Amalia went over and above any expectations in creating custom packaging to ensure the safety of our painting. Absolute worst experience iβve ever had to print a pdf file. intentionally ridiculously slow internet, the printer only prints 3 pages at a time and pauses for 5 seconds, not a big deal if your file is 1 page but if u have a 10+ page file do NOT come here. absolute worst design iβve ever seen.

DONβT USE THIS COMPANY! They will loose your packages! They supposedly left my package at the front door but I was home all day and I was by the front door cooking around the time it said delivered at the front door, BUT NOTHING WAS THERE! They never knocked. Nothing! And on top of that my apartments have parcel lockers and they were too lazy to use it. My apartment is located all the way at the end so they passed ALL THE SIGNS that say do not leave packages put them in parcel lockers because they get stolen. They obviously donβt care about your package. I had $200 worth of makeup GONE!

Excellent service, great selection of office supplies, and a clean and organized store. Those upset about having to wait for things might consider buying a printer for their home.
First time using someplace other than the post office. This is so much easier. No lines and the hours are later so I can go after work. Very nice man working the counter to mail my package to my dad for Fathers Day. I will definitely be using them again.

I have never left a review- good or bad, but feel I need to document this. FedEx Shoreline store was my go-to shipping location. Always received prompt and friendly assistance, regardless of how busy they were. Until today. Just had the WORST experience with Nadia. I left worried about the safety and care of treatment of my package. Will never go back for fear of being treated this way again.
I just made a quick stop by FedEx Office Print & Shipping to print copies of my resume and I am so pleased that I did it. I was quickly greeted by Shelby and was so nice to suggest a good quality paper for my resume and also helped me print. Im always asked what Im shipping when I bring in my packages. I always feel that my privacy has been violated. Today I had my package inspected without my consent. They said they would have to charge me a fee if I didnt fill up the empty space in the box next time. I used enough bubble wrap to protect its contents.

I went here to get wedding invitations printed. FedEx staff were friendly and helpful. The woman who helped me (I think her name was Tiffany) did a great job with centering everything on the invitations and was very patient with me when the sample invitations did not print out the way I wanted. Invitations turned out great and there was a very fast turn around. Thank you FedEx!
Instead of shipping my package, the woman told me I taped it up wrong and she refused to send it unless I let her re-pack it in one of their boxes - for a price of course. Screw you and thanks for wasting my time! I went to UPS and they happily sent my package which arrived without issue.
This store does not act professional in any way. I ship on ebay for a living (top rated seller) and have been doing it for years with no shipping issues or major customer complaints. Almost every time I go into this local location to drop off an ebay pre-paid label package they want exact details of everything inside and then they want to open it up and inspect everything claiming that I have no idea what Im doing and they dont believe I packaged the box to their stores expectations. After that they want to charge me extra for more Fed Ex packaging supplies and for Fed Ex taping it back up again with their own tape. I didnt allow to them open my boxes and never will. But they just bust out there knives and start cutting them open before you can say anything. Then you are stuck needing it sealed by them again. These people need their heads checked and to be fired instantly. None of the other Fed Ex locations ever treat me this way. Nor have I ever had a shipping issue with my boxes not taped or packaged correctly. They are extremely nosey trying see inside of boxes and they use it purely as an excuse for an extra cash grab for their store. 100% pathetic. Go to a different location.
Extremely helpful and always willing to help you no matter what... thats above and beyond customer service!!! all employees are wonderful. helpful cheerful and have a smile on their face. unlike other locations which do not know what you want/need. dont know why your in the store. and do not .......DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU you should not have any problems coming here and if you do they will fix it

I walked into the FedEx with a vision of scanning a photograph and placing it into the center of a word file Iβd created that needed to be printed. I wasnβt sure how to complete this task and a woman named Shelby was able to complete the task for me 100%. She did a wonderful job creating the product I envisioned. Then she helped me to package and ship my creation out of state the same day as cheap as possible.
FedEx is difficult to review because they have a wide array of services. But the customer service in the print department is great. Brendan was a great help tweaking my biz cards
Walked in pregnant, with a giant package and a toddler. Guy opens the door for me, and offers to take the package, then points out that my shipping label is UPS (my bad). Tells me where the nearest ups store is, and then leaves. No offer to carry the package back to my car or open the door or anything. Yeah, I know Im not giving you business, but seriously? Still pregnant and still with a toddler and still have a giant package. Bit of decency would be nice.
This place has the worst customer service by one particular guy with red hair and the high pitched annoying voice! My first impression of this Fed Ex is they will try to up sell you or they will refuse to ship your package off. I brought in a box that had a slight little bend to it- trust me the box was fine. I do all my shopping on-line and have 20 boxes if I thought it wasnt shippable I would of used another box. He said for $3.99 he will fill it up with peanuts. I was like no this box is fine. Angry, I asked if I dont pay $3.99 you wont ship it? He said yes! Fine. I found another box and came back to give this guy a second chance. He rudely tells me hes on the phone! OK its the guy, he just has horrible customer service and needs more training or find another job that doesnt require dealing with people! He shouldnt be studying his human diagrams while helping customers out either! He is TERRIBLE!!!
15 days and counting no packages no answers! this company will let their drivers take your items home! look it up $50,000 in merchandise was found in drivers home. They have offered no resolution in 15 days just the runaround because they do not care about us consumers! I am so appalled by their actions I hope someone reads this and is able to not endure what I have by the hands of this disgraceful company. Please use Ups. Understaffed. Only one person managing packing, shipping, printing, and office services. Waited 20 minutes in line just to get a simple question about the fax services answered. Fax is very expensive, $3 per page! Doesnt support multi-sided faxing, so youll need to pay another $1.50 per page to scan and re-print the backs.
Wanted to charge me $3 to add filler to an already professionally packaged box. Ridiculous. We ship to and from using FedEx and UPS every day!. We wont use this place.
This business is quickly becoming undependable. Large format is never working correctly. Staff has been great, but they cant print documents with unreliable equipment. Get your act together FedEx!!!

Terrible service. On two different occasions they have lost and/or delayed shipments. In calling both the location and 800 number to try and resolve I was told there was nothing they could do. I used the Seattle Center location for over 8 years with out a single incident (shipping packages at least twice a month), in less than two months this location has lost two shipments... Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on

Employees are incompetent drop outs.. Just wanted to make a hand full of black and white copies. Went to self serve machine that spewed out about 30 legal sized blank pages before I could cancel. I asked an employee for help, they said just a minute sir. The three of them sat there talking about someone else who didnt do their job for several more minutes. Then I told them what happened and they said I would still be charged full price for the blank pages and still sat there and wouldnt help me get the real copies need....
Convenience and service is key at this FedEx office. They are perfectly located and follow that up with great customer service and many different services at your disposal

This place is a nightmare! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE!!!Ive brought my things to send internationally, I intentionally did not package them, so they can do it in the best way, they packaged it and told me it will be delivered on the 2nd of July. I payed $330 cash for it just to come back on the 9th of JULY to find out that it is going to be sent back to me because it was incorrectly packaged!!! BUT the worst thing is that when employee Brendon called manager on the phone right infront of me, manager could not be bothered with my problem, didnt want to help or even apologies, he just HANGED UP on his employee, who was lost and didnt know how to handle the situation and kept telling me to call the 1-800 number. This is below the lowest service Ive ever had in my entire life! Ill be posting the update every sigle day till this problem will be resolved, but now you know, STAY AWAY from this place! True NIGHTMARE!!!

What a scam! I printed 6 massive posters here last November for $78 for a work event. I went back today to reprint the same posters with updates for a new event and received tiny posters (about 1/3 the size of the previous ones) and was charged $270!! These are mostly white with some black and blue lettering, so not much toner or ink required. Im just shocked. The old price was steep, but this is highway robbery.
Thanks to Bobby I scanned what I needed and I got my homework sent ib just in time. If bobby wasnt there I would have been in trouble because the other employee, Angelina, was impolite and unhelpful. So thank you Bobby, you made my short visit to Fedex a good one. You went out of your way to help me when you saw Angelina slack off.

The staff is nice, but I cant help but feel they are perpetually understaffed. Several of the printers appear to have issues as well, which makes the time cost hardly worth the price.
They wouldnt use my packaging and charged $10 for a tiny box. It cost $26 to ship my dead cell phone by GROUND to another state.

I attempted to drop off a box containing a clothing return. Drop off was refused due to inadequate packing materials to isolated the contents of the box. The clerk asked if he could open the box, before I could answer he cut my box open and told me I would either need to purchase an envelop or packing material before they would accept the box of clothing. Avoid this location.
Fair to middling customer service. Price for merchandise and service could use some down grading.
