I have used this pharmacy for years, but in the past few months, they no longer provide the service I was always accustomed to receiving. It takes twice as long to get a prescription filled.. there is always a long line of customers waiting to be helped with their Prescriptions so its almost impossible to run in and out as I used to be able to do. Ive also noticed that part of the problem with slow service is other customers who are having problems getting their meds refilled . It seems like there are always different people behind the counter, I dont know if its due to a high turn over in staff or if its a rotation thing. This past week, I began using a new pharmacy and although I hate change, I believe it was a smart move and will be the end of my feelings of frustration. Walgreen !! Wake up !!!
Meds are never ready in a timely manner. They will ask if you “need”the meds “today”. Of course I do. That’s why I’m there. I will be changing pharmacies. I loved this location. The pharmacy needs an overhaul.
This pharmacy has really declined on service. I used to get my prescriptions quickly and now I dread when I need a refill. It takes forever to do the drive through. I will be moving my prescriptions from here. Don’t send your medications here if you haven’t already or just moved to the area.
This pharmacy is a joke. It takes 5+ hours to get a prescription filled even when a doctor or clinic has faxed the information in as soon as you leave them. I am not sure why this pharmacy cannot get their act together. Calling the pharmacy to speak with someone is an even bigger joke. You are placed on hold with a recording every 30 seconds that states the staff is busy with other customers and they apologize for any inconvenience. The last time I had to get a prescription filled, which was over a month ago, I noticed that the staff was busy chit-chatting with one another and not too concerned with the customers at the counter or drive-thru. After today, I will be switching to another pharmacy across the street (CVS). Hopefully, I won’t experience the long delay in getting my prescription filled. It’s a shame how pharmacies no longer show care and concern for their customers. Walgreens never should have bought USA Drug years ago. I think they became overwhelmed with the new customers they acquired and realized they couldn’t handle it.
I just called to see if I could get a prescription transferred from one Walgreens to another. I was okay with her saying no because of it being a controlled substance but the attitude of this woman and her not letting me talk and rushing me off the phone was totally unacceptable. The whole conversation she was RUDE! I just picked my son up from the hospital lady. Learn some customer service!!!!
On the Pharmacy, took my son for Covid Vaccine, and they are really Bad, rude and careless employees, waiting time forever to get it and after that they dont care how patient feel or if have any questions. So dissapointed about their services. 1 star just because i could not take the star out, so means -5 stars.
Been coming here many years and they were swift and competent. For the last 2 yrs, dont know why the steady decline. Rude techs, unreasonable delays. Told my meds would be ready in 2 hrs, came back and told another hour, came back 3rd time and told another hour. This is unacceptable. Today we have been sitting at drive thru for 50 minutes just to pick up a prescription that is supposed to be ready. No one has told us what the problem is. Update: finally got our meds, no apologies, no explanations. Will be changing Today!
Been coming here for 18 years. Pharmacy staff has always been unorganized and I do not blame it all on the employees but obviously it’s corporate policies or extremely poor management. I will say on a positive note that some pharmacy techs are friendly but I constantly have issues with things like the following. Walgreens wants you you do a 90 day supply but the really sick patients like one in my family will never know if her meds will change from month to month so 90 days isn’t a good fit for her. also a lot of turnover in pharmacy dept which places stress on the pharmacist, most alway long long lines at pharmacy ( I’ve personally spent up to TWO HOURS in line)I love the location and this place could be better but corporate needs to stream line the process. I have 4 others pharmacies near me and not one has ever been any problem so sorry Walgreens are you listening? Get you act together PLEASE !
Why make an appointment for a shot not 1 time but 2 times in a row only to wait 45 minutes after your appointment to get a shot. Paperwork everything pre filled out. Terrible service.

This pharmacy is sooo slow it don’t make no sense ! I waited in the pharmacy line for TWO hours and there were only two cars in front of me ! I can’t believe businesses are allowed to operate like this ! 🤦🏽♀️
They Don’t never answer the phones so how would you know what the store has available w/o making a blank trip.
Have been a customer here since it first opened. Occasional shopper; regular prescriptions customer. The staff pharmacists are top notch! Very knowledgeable and accommodating, especially about giving vaccines. The pharmacy techs are hit-and-miss (big turnover), especially at the counter. One barked at me when I stood at the pharmacists window to ask the pharmacist a technical question. They never seem to understand the difference between a Medicare plan vs a Medicare ADVANTAGE plan (which does NOT require you to show your Medicare card). My other beef: waiting forever in the drive-thru while someone ahead has to discuss their insurance coverage with the technician. The drive-thru should be for prescription pick-ups and drop offs...not policy questions. Tell them to park and come inside!
Recently switched to this pharmacy. Had to pickup my first prescription Sunday. The young lady was so professional and delightful. She was working both the drive thru and the counter at the same time. She didnt miss a beat. Customer service was phenomenal!
Worst pharmacy ever.
I can hardly put into words how much I loathe this pharmacy. I stopped getting prescriptions filled after they repeatedly filled with incorrect dosage and quantities. Due to my regular pharmacy being closed for the holiday, I’m forced to return to this nightmare to get meds for bronchitis. They are so rude, incredibly slow, and it’s just a generally unpleasant environment. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
This location has a very friendly staff I have shopped here for at least 10 years. They offer services such as Pharmacy grocery magazine literature toys for children photo department passport pictures small electronics department makeup Department skin care personal hygiene. The bathrooms at this location are generally very clean. Most of the staff that work here have been here for quite a while so they know their store they take pride in their work and they showed care for their customer. Unlike others who have written reviews for this Walgreens Ive yet to have any terribly bad experiences here. The staff has always been nice and helpful to me but then again, Ive never had to fill out a prescription here either so that may be it. I can always find what Im looking for (so long as its realistic to find in Walgreens)Snack prices are pretty reasonable and you can get some great discounts if youre a rewards member!
DON’T BOTHER!!!! Worse pharmacy EVER!!!!!
The Walgreens employees have been pleasant on every visit, and the ALWAYS scan my packages in. However, FedEx does not regularly pickup packages here. Upon checking tracking on my last drop off, I come to find out my package has been sitting at Walgreens for a week. I retrieved my package from this place and took it to an actual FedEx so that it can finally go on to my customer (Im an online retailer). This is the THIRD TIME this happened at this particular Walgreens and FedEx NEVER takes responsibility for these mistakes. I will never be dropping my packages off and any Walgreens, ever. Its too risky, especially when FedEx is not taking responsibility for mistakes. Again, the employees at Walgreens have been pleasant, this 2 stars applies to the FedEx portion of the business. Which you may want to check FedEx as it can reflect poorly on Walgreens.
Each time I have been to this particular Walgreens pharmacy, I have been VERY disappointed. I have gone 2x and they didnt have the items prescribed to me that I needed and this last time I went for decongestant medicine and the pharmacy tech was VERY RUDE! I understand there are rules for that particular behind the counter medicine, but you dont have to be rude and you dont have to be sarcastic either. The Pharmacy tech said even if they did have it, I would have to come in to sign for it and that wouldnt be possible because it was just me with a sleeping child in the car. This is the reason I would rather travel to NLR Walgreens to get prescriptions.
Management at this location is horrible. They have falsely accused me of stealing from this store and I got everything worked out with one employee yet every single time Ive tried to shop here I get followed around the store and harassed by every single other manager!! Even when I have my child with me! Absolutely horrible customer service
On November 10th 2017, arrived at store at 8am. Doors were locked and remained locked till 815. That was the first problem. Was there to pick up a western union. And nothing was up and running at this time. Finally got someone to help. Entered all info in then went to cashier, who acted like he knew nothing and kept then just walking away. Finally found someone who was stocking shelves and she attempted to help. She too acted like she knew nothing. She kept restarting the system which kept us in Walgreens for a Hour. This should have been a quick trip. And to top it off she had horrible customer service. She also walked away without saying anything. And acting like she just didnt care. Horrible experience all around.

I must say I have been coming here for a couple of years now and until tonight my time here has been great.Tonight I had the worst pharmacy tech with the nastiest attitude in the world.Not only did i sit in drive thru for over 20 mins and i was the only car in the drive thru.And there was only two people at the counter you walked pass me twice and didnt say anything and when you finally did you asked who i was picking up for in a tone with the worst attitude!!!!How this lady is allowed to work around people I dont understand.And maybe you were having a bad day I dont know but someone might be having a worst day than you.Think about it lady you work at Walgreens pharmacy.If you dont like your job QUIT!!!!!!!
I would say there are only about 2 positive atttibutes about this Walgreens: (1) Its open 24/7, which is definitely a huge help when it comes to a med a person has been faced with getting filled emergently at the most inportune time. (2) For the most part, its fairly easy to get your shopping down throughout the store (aisles arent overly crowded and fairly easy to locate items they carry), the checking out process isnt usually hair-pulling horrible. That is unless you get behind the person who has suddenly decided to become an extreme couponer...you know, the one who thinks she NEEDS to get all 250 items in her cart for free or $0.05. And, hell will freeze over if the employee tells them that the coupon is expired, for the wrong item, or only good for the purchase of 2+ items. Isnt it strange how nobody else seems to ever get called to help check in those moments either? If you hear someone called, it tends to be the beauty counter (the one who either has everyone whos just started waiting in the main line for 12.4 seconds before deciding theyre entitled over everyone else waiting to be hooked up to life support machines from waiting all of their remaining life). Two things never heard, however, is the photo lab register and/or the pharmacy has a register that is currently open with no wait (even if they needed to specify that prescriptions needed to priority, but they have 2 registers at just the front counter -only one of which Ive ever seen, besides the one occasionally used by drive thru window).
The staff is always very friendly and eager to help.
Very rude and unsympathetic they tried to say I committed insurance fraud, when all I was trying to do was get my medicine before my insurance expired and it changes from 40 to 1000 dollar price.
Do not go to this Walgreens if you expect the sale prices to be honored. Today was the second and last time.
