Lies. Does not do Covid testing like the website says. I tried for 20 minutes to get it to come up on the cvs site as a place to do an appointment. It says there’s none in 100 miles. So I called and again was told they do not do it. Their website is false advertising.

Go absolutely ANYWHERE else on the mountain. Their phone system continually hangs up on you when trying to call and check on prescriptions. Some of the pharmacists are incredibly rude and take out their frustrations on their customers. Theyre uncaring of newly discharged hospital patients missing important medications that could led to serious side effects. Closed unexpectedly on a Thursday, just save yourself the misery of dealing with them. The support staff is great though.

Avoid at all costs. They are completely inept pharmacists. They have no clue how to fulfill prescriptions or resolve issues with orders. If there is a problem it is completely your fault, not the doctor, not the urgent care, not the insurance company, its yours. It doesnt matter that a person used their insurance card the previous week and cvs made the mistake running it. Get out and come back when you, the customer, can sort out the issue and do their job for them. One star for all the jokes that you will hear the hour and half youll wait. They have a good time behind the counter. Dont feel uncomfortable that your eavesdropping on their banter, they completely ignore you. Its as if your not even there, almost invisible.And avoid at all costs the female in the photo I have posted. You have been warned.

Pharmacist did not call to get my prescriptions transferred. Called previous day to get my prescriptions transferred. The next day i went in to see they were available, a female asked around, no one could remember if they spoke with me. The pharmacist said ask Gwen or Karen, she said whose Karen, oh I hire people all the time, shes from Taylor. I was fixing to leave, he said i have it right here i havent had time to call, it takes 24-48hrs. If he called me Karen thats not my name its a slur nor does it take 24-48hrs to retrieve my medication. One is a blood pressure and thank you for being so professional and helpful that your concern and help was extremely ineffective. I left, went back inside and said Ill find another option. Im a traveler from another state and his behavior is unacceptable.

I went to this CVS to get an antibiotic while on vacation. They had the prescription ready but didn’t have my insurance on file, so I gave them all the information and they said my insurance had been terminated. After 15 minutes of them telling me it wasn’t valid I called my insurance company who said they couldn’t even see that it had been run. So, I asked the pharmacy assistant to double check the numbers and re-run it which she reply to with a snarky “yeah I’ll re-run the numbers” and rolled her eyes. Then after waiting for an entire hour there they finally said they called my insurance and said it had been terminated. Finally, I just left, had my doc call in the prescription to Walgreens and had no problems with my “terminated” insurance there.

I went in to get a covid vaccine there wasnt any other customers in the store I was told by the pharmacist that I had to make an appointment online and come back. I live in Vernon and work 6 days a week and dont have alot of time to spare I dont understand why they couldnt just give me a shot it doesnt take alot of time to perform the shot, with the demand of getting the shot diminishing you would think they would have given the shot. You can get it at Walmart I heard by just walking in no need for an appointment. Not impressed with these employees at this store!!

Called on Friday morning, Sunday evening at 5:30 they are still not done. My husband called in on the physician line and they quickly filled them in 15 minutes! Maybe if they spent less time yacking they could actually fill scripts. I am going elsewhere!😩

What a nightmare. Unfortunately I use CVS in Phoenix so it is more efficient to keep my account consistent. They never answer the phone. You are on hold for 30 to 45 minutes. Your scrip is never updated in the app. When you are in drive through you wait an hour with 6 cars in front of you. The Covid testing has taken priority. After completing a helpful survey suggesting ongoing concerns with my last 3 visits the manager reached out through email and promised to call but didnt. When I responded to her email it was an invalid address. A poor excuse for a Pharmacy and obviously horrible management and responsiveness to customers.

They really do work hard and try hard to help at the pharmacy.They get a bad rap because medications, insurances and doctors are awful to sort out. It can be frustrating but it almost is never actually CVSs fault.Yesterday I had a great experience getting medications and flu shots. I feel like this CVS does a great job at quickly filling your prescriptions when you are in the store.

They only got 1 star because I HAD TO! This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Its the worst excuse for a pharmacy I have ever seen!! I dont think they know how to answer a phone, or just dont care to! Someone from the corporate office needs to come up here and CLEAN HOUSE!! They need to FIRE EVERYONE and start fresh!! I would be embarrassed if I worked in this pharmacy! It makes me LIVID every month!

Here for flu shot. That is going well.Wife says the ladies restroom is filthy and I can say the mens room was bad too.We have mentioned this to management in the past. Seems to be getting worse not better.This is a pharmacy not a good appearance for a business we relate to health and cleanliness.

Wait times are rediculously long!!! On the phone and in person. Was told my prescription would be ready at10:30am. Went to pick up at 5pm and there is no record of it. When I told the girl at the window she said “ well I wasn’t here this morning”.

Absolutely horrible service. Told me to come back in 2 hours. Came back and waited in line neatly 2 more hours. Wanted to charge $60 for a $10 prescription. Said they might could do a discount but Id have to come back tomorrow.......after wasting 2 hours in line and a couple of trips across town.

Frankly, I am disgusted by this place never in my life have I experienced a business that refuses to answer the phone I was on hold for 45 minutes. Finally went in and waited another 45 minutes. Then they told me that their was nothing they could do to help me. They need to shut this place down. Its absolutely unacceptable.

Prescriptions are never ready, have to wait hours in the store or in the car to get them. I called in a week in advance. I have been told they are two weeks behind in filling all prescriptions. This is the absolute worst place to go. The bright spot is Noah the pharmacy tech. If they are that busy and backed up and the place is a disaster, what is preventing a medicine mistake? Like a broken record same old excuses every time I go in. Just a ticking time bomb.

On hold with the pharmacy for over 30 min. with no response! Pretty much the same kind of response when I show up in person to pick up meds. There are 4 people at least working in the pharmacy. I am going to try Walgreens and hope the service is better.

This has to be the worst organized pharmacy ever. One time they filled my prescription under a different Danielle. Last names not even close. They NEVER have my mother in law’s life saving medication ready. She will call in the refill and a week later they still don’t have it done. Then they say it’ll be done at 1 pm and you show up at 2:30 and they haven’t even started yet. For those of you on Medicaid or Medicare. It is NOT the only pharmacy on the mountain that accepts it. I highly recommend transferring your prescriptions to White Mountain Pharmacy. Not only is their customer service amazing, but you’re also supporting small town America instead of a big corporation.

This is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with. Will not answer phone calls. I get a text our meds are ready for pick up, after waiting in line over 15 minutes they are not ready for pick up. Called in a prescription, said it would be ready in two days, 5 days later still in process.Very disappointed.

Calling as a prescribers office to make adjustments to a medication and, as of the writing of this review, I am still on hold for >25 minutes. Longest Ive ever been on hold with a pharmacy. Ive even called from my cell phone to try and get in while the office phone continues to be on hold. So, if you are a patient and wonder what is taking so long for your script - now you know.

True Story:I was driving to CVS to pick up my prescriptions but wanted to call and make sure they were ready As I begin my drive to CVS I called and was immediately put on hold. I remained on hold for the entire 15 minute drive. At CVS picking up my meds I watched as phone calls came in, were put on hold, and NEVER DEALT WITH. The entire time I was there, the 3 pharmacy staff I could see were NEVER on the phone other than to place people on hold!That is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for their customers time.

I am appalled at the lack of competency at CVS Pharmacy in Show Low. Having used CVS in Flagstaff for over 7 years, and thinking the transition of scripts would be seamless, I was in for a BIG surprise. The CVS Flagstaff Pharmacist even had to get involved, and Show Low still couldnt figure it out. CVS has lost me as a customer, and as most marketing experts know one dissatisfied customer influences at least 11 others.

Ive been upon this mountain for 15 going on 16 years in July. I was faithful to Walgreens unti cvs opened. I left because their employees are sideways rude in the pharmacy. They are short tempered and impatient with customers... it wasnt just me I watched them with other customers. they have young people that dont care. They have no finesse or customer service skills! The 1st day that cvs opened up I transferred all my perscription to them I was so happy and I told CVS why. I also told Walgreens pharmacist why he said he was sorry to see me go Add ask me to reconsider he said he would talk to the employees. I knew it would do no good and Ive been at CVS since the 1st day they open AI love that store I love the employs I love the pharmacists I love the pharmacist assistance they are all very polite and they genuinely care about their customers!😊 Kathryn Durand

I moved up here from Mesa on the 10th of this month and Ive never waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a med until now...Whats the problem CVS-Showlow Ive been filling at CVS for over 10 yrs and only waited less than a minute down in the valley...Not a happy customer at all
