I had some recent issues at the Sherman store location but once they were addressed by the general manager Lonnie he handled my situation very professionally. And said what he said he was going to do. Im very pleased with the outcome. I glad we have people like him in corporate stores

Took over an hour to get our service switched over from T-Maybe. Overall happy with in store experience. Ecstatic that we now get great service where with our previous carrier we had spotty service.

I went in today to see if I can switch phone company.I have had great customer service with at and t and t Mobil right before this visit.Not at this Verizon store.The young lady with glasses who helped me was obviously not happy to be there.She had a flat attitude which spoke to me “I just don’t care”.In the middle of our conversation, she started playing on her phone looking at her personal stuff right in front of me.I couldn’t believe that she could be this rude.She was not eager at all to sell me the plan. If I can’t get good customer service in the beginning, I Am afraid how little help I get once I become a customer.
I just have to say Im very disappointed in Verizon. My phone like a few 100k other customers got glitches when Google did updates last month in March. I went to my local store and the guys said to send it back to get a replacement. Well that replacement is going to cost $300 because inspection said the charging port was damaged, really?, I didnt have an issue with charging the phone!! I guess Im going to get a different provider!!

I set an appointment and went in to the Sherman center at the appointed time. Even with their covid19 accommodations, I was assisted pretty much on time. I needed help setting up my new phone and changing over information. The gentleman who helped me, Levy (Im sorry, but thats the only part of his name I got), was helpful and and professional. He was also tasked with meeting customers at the door and STILL was able to get me through the process quickly. I like Verizon and have no plans to change, but Levy represents one of the main reasons for staying with the company. Thank you. AND bravo.

I had 12 oclock appointment. Was told I should have ordered my phone on line. Go wait in your car. About an hour after I got there the store called. My wife and I were already at best buy. We already got our verizon upgrade. The knowledgeable young lady transferred our contents to our new phone. Just shut the verizon store down. Fire the employees. Sell the property. Kick back the savings to the consumer.

Wait was very long, but the transaction went smoothly and quickly. I had my phone backed up already so I was out quick and my salesman was very polite.
I have gone to this location since signing up with Verizon years ago, always have been pleased with the service with the exception of today. I went to upgrade my son’s phone and was treated like a number that needed to hurry up and leave. The associate put the new phone in a bag and handed it over. At least he did tell me an app to download to transfer the information but did not offer to set it up. I’m not one that is needy of help, I just think it’s good customer service to have a customer leave happy and not stunned from lack of service. It’s not like it was busy at all, probably from the fact they ushered us out, so others are most likely treated the same.

We were going to become Verizon customers fortunately their service did not work in our area never once rcvd a bill from them but recently started rcving phone calls from a debt collector saying we owed them even after they refunded our money no way to call this location though they say the location is who we would need to speak to would not recommend to anyone

Wait times were ridiculously long both days we went. The staff was friendly, but our first representative did not seem knowledgeable and messed up our account, which then took literally hours to fix. The second visit went way more smoothly, but we still waiting a long time to be served.
It’s time for an upgrade and I always cringe going to the Sherman store! It’s always a 30-45 minute wait. Now I have been a Verizon customer for over 17 years and I Love Verizon but I just hate going to the Sherman store. My time is more useful. Sales guy says it’s always busy at the store so either staff the store to take care of customers or open another store around here geez. SMH.
Just left the Verizon store in Sherman, Tx, and I must say it was one of the best experiences Ive ever had at this store! John was excellent! His customer service was top notch! He made the whole transaction painless! Ask for John! You wont be disappointed!!
Ive been with Verizon for almost 10 years and Im thoroughly happy with them. Granted, I did have to lose my unlimited data here recently, they helped me transition over to a data plan that was best suited for me. The employees here definitely take their time with each customer to make sure they are fully satisfied.
Today was my second time in this Verizon store. The rep recognized me from over 6 months ago. He has always been very knowledgable and friendly. He got me set up and ready to go in no time at all and even helped me get a better deal on 2 phone cases and a glass cover than I would have gotten on 1 case alone. This is my FAVORITE store!
This store is completely worthless. Unless you are going in to buy a new phone, the only thing they can do for you is give you customer services phone number. My wife tried to bring my Galaxy S8 in and get it setup on her line and the dude said that it wont work on the network. Hello, I just took it off the exact same network she is trying to put it on when i got a new phone. All they want you to do is buy a new phone. Employees are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. Why is this store even here? Just drive the extra miles to McKinney and get better service dont waste your time here.
This store is a lot like special needs kids. They try really hard but they just cant seem to meet the mark. Took two days to get the phone activated. And then they told me the phone number was a different number from what I actually was. Finally got the phone turned on so I cant say the total failures, but it seems like they tried really hard to be one.

Cost more than metro and same service. I paid an activation fee twice.I tried to pay my phone bill online today and couldnt so I will be paying a late fee.I hate Verizon.

It was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The representatives name was Abbey. Steer clear!!! She was rude, when I asked to speak to a manager ( to clear up a question) she said I was escalating to the manager. She outright lied to my wife. Do not go there Do your business online.

It took 2 days to figure out I made the wrong move. Came back in & Blake worked with me 1 hour & 45 minutes to get it all switched back around, voicemail set up & paring with my car❣️❣️. If you enjoy waiting for over an hour for a quick question they could have answered instead of asking for your name for a place in line you are in the right place. Why the hell does it take an hour or more to get anything done at a cell phone store?

Verizon in Sherman, Tx has poor customer service. My Pixel 2 just stopped working. There was no external damage. I have been waiting 8 days for my replacement phone ( under warranty).Today I paid $12.99 for next day delivery. So that will be 9 days without a phone plus $12.99. I feel totally ripped off.....

Skipped over us multiple times in line, only ever acknowledged by staff to sign us into the queue which wasnt utilized in any capacity to determine order of customer service. Took another customer to point out to staff that they kept skipping us.
When we first got Verizon they were a good store. When we moved to North Texas we were introduced to the Sherman store. Bad, very bad customer service.

The store was nice but it took a long time. Verizon itself is an awful company who dont care about their customers at all. They have no customer service skills at all and when I mentioned of considering a different carrier, they said and I quote Do what you gotta do! Wow! No care, compassion, or consideration. Talk about making someone feel special! These people are awful. Go somewhere where they actually value your business and care. This company has gotten too big to care about us. Try Sprint, T-MOBILE, or AT&T.

Wish I could give negative stars. I simply need a charger for my Verizon smart hub because mine is lost. Went to the store in Gainesville and they didnt have them but the guy was nice and said he believes best buy sells them. Tried that but they didnt carry it. So I call verizon corporate and they sent me to Sherman Verizon. Walk inside and explain this to DEXTER (WORST GUY EVER) and he for no apparent reason spoke to me in the most condescending and aggressive tone and made a show of speaking to me like I was an idiot. When I was totally shocked by his attitude I told him not to speak to me that way he said well you were taking a tone with me. In no way was I. I guess asking a question is a personal affront to Dexter. He should be fired and NEVER work in customer service. I have for 16 years and have never once spoken to any guest client or customer that way even when Ive had difficult ones which I was not. Guess he works on commission and has no interest in helping anyone who isnt going to put money directly ln his pocket. Or he is just a terrible person in general. Either way.
Jeff at the Sherman location has taken awesome care of me every time I went in there with a issue with my phone. He is the only 1 I will talk to when I go in there.
Customer service was horrible. One of the ladies told me a opinion as if it was a fact and when I told her it was not correct she rolled her eyes. I’m a business owner myself and to be treated with the customer service that was provided tonight I’d loose customers. Fact is that Verizon could be loosing a long time business account.
Employee was not interested in trying to find out what is wrong with my phone. He rudely told me I had to many apps open, I didnt, and said that was all he could find. Will never go there again.

If you want to spend over 2 hours in a store with no AC just to be charged for the wrong phone and leave with the same phone you walked in with then go here.I have been a verizon customer for 8+ years. This is the worst store Ive ever been to. I recommend just calling the 1-800 number. They gave me a WAY better deal and took care of me in less than 30min.Just a little update, they actually went ahead and charged me for the canceled order after I made a purchase out of their store... and no one has any records of the charge. The manager on duty was completely unprofessional and rude. I wish verizon would spend the time to properly train their employees.

They dont have the ability to transfer your saved information from one phone to another anymore. The lady I spoke with in the Sherman store said that their Wi-Fi wouldnt support it. Not many new smartphones to choose from

I spoke to the manager about concerns that I had. My husband has been a customer since 2014, he finally convinced me to switch from ATT to Verizon. Since then weve both been getting phone calls and texts from someone who I assume is in the Grayson/Fannon county area. I have contacted Verizon corporate and hopefully this problem will be corrected. However the manager of the store in SHERMAN, TEXAS was flippant, nonchalant and bordering on rude! I will not mention his name in this review, but he can be assured that his name was mentioned when I called Verizon to lodge a complaint. Guess what? Before I mentioned his name they already knew it! If I could give this Verizon outlet less than one star I would have!
