super clean! Even that bathroom looked like it was design for a home and garden show. The final touch was an explanation of my bill with a FLOWER 🌸 on the dash!

Fantastic customer service! I came in thinking my car was leaking oil, however, that was not the case. The guys were quick to find the issue! They topped off my oil and took the necessary steps to keep the interior of my car clean. The mechanics definetly made a magnificent fist experice! I will absolutely be coming back for future oil changes!

Needed brakes unexpectedly while heading to the mountains. We got an oil change and new brakes and were out in less than 40 minutes. The guys even told us the best spots to check out in the area we were going.

Terrific and speedy service to this.out of towner. The waiting room was comfortable and there was even dog treats and a water bowl for my 2 canine travelling ambassadors. The bathroom was clean and decorated just like I would expect in someones home. They even gave me a carnation to send me on my way. Wish there was a Grease Monkey in Missoula!

Bought a battery at AZ, was told to go bye because it was out of their experience to help install in my family van. Came to Grease Monkey for help, wam bam, installed easy peasy. Thank you guys at this store to getting the van back out on the road. Recommend A#1

I really cannot say enough good about these guys. They are straight up, friendly, communicate well and listen.They offer discounts to veterans. Check everything your car needs at its mileage, and keep chocolate chip cookies in the waiting room!One of my favorite perks about their services is the free oil top-offs that Ive been taking advantage of lately with my high-mile car. Just swing by and they will send a guy out to top off your oil if you suspect it is running low. I usually do this once or twice between each oil change because my old car is burning so much oil now days.

Outstanding service here! Helpful, friendly team. They went far out of their way to help us. Wife always gets a carnation when she takes a vehicle in. Good selection of mags in the waiting area. Learn sumpin while you wait or watch tv. Dog friendly too, but keep it controlled.

I took in my 2011 mustang gt with only 43k miles for a top off and the guy who pulled it into the shop tyred shoveing it into reverse then put it in fifth where it got seized and after that they proceeded to take it to another shop without my permission and now my brand new clutch smells roasted and they told me it was pre existing and it is on me so no I would not recommend this shop to anyone in town unless you are looking to get bent over I tyred to be calm and respectful and understand that these things happen but just proves to me that they do not care for there customers and of course I cannot say that about the whole crew there is always some great workers that have to wear the trash of others, but there is some very shady people in high rank just sucks because I break my back for my dream car and I get spit on like this

Waited forever for my oil to get changed. Also didnt get the $1 off for every minute they go over the allotted time to change a customers oil.

They say they check and fill all fluids. Not true. I took my vehicle there for a while and my transmission stopped shifting. Why? they werent filling the transmission fluid. Thier manager Rogers response when I called you can bring it down and we will fill it. Well you were suppose to be doing that when you were servicing it to begin with. I service my vehicle my self now. I know its getting taken care of that way.

Driving down the road once I noticed my hood was not shut, I happened to be next to Grease Monkey. My hood latch was stuck. Roger Welter assisted me and at no charge. I decided then to use Grease Monkey loyally. Upon my first oil change visit, I got Roger again who explained and answered my questions. (also got a free car wash card!) Labor day weekend I pulled up to a PACKED HOUSE on my way out of town, I needed my oil checked and topped off. AGAIN, I get Roger! He pulled me around the other cars, topped off my oil and NO KIDDING, I was out of there in 5 mins. I mentioned this on facebook!! THANK YOU Roger and the staff for such excellent service. I will recommend you to everyone.

After I called four oil services in town, Sheridan Wyoming they were the least expensive. I asked if they would install a fuel filter for me for $25 and Roger agreed. After Joe could not get it one due to AutoZone giving me the wrong part number which was two numbers changed 16 verses 61 I went back to Auto Zone to see if they had the right one. Which they did and exchange for the correct one $4 more. That was nice. Went back to Grease Monkey and was met by Joe. He asked if I was back with the correct one? I said yes sir (25 years old and no shirt on its 90 degrees out) no worries but unprofessional with no shirt like all the others were wearing. Anyway, Joe installed and it was $20 verses $25. I am stoked and stayed for a massage in the front office by Keys Park from Gillette.

Was there for 40 mins supposed to open at 8 at 8:15 was told the boss had drank to much as was running late and the crew that was there didnt have keys to get in. Place has really went down hill .

Did a good job and were friendly but very expensive

I had my oil changed here and they lied about what they did. They said they were replacing the oil pan plug, and they didn’t, they put in an old plug that made my truck leak oil. I live in Idaho, so when I got home to Idaho, my truck smelled like burning oil. I checked my oil and I was 8 quarts low. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know, and would not even recommend it to any of my enemies.
