This is Stephanie Greenall. I was there today taking back my Christmas decor back. I had lost my key, but luckily Jordan was there! He was so friendly, professional, and handled all my concerns. I appreciated his high standard of excellence and dedication to helping others. I have been with the storage unit for 15 years. This employee lived up to the high expectations I have been used to!

First off, I wish to say that I have NEVER seen anyone in their customer service office. Nor has anyone ever answered with the number in the above contact section nor their number posted on the office door. I have been here on five separate time, all during the times the customer service office was listed as open (and even waited up to an hour and a half two separate times for someone or anyone to come by). It is frustrating when you need to talk to a customer service member and NO ENPLOYEE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE.

I have not moved in yet but Tiffany was wonderful helping me with my reservation initially and then doing the paperwork today. She was very knowledgable and friendly. Facility very clean.

Let me start by saying the customer service is friendly. Apparently my unit was broken into but instead of offering help I was “allowed” to purchase a new overpriced lock and given a rent increase.

My first day renting a storage space here, I had mentioned to staff about the limited amount of carts they had available. Just two days later when I came back to finish my last load, to my surprise, the entire cart row was full of carts. I ran from a public storage one time and it flooded and destroyed $45,000 in new furniture I just bought of course their insurance cut me a check for 3,000 but I was out of luck on the rest it was kind of a bummer that they knew that this particular unit flooded yearly and rented it to me without telling me so I never got the optional insurance to cover it and there was no litigation that could be done about it

Great location. The halls are brightly lit and everything is kept very clean. Push carts available to use. The manager is very nice too and it’s easy to move in. We chose this location specifically because it has climate control heated building.

I have been a long time customer here at the Ballinger Way store. Ken has always been extremely helpful and consistent in providing the services and information I need. The newest member Ive met is Art and he is just as amazing as Ken, very helpful, kind and straight to the point. Its nice to work with a great group of people who understand the business world but more importantly are very compassionate and respectful with others. I have rented space here for four years. The facility is clean and maintained beautifully. Ken, the manager, is very cheerful, friendly and helpful. In all ways, he is a great person to deal with. When I have had questions or needed help, he has gone out of his way to answer and give me additional information. I would rent space here again if and when I need it and recommend it to anyone looking storage space.

Julie greeted me warmly upon arrival, explained Public Storage access and policy, showed me the unit prior to writing the contract, and we engaged in a delightful conversation. This has a been a pleasant experience on this snowy cold day.

She even showed customer care by asking how my day was going and genuinely commented to my response about being stressed out in life. Oh my gosh what a beautiful storage facility! I walked in the door and was greeted by the nicest man. It was quite easy to remember his name - it is the same as my husbands Ken. He was friendly and helped me rent a unit smaller then I thought I needed and saved me so much money! Then he took me to the unit and showed me how to use all to codes to get up the elevator. I would highly recommend people renting from him and at this facility - it is so nice and clean!

I really appreciate that public storage is still welcoming towards those people who only need a storage unit for a couple weeks and want to take advantage of the $1 first month offer. It makes me think that if I ever needed long term storage, that I would look there first. I booked online and shortly after got a call from the manager to schedule a time to come in and finish the paperwork. I needed it ASAP and he got me in right away, despite his busy schedule. His name was Ken, and he was very friendly and helpful. He asked a few questions to make sure that I was in the right size unit, and made sure to switch me from the one the computer had automatically assigned me to one that was a little bigger and had a bigger door, which was very thoughtful. He walked me through the property to my unit and back and answered all my questions thoroughly. I chose this property because its just a few blocks from my house, but I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for storage in the area. Its very clean and up to date, with friendly staff and great rates.
