The folks here were so helpful with my complicated shipping situation. The clear communication among employees translated directly to being well taken care of as a customer. The space is clean and well maintained. Will be using this store to ship from now on!
Very friendly and helpful staffs! I went to UPS for an international shipping today. It was close to their closing time. But they were very patient to me and even suggested me to repackage my documents and helped me saved 200 dollars! Thank you very much!
New ownership, welcoming and wonderful staff! Its safe to come back, yall--the rude and obnoxious jerk who used to own this location is gone and the new owners and staff are great!! Friendly, helpful, polite--everything that the previous owner was not. This is how a business is supposed to be run!
The guy that works in the store interferes with every transaction that is made in the store, interjecting his “expert opinion.” Ironically, his advice always results in double the cost of shipping. He argued that shipping my item the same way the original company shipped it wasn’t good enough and needed to be repacked in their stuff. He actually wanted to take apart a stack of items that was structurally sound to wrap individually. I won’t be back to this location.
I’ve been going here to ship my packages for the past few months, and they have COMPLETELY lost my business. Not only are they not wearing masks, they are up-charging me on shipping costs and supplies. A couple weeks ago I bought a large box at another ups store near by. They charged me $8 more for the same size box at this location. At this location, I go there to ship the large box, and they were going to charge me $140 more then originally quoted. They measured the wrong measurements and said “if I cut the box down it will be cheaper”. I did my research, and they were measuring my box wrong just to make the extra money. I’m never going back here. I went to FedEx down the street... guess what. They charged me for the ACTUAL box dimensions and didn’t try to scam me. So go to FedEx down the street at Aurora Village. They’ll treat you better.
Rather rude man who didnt seem to care, nor did his fellow employee, or is she a co-owner, couldnt tell! That store has never been my favorite place to do any business with at all its always been this way, poor service with an attitude, today was the last time I wont be going back and will let my friends know not to go into this UPS store! They feel they dont have to follow protocol by wearing mask in King County, say they had the shot, how do we know when he has never seemed to wear a mask in the past from what Ive heard. For you to say having your door keeps us safe, no it doesnt stop the virus, nor does it keep you or I safe!Lastly you act like we owe you, instead of vs versa when it comes to doing business, that isnt how it works.Shame on you for not caring about our safety, or even our opion towards lack of service.Am done dealing with your store, Ill go farther South where they treat you like a human instead, instead of garbage.
Closed and locked during business hours. Not coming back a second time. Good thing it was locked because apparently the staff thinks the mask mandate doesnt apply. Wouldnt shop here for free. Ownership suffers from extreme contempt for the customer and should lose their franchise at full personal cost. Ill shop anywhere else, Id rather not send my packages at all.
I have not posted a review in a while, but this place definitely warrants one. This is the closest UPS Store to my house, and I do a lot of business with them, but I will happily drive a extra five minutes to a different UPS store or even FedEx to never have to deal with this location again. My biggest compliant is about their total disregard for health and safety. I have been to the store several times in the past year, and every single time I go there is at least one person not wearing a mask. It is usually the same person too. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and the lack of this simple curtesy/precaution is mind blowing. Ive seen in the owners responses to other reviews that they have the door open so they dont need to wear masks. Opening one door is not enough to circulate airflow throughout the entire building, but even if it was the Washington state guidelines require masks to be worn when meeting people outdoors and even on a boat. If you have to wear a mask on a boat, you should be wearing one in your store. As others have stated, this store is price gouging. Im no expert on shipping, but I have literally sent the same item, in the same size box, from two different UPS stores, and this one charged me more. They even charged me for printing a UPS label for an Amazon return. That does not happen if I go to the UPS store up the street. In addition to that, they charged me to tape a box closed, when the Amazon return instructions clearly state I didnt even need to provide a box for the item I was returning. This doesnt happen to me at any other UPS store location in the area, or even at UPS stores in other states! If you live in the area and need to go to a UPS store, drive to the one up the street. You will spend money in time and gas, but probably save more money overall from all the little expenses this store will charge you.this brings me to the staff. Most of the staff is fine. Not great, but fine. Will they go out of their way to help you like the nearby UPS and FedEx locations? No, definitely not. They are a little slow and will find ways to make you spend more money, but they arent overtly rude. However, there is one woman at this location, the same woman not wearing a mask every time I go in, who is absolutely a pain to deal with in person. Aside from the fact that I dont want to get too close to her because she isnt wearing a mask, she is just short tempered and rude with all her interactions.I am never going to this store again. I gave them multiple chances in the past year, going here several times, but I will never step foot in this location ever again. I almost exclusively went to UPS store locations in the past, but since having to deal with this location, Ive started going to FedEx when not dealing with Amazon returns. Read the other reviews for this location. They have been getting only one star reviews for several months now. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
Brought in a few high end guitars that had to be shipped out and you guys were the only store with the box size I needed as these were large cases. I do not remember the employees name but very friendly and helpful guy that went above and beyond to ensure that my guitars were packaged properly and protected and securely taped up. Both guitars arrived at there destination flawlessly
As mentioned in other reviews, this location seems to think the mask mandate doesnt apply to them. When I visited, 2 of the 3 staff members were not wearing masks and one of them was squeezing passed me at one point. When I commented that masks were required, I was told that wearing a mask while doing some of the more active work they have to do was too difficult. In reading other reviews, the response from the owner seems to be that some people may have a health issue that prevents them from wearing a mask but that was not the explanation I given. Also, if a mask is a health risk for someone who works with the public, then certainly a face shield is an appropriate option. I will be going elsewhere going forward.
Tried charging me $1 for one strip of tape on an Amazon box for a return. What a joke! I live close and have shipping tape at home so I just said Id come back later. Unbelievable.Edit: Just read some of the other reviews about this location. Sounds like the owner is a total LOSER!
I usually use the Lynnwood Store. I sell items on a selling app. Usually Lynnwood either prints my label for free or charges me under a dollar. I was in the Shoreline area and decided to use their store. $3.04 for 1 copy? 1 label? Incredible. And the guy behind the counter acted like $3.04 per copy was reasonable. Lol. And if I had needed 10 labels? Thirty dollars seem like a fair price? Nah. Never again. Ill stick to the Lynnwood Store. The workers at Lynnwood are so friendly too.
Beware! Theyre not wearing masks here! E Ive gone here for years and the gentlemans very helpful, but who doesnt wear a mask in this day and age? They have a couple small plexiglass sheilds hanging up but thats hardly enough to stop at airborne virus! I wont be returning.
I just went to this store and the manager was not wearing a mask. When I asked her if she had one, she pointed me to the back of the line and said I could wait for another cashier. She then proceeded to serve another customer. Will definitely be writing a letter to corporate about this. I wish I had taken a pic of her but I was so shocked that I just walked out of the store. It is too bad I can not give this place zero stars.
The Asian lady I had was super efficient, which was great because the place was busy Friday afternoon. Thanks!
Edit: 38 one star reviews out of 63 total reviews and most of them are about the behavior of you or your staff. Bad Leadership = Bad Employees = Bad Business. You as the owner also insult people on a personal, un professional, level in your responses. Stay away from this place unless you want to have a bad experience.Edit: I did not bully you I gave you a bad review because you overcharge and the staff was rude. Also I did get my way I went to the UPS store at 23632 Hwy 99 Ste F, Edmonds, WA 98026 they were friendly and did not over charge. For you to attack me on a personal level shows the type of person you are. Bad leadership will equate to bad staff which is why the majority of your reviews are one star.Wanted to charge me $2.17 to print a UPS return label. They are already being paid by the company to return it. UPS store litarly 1.7 miles away charges .17 cents do not bring your business here.
The owner doesn’t see it fit to wear a mask, and when called out for it, she deflects attention onto vague statements about exemptions in a DOH order. She also tells her customers, “if you are so afraid of these potential situations, maybe you should consider not working or going out.”With power comes responsibility. The responsibility to keep our fellow human beings safe does not fall on everyone equally. As a business owner of a UPS store, you are in a position of responsibility over a part of our infrastructure. If a person has a condition that causes them to make things less safe for others, the responsibility is THEIRS (read: yours) to adapt. As a business owner, you have the privilege of being able to delegate responsibility and take a step back while continuing to profit off of business operations. Not everyone has a choice of whether or not they can just not go outside. Not everyone is suited to do every job. If you genuinely have a disability that prevents you from helping keep others safe in these times (which are extremely rare might I add), maybe you should not insist on working in-person in a customer facing role, and instead delegate those responsibilities. If the thought of doing that is too much for you, maybe you should consider picking a different line of work and not going outside, as you seem so keen on suggesting to others.Telling people who aren’t in the same position of privilege as you to just stay inside is arrogant and naïve, being the equivalent of flippantly telling someone to “just go sell one of your 4 summer homes” at best, and being no better than telling them to die at worst. At best, it’s ignorant; and at worst, it’s malicious. Gaslighting your customers and deflecting personal responsibility for this is absolutely disgusting. Do better.
Way over priced! I should have looked at the reviews. Employees acted like you are a number to rush through and get done even though there were only 3 customers including myself.*Dont forget to go through and read the owner replies... Appalling!
I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve dropped off amazon returns here as well as shipped gifts. I am treated courteously both when I am a paying customer and when I’m simply dropping off. I do enjoy reading the hilarious responses from the business to the negative reviewers.
Nice service but apparently the lady behind the counter is one of the owners of the location and didnt feel it necessary to wear a mask. Even while coming into close proximity with about 8 different people just while I was there.*edit response to the owner. I have medical issues and I wear a mask. There are none that prevent you from wearing a mask up to the point that if so you also should not be working. Put on the mask and wear it. This isnt up for debate or discussion.
Of note: I have had packages held for pick up at other UPS store locations before and since this incident without having an issue with them rejecting the package multiple times. This problem is unique to this store in my experience.Original review:Extremely poor customer service. They refused a package delivery for pick up because they were full. Then refused to help track where the package was. They created a problem then flat refused to help remedy the problem. The were very condescending and rude in their interactions with me. Acted as if I was bothering them by asking for help. I wont be bothering them again.Edit in rebuttal to the response to my review:The problem was not so much that the package was refused and rerouted (It was frustrating but really was the lesser part of the situation) . I understand that sometimes there is no space to accept additional packages. The root problem was how the staff handled the issue. I was basically told to shove-off and go figure out where my package was myself. The staff were very rude. You can in fact be helpful and pick up the phone to call UPS to find where the package is for the customer. Or really just not be rude to your customers.
They will not honor the free return option that Amazon provides in their app.I was told I’d have to pay because the box was “too big” (16 inches on the long side). After going back to my car, carrying my return and my infant with me to get my wallet, I showed them in the app where it said it would cost $0.00 and the lady said that Amazon “breaks the rules” and it’s not the ups store’s fault. So I pay her. I again ask why I’m being charged because “the box is too big” even though Amazon shipped me the package without an exterior cardboard box and the guy behind the counter says “if you’d brought it in ready to ship there wouldn’t have been any charge”. WHAT? He tells me if I had taped the top of the item shut then it would have been free. They didn’t tell me this when I first retrieved my wallet and I have packing tape in the car! I tried to point out that he said nothing about tape being the reason I was being charged - both employees had referenced the size of the box - and the guy literally had the nerve to say “I’m sorry you misunderstood, ma’am.” I can’t misunderstand something that wasn’t told to me.I’ve been to this location several times to drop off before and will NEVER be returning. I have no tolerance for people who are rude just to be rude, let alone not honoring Amazon’s return policy. Avoid at all costs.
Wow! I had given them a 3 star, then read some other reviews that the owner responded to and I cant believe and owner of a shop would speak to a disgruntled customer like that! Great customer service should be what every business strives for, I dont think this one tries to be even decent! I think I will take my business elsewhere from now on but below is my previous review. Not a very large store. Has everything youd need for UPS shipping. Large bin of bubble wrap for free. A couple copy machines. Employees arent great at being nice. I try to do everything online before going, so I dont have to deal with the staff and can just drop off packages and dont need help. Would give a higher rating if employees even just said hello!
I was told that my package went out at 6am and would arrive no later than 9pm. Yes, a very large window, but were in odd times. 9pm comes and 9pm goes. I have a UPS location .1 miles from my apartment but instead was sent to a location from what I can only assume was TX. UPS consistently appear to pride themselves on being the WORST delivery service around. If I wouldve known my shipper would use them, I wouldve chose to use the USPS. You over work your drivers. Your understaffed. And I will never make another purchase if I know that you will be involved. Congratulations for upholding your bismal rating and service. I sincerely hope my package isnt stolen during the TEN hours I am to work tomorrow. Disgrace is too good of a word to describe your services. I wasnt even able to call in my complaint to an actual rep. without providing information thier awful auto call centers cant even understand. 0 stars if I could.
Went in there to ship two packages. Service was friendly, yet the owner was not wearing a mask. Its a little concerning that during a global pandemic, a business owner that is shipping packages all over the world does not understand the importance of reducing the spread of disease. Next time i go in i will leave and find a different location if they are not using protective measures. Bummer
I went in in spite of the 2.2 star Google reviews. Guy at the counter immediately said Ill be right with you sir! instead of silently ignoring me like basically all other locations. Nice to know Im noticed and in queue to be helped. He happily scanned my 5-item no-package Amazon QR code return and mentioned to me that its sometimes worth splitting the return (when setting it up on amazon.com) as sometimes people have issues (and I guess complain to the UPS store?) where Amazon warehouse receiving staff mis-count items or simply miss items. Ive definitely had at least one random Amazon retrocharge in the past for a returned item, not sure if it was a package-less one or not, but that seems like a valid thing to warn people about for future reference. I didnt ask for a package receipt as the items were all
Im a longtime customer (four-plus years with a post box here), and Ive always had a pleasant and positive experience with this business.
Absolutely taken aback by the attitude of the staff here. Now reading the reviews on this location, ESPECIALLY the responses from the “owner”... it all makes sense. I recommend the Edmonds location.
When you ask for a receipt here, what they give you is a half of what you get at other normal ups stores. It only shows the tracking number, but they attach it to a giant piece of paper telling you that this is not a receipt, it’s just taking number. They even go further to say that quote: don’t harass the employee there because they only provide tracking number and they don’t provide receipt. I’ve never seen anything like this before in any UPS store. Receipt from a normal UPS stores say that this is not a recipe in fine print, but it also shows the store location where you drop it off. You cannot find the drop off location in the “receipt” given here. If I were you, I’ll try to avoid this store. It’s worth even driving further 10 miles to a regular UPS store to know that your shipment is in good hands other than in a place where the owner only cares about replying comments. Just from his or her reply, you can tell that it’s an angry person~
Helpful, friendly. No complaints.
**edit**. AWESOME response from the manager made this review totally 100% worth writing!! Rarely do you encounter business owners who are so blatantly out of touch with reality**Next day air saver package was scheduled to arrive today. I went into the store to check progress, and stood about 8 minutes listening to one employee tell another, Im really slow.Kudos for your self awareness, maam. You are indeed slow. Apparently part of the reason for that is that you waste time explaining how slow your are when you have customers waiting right there in front of you.Come on man, I work in retail. Its not THAT damn hard to at least give the impression that you value the customer. Seriously.Anyway I was told regarding the package that was due today, it didnt leave the warehouse. This is slightly inconsistent with package tracking through the Android app which says the package is due to be delivered on schedule. No explanation beyond that and a blank stare. No apology for the late delivery (yup you guessed it, Im one of those unreasonable customers who actually needed the package delivered AS PROMISED. Im sorry I sometimes expect businesses to follow through as contracted. Im just weird like that) no nothing. I was essentially told, you arent gonna get it today. If you dont like it, guess what? We dont care. This is the point where I half expect the manager to respond with, thats not our fault we arent UPS, were just the store, as (s)he did with an earlier review. If thats the plan... Guess what!? Thats exactly why you have SO many terrible reviews. Whether youre UPS or not you contract with them and the name of your store is, um, HELLO, UPS STORE!Stop passing the buck. You ARE UPS, s saying you agent is just a LAME excuse for giving terrible customer service. And you KNOW that people read these reviews or you wouldnt respond to all of them. So you must know somewhere deep inside that YOUR EXCUSES are costing UPS a lot of business.I know I wont be using your service again anytime soon
When I want to send anything they always help me get it done. Good service and nice people.
New Owners - update to follow
Showed up at 3:15 and the door was locked and they were closed. Tried calling the store and no one answered. Also no note on the door explaining the store closure. Store hours on the door clearly state open until 4. What a waste of gas money and time.Wow have to laugh at the response from the “manager” below. No sign on the door, obviously if there was I wouldn’t have left a review in the first place. Both myself and the other woman there checked for signs and there was no explanation. I’ll stick with fedex instead just based on the rude comments below. I think the two star rating on this location speaks for itself.
Always, always rude. I have used this particular UPS store for pre-paid returns for a few years now because the location is convenient, but thats the only reason. Every time I drop something off, its as if Ive ruined their day. Theres never a smile or a greeting from the staff (even though I always smile and greet them) and once they see its a pre-paid return, they act as if Ive insulted them/wasted their time/caused a great inconvenience. Ill keep using this UPS store for pre-paids because theyre nearby, but I would never use it for any service I actually had to pay for.
I have had nothing but positive experiences at this store. The staff is friendly and helpful.
These guys are awesome! Every time I go in there with a return label, they just take care of it. I dont even have to wait! Perfect service.
So I dropped 2 packages off for Amazon return and only one package actually made it. I called the store and they said that I had to call UPS corporate. So I called UPS corporate and was told that each UPS Store is actually a locally owned franchise. So now the store wont do anything about the package that was lost while in their possession. I would highly recommend you NOT take packages here.
I visited this location last Saturday the employee called lynn was there and she tried to give me hard time bc I went there 30 minutes before closing. Never go to this location again.
CANCELLED MY DIRECTV/ ATT SERVICE.Att says drop it off at any UPS store. I hauled all the equipment in to the store. They told me they were not doing Directv returns right now. He explained that Directv was very strict about the box sizes and he was out right now and was not planning to order any in the near future. Lame
(About a month ago)Went to drop off my pre-paid amazon box, asked for a receipt because even though they have tracking, there is no way to show evidence of me actually dropping it off and checking it in. Told that to the woman at the desk (looked like a manager) and she said there is no point because its the same as the tracking receipt in a rude tone... its not the same. Ive dropped off a package at the Ballard ups location with tracking and they never sent it out or misplaced it, and there was no receipt to prove I dropped it off at that location. How about instead of arguing with your customers, take two seconds to give them what theyre asking for.
Ive been here a lot lately to print and mail important documents. Theyre always helpful and nice. Ive even had them get an important package in at the very last minute for next day delivery. Sometimes I combine walking my dog with errands and I come here and tie up my dog right outside. No matter how quick my visit is, she whales and barks outside the door and I get really frazzled and embarrassed. Everyone is always so understanding and nice about it. Im so glad I can come here and not feel pressured or hurried.
This is the worst and the most expensive UPS store in the world, and also the guy that works there has the worst attitude and customer service ever. I hate going to this store, this store puts UPS business to the worse. What I hate the most is that the male person working in store always refuses to give me my receipt after I am doing business in the store. I have to argue with him about the receipt. I stopped at the store this morning and even before I came inside my blood pressure went up just when I thought about that idiot working inside, I knew that he will refuse to give me a receipt. I came inside to drop off few UPS packages. He told me to leave them on the floor and that I am free to go. I looked at him and replied of course that I am free to go whenever I want, but before I go I would like a receipt that you received my packages for UPS shipment. He told that they do not give receipt for that and that I have the tracking number to check about my packages. That is not the same I replied, I want a receipt that I was here and that you have boxes in possession for further UPS processing. He ignored me, and told me again to check my UPS tracking number. When I asked again for receipt he wrote down my UPS tracking number. I believe that this is even illegal in state of WA. Businesses must provide customers with the receipt no matter what. This guy is just unbelievable. Week ago I stopped to send a fax, single page, to local number, he charged me $5.40 for that service, did not provide me with receipt again, instead just gave me confirmation page as my proof of purchase, which is not the same. Today I went to FedEx store, few miles up the road, and sent the same fax for $1.27. Stay away from this UPS store, and I hope that someone from UPS company will investigate this sick UPS store. I do business with other UPS stores and never, never had a single problem, especially with receiving my receipts.
Just went to drop off a prepaid Amazon package that admittedly needed to be taped. My partner and I walk in and are instructed to set the package on the scale. The person who came up, no idea who it was because they were in street clothes with no name tag, looked at my partner like they had a third head until they showed the information from their phone to the ¿employee?. They literally never gave my partner any instructions. We asked for the package to be taped and they handed me a roll of tape and told me to do it myself and they would charge me for the tape when I was done. Only after I asked would they tell me that they wanted $5 for a SMALL roll of tape. The lack of customer service and the “I’ll tell you after you’ve used the product” attitude means that I will NEVER use this location for anything more than a drop off package.Take your business to a different store this one is not service focused.
Great customer service! The employees even took their time to answer any questions I had. Thanks again !
This is by far the WORST UPS store. The manager is rude and seems to be completely unapologetic for deliberately providing poor service to those with prepaid shipping packages. Because this store is a franchise it gets no money from prepaid shipping its just extra work for them for no reward so shes will treat you very ungraciously if your trying to do anything involving prepaid package drop off!
They got a nice little scam going here. Returning an amazon package and you need 12 inches of tape? They offer you to use a roll nearby and then charge you for it. Theres a place right down the road thats worth the 3 min drive.
Ive had a business mail box at this store for 8 years and through 3 moves. Im on the road frequently so Im not the easiest customer to have. The owners have been excellent at watching out for me and my business. So good that even though I now live on the Kitsap peninsula I havent changed stores for fear of finding service nearly as consistent; instead I pick mail when I visit clients on the Seattle side. Glad I choose them as my store. Highly recommended.
I got a package in my front porch last week, my son is constantly ordering stuff so I put IT inside my door and did not bother to open it, my son finally saw it yesterday and told me it was not his so I checked the attached receipt and found out that it belonged to my neighbor, we has the same Address Number but address Number ( a Circle) but his is a Place and mine is Street. My neighbor was not at his house so I was thinking on calling UPS as I came back to work today. Today, when I was just getting into my house from work, a UPS truck pulled over by my house, a Very Rude UPS worker came into my front Porch and in a disgustingly rude manner he showed me some paper sheets and, in an accusingly manner he told me that someone had left a package that did not belong to me and he needed it, I showed him the package, that was still unopened by my front door, he gave me a disgusting look, took the package and left with out thank him me or apologizing for the mistake. I lost a package a few months ago and I was told that it was stolen so I firmly believe now that it was delivered to the wrong address!!. I hope the neighbor did not charged his insurance. And Hope that UPS hold this workers responsible for their mistakes and make them show more respect!
Dropped off 2 prepaid boxes. Lady behind the counter pasted receipt on a. home made flyer that attempts to discourage customers from using prepaid labelsFlyer also goes on to state that it is not the UPS stores obligation to give receipts for pre paid boxes AND demands that customers respect the staff.Wow, totally rude!
The worst customer service. Employees are rude and manager doesn’t even correct behavior, he actually defended their poor behavior. I will never go to this store again. I work downtown and would rather lug packages downtown on the bus then drive 5 mins to this location.
The 2.5 stars shows you how good this place is lol the owner should work on that instead of being a keyboard jockey in the comments. Smiling can do a lot of good for the business :)
This here store tried to rip me off for hundreds of dollars in shipping, packing and materials. They acted shocked and surprised when I said they were overcharging me. I went to FedEx instead and literally saved hundreds. And I thought FedEx was overpriced. This dude was just making up prices on things that were wildly high. $28 for a box that is $10 at FedEx. When I asked why they were so expensive, the man gave me a perfectly reasonable explanation about Box Quality and I fell for it. Dont go here. I filed a complaint with UPS and they said that even though it is a UPS store it is privately owned and they cant do anything about it.
Theyre always nice and prompt whenever I ship packages, they offer to add packing tape if needed for free. Ive never had a problem in the dozens of times Ive been there.
Very good service
This place is a rip off. 1 time I came in for a print job for several papers and this one guy charged me $.10 cent per page I remember. Another time I came in just to print 2 pages of papers and this one lady charged me over $2. Today, my husband came in to have his ID copy in black and white, 1 page, they charged him $7. I am so mad about this and told him to go back in and get his money back. But hes shy so he doesnt want to go back. Im having bad morning sickness with my pregnancy so I cant really go there to talk straight with them. Never in my life, a single paper with black and white copy would cost $7. That lady didnt give him a receipt either. I would look into this matter more....
Every time I am in here the team takes excellent care with my packages, I appreciate working with small business owners.
I come here to this UPS Store because is the closest one to my house. But the Asian lady that owns the store her customer service is very poorly and I dont think I am no longer going to be dropping my boxes I fell for Amazon so there are going to lose a lot of business and Im going to let Amazon know the type of customer service that this lady has very disappointing I hope she gets better later on in life.
The UPS Store has the most helpful and knowledgeable service & staff. Thank you for keeping the quality long term employees at your stores!
Tried to drop a prepaid package off and they refused to take it because their pickup already occurred that day. I wont even ship via ups anymore because of this. They clearly do not regulate their affiliated stores. Go to any FedEx pick up location and they will take the package anytime.
Store employee that I spoke with was abrupt, condescending, and defensive when asked why their process is different from other UPS stores Ive been to. It was not a good customer service experience.
They lost my title I was mailing back to Toyota financial services that was in a prepaid envelope. The woman never offered me a receipt to track it so I could show Toyota, I should have thinked twice but I am used to the great service of the ups back in walla walla Washington where none of my mail ever got lost. Also I can’t believe how the owners responds to customers reviews on here. YIKES!
Not impressed finding another ups store to use this busy Christmas season. Tried several times to use this store for a couple shipments and an amazon return. They were closed the first 2 tries even though their hours online and in their window listed them as open. When I finally arrived whilst someone was there, they were chatting with a large group and unable to help me with anything needing a computer or printer. Makes little sense given I can just order a pickup from ups directly for pickup, we go to ups stores for the extra services like printing and packagingOh well Im sure theres other ups stores that would like me business instead of acting like theyre doing me a favor.
Read the review for this store....and I understand why some of these people pissed off!Because they wanted to be treated like a KING but wanted it for FREE! Understand Service = $$$I came in with few boxes to pack and ship; she gave me all the options before she process everything. I also had 1 pre-paid package and she explained everything clearly why I should not always use those pre-paid label. If people only listen.....Well....I am happy....my stuff all shipped and arrived in the final destination in perfect condition.Update: Just drop off few packages and still liking this place. They were super busy and still they acknowledge every single person who walked in to the store. No one was treated badly or like garbage . I was not going to do another review but then I saw this one review from an angry guy! O....my goodness, being upset and unhappy is one thing, BUT wishing for the Store Owner to go out of Business that is just Simply MEAN AND Uncalled–For. And PLEASE do not use the word AMEN when you are being mean.
So far so good, this is the closest UPS store from my apartment, and I returned a lot of Amazon packages over the years..
If I could give a zero I would. Employees and the manager treat you like garbage! Rude ass girl refused to give me her name and gave a scripted speech why. She also altered my receipt.Do not go here
The staff at this store have always been so helpful, I cant recommend them enough!
Drivers name is Nick not sure he is nick or not but looks like from Middle Eastern or IndiaVERY MEAN AND ROOD AND UnprofessionalDefinitely doesn’t look like UPS driverVery aggressive and unsafe please need some feed back ASAP from management or managerThank you for your time to read this review
Terrible store with absolutely no consideration for their customers. I call at 9:30am and ask if they have a notary. I am told that they will have one until 1:00. I get there at 10:00, and am told the notary just left for two hours...seriously??? Terrible. Ive given them a lot of business, but I wont be back ever again.
Had to return a package using amazon, everything went quickly and smoothly, even helping us pick out the right size box to send it in without purposefully getting an expensive one!
So frustrating coming to this store. Horrible customer service.
Always very friendly & helpful!!!
Didn’t offer receipt, wanted to charge for a small piece of tape, and opened the box to check the contents.
Employees require training
Absolutely the worst customer service!!
I normally get all my packages send from this store and always have been satisfied with their service. Thank you.
Ive used this UPS store location a couple of times now to send 6 or 7 boxes at a time across the country. The guy was helpful getting the boxes out of my car and into the store. Very efficient in processing my packages. I received a receipt with each tracking number and was able to check progress. No problems at all.****UPDATE****SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 5THLooked up the hours for this store. Saturday hours are listed as open until 5pm. I arrived just after 3pm. I told the guy at the counter (young, blonde guy) that I have some things to mail and I need a hand-truck. He said they close at 3pm. I glanced at the clock it was 3 after 3. I said ..oh, the website shows 5pm. He asked how many boxes and I said a medium sized box, a smaller box and some artwork that is unpacked. He said go ahead and bring them in...I said (again) that I need a hand-truck. So I bring in the stuff. Then I get a speech about how I addressed my labels...UPS doesnt deliver to PO Boxes I said yes I know. I also have the street address on the label and Ive brought many packages addressed this way and have had no problems, I said. So he goes through the routine...now, one thing he didnt do is tell me that anything that is valued over $100 for insurance coverage costs extra. Luckily, I already knew this. One thing I noticed, he never closed up the store. In retail, Ive had the experience where if Im in a store around closing time, the person behind the counter will close up while helping me, then let me out and lock up again when I leave. This young blonde guy just leaves the place open and after I left, he didnt follow me to lock up. I even sat in my car to use my phone for about 15 minutes and he still didnt lock up. I think he was lazy and didnt want to assist me. At one point, he told me the boxes wouldnt leave the store until Tuesday as if to discourage me from staying to conduct my business. All I can say is that artwork better arrive unscathed. My previous review stands. The other guy there who is older is friendly and energetic..he always gets 5 stars IMO. This young blonde guy is a jerk and should find a different job. The best part of my experience Saturday the 5th? The jazz that was playing on the radio.
I have unfortunately had extremely difficulty getting a receipt for return packages brought here. They have the WORST customer service and think a tracking number is the same a reciept
UPDATE: I figured the issue with this UPS Store!!!***Original review:I always wondered - why everyone at this UPS Store has to be so rude as nowhere else in the area?! Well, I am not going to investigate this any further - I am tired of this rudeness and quitting my attempts to make friendly connections. Due to the nature of my work since 2010 I dropped off few hundreds of prepaid UPS packages in Marysville, Lynnwood, Redmond, Bellevue and Tukwila (yep, thats the geography of my customer base) and no one there gave me any troubles. Shoreline UPS store is the closest to my home and Ive been here 15-20 times in the same amount of time; today was my last time here - as a customer Ive never gotten that much rudeness in one visit. Its the ONLY one UPS store I avoid, so youre on the top of that list...My advice to you - save yourself a day, please go to other UPS Store.***UPDATE: This review was written almost three years ago and today I checked back to see if anything have changed. Nope, rudeness is still in the air... I drop one star off of my original two-star review. To the Common Sense reviewer who thinks I demand to be treated like a KING for FREE - you are wrong, sir or madam. All Im asking of employees at this place is to treat me like a human being, and not like some sort of faceless unwelcomed disturbance. I understand that you packed and shipped your packages there and so you received KINGs service - thus the five star review. How about us, people who ship prepaid packages for living? The issue with this UPS store is that in the eyes of this UPS store owner we are not customers, but COMPETITION because we pack the boxes ourselves, so ALL EMPLOYEES treat us like piece of garbage (I havent met a nice person here; if you exist - I apologize for generalizing). Think about it - more than half reviewers here gave this place only one or two star reviews; I truly hope you notice the pattern of rudeness employees have exhibited toward many customers who chose to pack their packages themselves.I, again, strongly encourage everyone to go to some other UPS store as a ruined day doesnt worth those few minutes or a couple of miles you may be saving by going to this UPS store. Unless, of course, youre packing your packages here. In that case you may (or may not) receive KINGs service...***To The UPS Store (Owner): I wholeheartedly and genuinely wish your store to go out of business. Amen.***To the Common Sense reviewer: for all we know you could be the owner (or an employee) of this store in disguise leaving glowing reviews for your very own business. Again, more than half reviewers here are unhappy or very unhappy with this UPS Store. The fact that your subjective experience was good doesnt mean that it is always like that. My subjective experience over a couple of years was horrible enough to wish that this business would close its doors. Amen.
Regardless of the awful things people said about this business location! Im glad that I came in and gave this store a chance! Thank you for being so helpful and +
Ive been to this store three times, and the people working there are unfriendly and rude. I will not go back to this place again.
Would like to acknowledge this stores ownership for responsible, competent, and professional service. Thank you.
Only UPS that doesnt provide a receipt for Amazon Returns, when I pointed that out I was told to go to a different UPS... you got it!
Rip off! They charge $2 to tape a box shut, which FedEx will do for free. Also, FedEx is cheaper to ship with, I only used ups because Amazon pre paid the shipping label
Internet was down and my package couldnt be accepted. Extremely dissatisfied.
Wow! The manager of this place is extremely rude and disrespectful of customers. I have been here a few times just for a drop off. She rips things our of your hands, makes snide comments and make you feel like an idiot. I will never go here again.
The workers at this place are rude when they leave you a note to pick up a package when your under 18
Unreliable location! Went by there at 450pm to drop off a box and its closed when its suppose to be open till 5pm.
Ridiculously rude, I cant believe they get away with this as a business
Worst store the owner lady she has the worst customer service
They cant use flash drives...how is that possible
Its 5:55 the sign says open, but it is closed
