Dropped off a couple of watches to get the battery changed. Had to leave them but no big deal, they called in a couple of days and they were good to go and at a very fair price. Very friendly service.

I found really good makeup here and surprisingly really nice tops, cardigans and a huge selection of cute winter hats. The best thing is the clothes are well made and each piece comes in TONS of colors all under $16. I went back for more of the same tops the next day. VERY impressed! They also have the largest selection of eyelashes Ive ever seen.

They are very rude and inconsistent. They have two very sweet workers who don’t mind helping you but the owner or manager will call the workers away while helping you to assign them another task! I am also in the military and every week she changed the policy or what items will receive military discount which is very upsetting! Giving those who serve a discount on items shouldn’t be an issue but she doesn’t think so I have left this store on more than one occasion because of the rude service and inconsistent information I now drive from Sherwood to north little Rock just to go to another beauty supply with a friendly and caring staff!

Love coming here to get my hair supplies and the staff is so nice and helpful. They have a wide selection clothes, jewelry, shoes, perfume & cologne oils, and so much more.

This is not a good place to buy wigs. Unless you want to spend an excessive amount of time asking if they have certain wigs and being told that they don’t have them in stock, I wouldn’t waste my time here. Then to top it off, they offer to give you a $5 discount on a $70 wig that has been sitting out for God knows how long because they don’t have any others in stock. At first glance it seems as if this store has good deals but when you actually try to buy something, the deals won’t help you at all.

Bought some crochet hair on clearance the day before. And realized it was not what I wanted. I had my receipt and came in the next day just to exchange for another kind of hair that I was gonna pay more for. The lady was very rude and said no. I had to keep the previous hair. It was never taken out of the package and I had a receipt just YESTERDAY! I asked her where does it say all sales are final? And why I cant i just exchange for the right hair? She just said no. I told her Id never come back and she told me good! Dont come back! She was very hateful. It hurt my feelings. Use to always have good experiences there. I would never give a racist place like that my money.
