I have been having issues with my Ford ranger not starting as scheduled. I call this morning and was told that the dealership was not taking any new customers due to the GOVERNMENTS B.S on parts. So I called and talked to Royal the person I dealt with in the purchase on my Ranger. He told me to come done and we could work on the issue. He didnt put me off with an excuse but fixed the issue now thats CUSTOMER SERVICE.

At first I felt that since we are a small community, that I would be treated with respect, honesty, and that the dealership would operate with integrity. I found out that we are just another sale. The have a good front, thats for sure. Once the sale was finalized they couldnt get us off the lot fast enough! Ford pass-what a joke!!! I was told that the first 3 oil changes were paid for with the points on the pass...WRONG!! My second trip in, I paid...which was after waiting over a month to get the initial points loaded...The young man who helped us (which was nice) didnt seem to know a lot about the vehicle. I found out most of the answers from my niece...After speaking to the assistant manager (since the manager or owner cannot be reached). It still didnt make a difference. Now, I know that my name is not as known as others but it is a small mountain!! To conduct business like they do at SLFord is reason to seek assistance off the mountain!!! Im sure after reading this review, I will receive a nice fake offer....thanks for nothing......I knew I should have bought a Chevy!!
My husband and I were looking to sell our infrequently driven 18 F150 without purchasing another one, which I know not all dealerships are keen on. Another dealer in town lowballed us, so we came here instead and could not have been happier.Bob was friendly and talkative, and they offered us $7k more than the other guys. Sold it on the spot and they sent us on our way with a check. Fast, painless process overall, highly recommend.
I moved up from Buckeye and Jones Ford was my dealership where I have bought two trucks, they bent over backwards to make sure I was 100% satisfied and resolved any issues I had. So far I have not felt the same way with Showlow Ford. However I have only been there once for service and aware that they are short handed but you have to teach your employees that customer service is #1.
Wish I had been told sooner that the F150 10 speed transmission is badly designed. My truck started having transmission problems in the first 3000 miles of use. It even failed on a trip to Phoenix which required a service stop at a Ford dealership prior to arrival .I have no faith in the transmission reliability after mywarranty expires. Based on talking to other owners, my problem is well documented. Ford is aware that the transmission has problems and continue selling a defective product.
Excellent service! They tell you up front what he cost could be so you wont be surprised. They even caught a recall I had forgotten. We even drove up from the valley to have them do the work.
It was easier than I thought. From setting the appointment, dropping off my truck, and getting the call to pick up my truck when it was done.The service providers were professional and helpful. Ill definitely be back

Had seen a vehicle I wanted on Sunday and chatted with the virtual assistant about it and told them I would be there Monday morning, after it was verified that was still there. When I got there Monday morning I had expected to be basically be greeted by someone that knew I was coming and ready to buy. I walked through the door and waited a few moments to be recognized and asked if could be helped. Found out the vehicle wasnt there anymore and showed other higher priced ones, but nothing I liked.
I recently bought a new 2019 Ford F-150 from Matt Williams at Show Low Ford. It was a great experience all around, from the time I drove in to the lot to the time I left driving the new truck. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed, they even helped to entertain my impatient 5yr old by drawing faces on balloons. Matt was very knowledgeable about Fords and very polite. He asked what I was looking for and took me to the exact truck we needed. He was not pushy at all and let me take the time I needed to make my decision. He introduced me to his finance manager Jameson who then went above and beyond in getting us the best deal. The owner Guy Hatch even came out and introduced himself and was very nice and wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We got a great low price on a beautiful new truck. I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase. The buying process was smooth and easy, I went in and signed papers over my lunch hour and was done in less then 30 mins!! I needed to upgrade my old truck. I listened to Bob Fla: (older vehicle with high mileage potential of break down would occur anytime).. i took his advise and now driving a nice new F-150. Requested for 3 items to repair/review FORD recalls. I called on with phone and the service department 1/2 hour before I go for appointment, to shuttle me home for 3 miles. Female told me the critical recall; the main reason, has been deleted. Even though a critical control module has been deleted. The shuttle would not be available since another customer had to go to Concho.My house repair was needed at that time and I had 2 teams and items for me to view on it. Thought I would only need 20-30 minutes to stay back house. The service rep informed me shell be available ...soon. 45 minutes later, sitting in customer waiting room with 1 other customer. Watched 3 salesmen just sitting and talking. Empty repair car stalls. Maybe 3 other stalls and no New cars in lot. MY truck still sitting where I put it in front when was dropped in earlier. I told service rep to cancel it and Im leaving. No other appointment will be sent by me. Ill j ust go to a Good Dealer in the valley.There was another battery issue I talked to SL FORD service rep 1 month before and would cost $375 for an upgraded new battery. I just recharged my same 4 year bat the next day and has been fine for the past 2 months. Be careful.
I made appointment for 10:00 showed up 25 min. early my problem, was taken care quickly as far as paperwork but it was 10:35 before they took my car back for service oil change.
We were looking to trade in my 2020 Corolla for a truck. Soon as we parked a wonderful salesman JOAQUIN HUMPHREYS met us and we told him what we wanted he was so nice not pushy showed us different trucks that had what we wanted. Being a woman I didn’t want a big truck so he showed us what I would like and all the features. Got what I wanted for my trade in. I’m loving this truck. Love this place. Had a lot of catch up work done to our 2010 Raptor. Including having a block heater installed. Came in 200 bucks under the estimate and with my veterans discount it was almost 400 off. They took really good care of us.

Went to Show Low Ford for the very first service on my vehicle. Overall, the service was performed in a reasonable amount of time.The three stars is for the small details that set dealerships apart from others. Some may dismiss this review because it dings SLF for the small details. However, go into almost any other Ford Dealership and you will see that they go above and beyond to make people comfortable while waiting for their vehicle to be serviced.1. My appointment was the first of the day. I left about 1.25 hours later. At no time did an employee brew any coffee for people waiting in the lobby. If you are not going to brew coffee, then remove the machine.2. SLF has a guest wi-fi network, but the people I spoke to did not know the password. If you are going to have a guest network, the password should be given out by the service advisor.The small things as mentioned above set great experiences apart from mediocre experiences.

While the staff has always been very polite, we took our 2017 Ford Explorer Limited in to have the Heating/Cooling unit repaired in the front passenger seat. They did not fix it. We took it back and they said it was fixed this time. It wasnt. They told us our brakes did need done and we agreed. They put on new pads, but halfway through our trip we had a bad vibration and found out they did not turn the rotors with the brake job. Had to take it to a service center and pay for that. We took it back for a 3rd time and they finally fixed the seat, but still have never responded to why they didnt complete the brake job they told us we needed. Again, nice people, poor follow through. Never going back.

DO NOT TAKE VEHICLES HERE FOR SERVICE OR REPAIRS!! I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. We had just bought a used, vehicle from a dealer in the Phoenix valley. Upon getting it home, we decided to get the oil changed since we didnt know when the last one was done, and we noticed it could use an alignment. Show Low Ford was the only place that could get us in on that day so we took it there. After our new car being there a few hours, they told us the oil plug hex was rounded so they couldnt get the plug off. They said the plug could be stripped, and the only option was to replace the entire oil pan for around $500. Then they told us our sway bar was bent and needed to be replaced before we could align the front wheels, and would cost a little over $700. All being said, it would cost us around $1,200. We decided not to leave the car there for the repairs. They still charged us $122 for a new oil filter, but no oil change, rear wheel alignment and labor. The next day, I got the oil plug off myself with vice grips, got a new plug, oil and filter from Napa, changed the oil myself for $43, and have had no issues since. I took it to a local shop in Pinetop a couple of days later for a second opinion on the alignment issue. The second place said the sway bar was perfectly fine, and looked relatively new since it was a 2018 vehicle, but needed a new tie rod on the front passenger side wheel. They mentioned there was no way Show Low Ford aligned my rear wheels because there was no evidence of anything recently being adjusted. The 2nd place replaced the tie rod and aligned all four wheels for around $200. Shame on you Show Low Ford!
My first buying experience with Show Low Ford was in 2011. In April of 2011, my wife and I purchased a 2011 Ford Escape Limited. We left feeling very good about our total experience at Show Low Ford. A few months passed and we returned to Show Low Ford and purchased a 2011 F150. Once again the transaction was a pleasant experience.Over the course of the past nine years I have frequented Show Low Ford for service and parts. From sales to service to parts, you are treated like a valued customer. Most of the time, Guy Hatch will walk out and greet me.In May of 2020, my wife and I traded the 2011 F150 on a low mileage 2018 F150 King Ranch. Royal Deal was our salesman. It was effortless to make this trade. Royal has followed up with me after the purchase and offered his assistance with anything related to my purchase.We are Show Low Ford customers for life.

If I could put negative stars I would. I had my car serviced at Show Low Ford because they were the nearest dealership in Northern Arizona. The only reason I took it there was because I expected a recall. The issue wasn’t covered under recall and I should have taken my car and gone some where else. Instead I let the fix it. I took it in on Wednesday they said I would have it 2 days later. 2 1/2 weeks later I finally got my car back. While the “worked” on my car the broke the handles for my windows, broke one of my wheal covers, broke the cover on the drivers side handle. A couple months later my car completely dies while I am driving it. Turns out the max airflow box was not bolted on. I have talked to multiple mechanics and they all said the same thing the bolts won’t fall off on their own. All signs point to showlow Fords inept mechanics and service dept. Avoid this clueless hacks at all costs. It will save you time and money.

We visited Show Low Ford looking to possibly purchase a new Ford Escape but we were became quite impressed with the Edge. Our salesman A.J. was very professional and low key. He suggested that we test drive both the Edge and Escape but we were sold immediately on the Edge and purchased it. A.J did an excellent job of getting us a fair trade-in on our 2013 Hyundai and putting together a good transaction for the new Edge.

Purchased from private seller and had Show low Ford go thru truck to see what needed attention. All checked out well, paid and went on my way. The next day I discovered the windshield washer is not functional. A little disappointed something so simple would have been overlooked.

Service department needs better customer skills, that’s where cars get sold cause after the 3 hour sale.....Short story is I needed the code on the door for a used car I recently purchased from another dealer. After the song and dance of an appointment and cost and how long it would take I said no thanks.Got home and after 5 minutes on google 1 minute YouTube and 2 minutes in the car I had the code.Now if the service manager had taken the two minutes and showed customer service before the nickel I would think you guys were the best place in the Southwest but to the contrary I would not go back for anything and will certainly not recommend you.
The salesman was great. 5 *s however the overall experience was not so great. It takes too long, there is no bargaining and I was not to happy with everyone going into a room and secretly plotting how to get me. I know that there is a psychology to sales. I just want to get a good deal. I got an OK deal but I was expecting better. It is my fault because I have a bad heart and can not hang long.
The showroom sales staff were all awesome. It took me some time to get the deal that I thought was fair but in the end everyone was happy. I would highly recommend this dealership for new or pre owned vehicles. You may even get to meet one of the owners like I did, that ultimately sealed the deal. I will buy there again!Mike S.

Terrible experience at service dept. Took F150 in for the works which includes oil change, tire rotation etc. They neglected to do the tire rotation, said they couldnt find lug key. (I had placed it on the console, it would have bit them if any more visible). I asked the service rep if I get any discount since they didnt do the rotation (labor intensive operation). He told me it was a package price, no discount. I then ask for the service manager, same answer from him but he offered to bring the truck back in and do the rotation which I accepted. During this experience I had askedfor a quote on 4 new tires. He told me he couldnt get me a price at the time but he would call me later. He never did. I am buying new tires at another location. Thanks Show Low Ford. I used to really like this dealership and bought and serviced both my trucks there but NO MORE!

I payed a diagnostic fee to have them diagnose a problem and they couldnt figure it out and wanted more money to diagnose it. I also went in for a very minor coolant leak and when I picked my truck up, it was a much worse leak. It was spraying coolant after bringing it to them. I dont know what they were doing but they made everything worse and wanted almost $3000 to do nothing. It was a VERY poor experience. Will not be bringing any vehicle there again
Worse service center ever!! They couldnt fix my 2002 explorer and still charged me almost $1000.00 ! RIP offs! Hatch brothers must be proud of ripping people off!

Bought a car from and found out why they wont give you a warranty the hard way. got the car and it turned out it was way past due for a transmission flush, brake pads were worn down and the rotors were warped. driver speaker went out and found out it was from soda being poured down inside from previous owner. changed the spark plugs and the wrong ones were installed. they detailed our car when we bought it but still had bugs in the dome light. took it in for a recall and still had the same issue.....never fixed it. dont have your car serviced here and dont buy a car from here. they dont have a competing ford dealership near so they dont try to be great. only the best in the white mountains cause theyre the only ones.....sad. never buying from them again.
