Super clean facility and extremely friendly and helpful employees. Hot food case was completely full, hot dog roller full as well. The Payson Maverick could definitely take a few pointers from this place. Plus, free RV dump! Easy to get into and out of especially with big trucks and rvs. Highly recommend this place!

I love Maverick but this location has pretty nasty restrooms they are in serious need of a major scrub down at a minimum and possibly a furbishing.Every time Im there I can see cobwebs, stains on the floors and running down the walls.

I stopped at this station on my way to New Mexico.The first pump wasnt functional, so, I pulled up to another and, went inside to pay.The total amount was, $29.00.The next day, I checked my online statement and, was shocked to see a charge of $100.00!Either they have had skimmers put on the pumps, or, they have criminal employees.Ive stopped at this station often......never again.Oh, Im filling a fraudulent charge report, too.

Drove 15 miles to fill truck gas tank for the upcoming work week and all of the pumps are off line 7:00 am on Sunday morning. Went down town and had breakfast came back and waited till 9:00 am, pumps still off line. Im a regular customer here and almost always have trouble with the pumps.

Quick visits to get drinks are always pleasant. The store portion is always clean and well lit. I love that I can buy ethanol free fuel here to use in my ATV and older cars.

Stopped for diesel in my personal truck and couldnt get four different pumps to work properly. One pump wouldnt allow DEF selection (selector screen stuck in flashing loop), one wouldnt allow diesel selection (didnt display on selection screen), and one wouldnt read any credit cards (Maverick claims to allow personal cards at the pump, unlike most truck stops Ive been to that are restricted to fleet cards). Got a store employee to authorize the last pump, was able to pump diesel but not DEF on the same transaction (unlike real truck stops), then it took multiple card swipes before the card went through and I could pump the DEF (wasnt going back into the store to stand in line again). At the pump that limped along, the receipt printers didnt work, so I took a picture. While there, four different people couldnt pump either, due to varying issues (two of the pumps I hadnt tried yet), so odds are slim to none on having a smooth experience. Now, getting home, my credit card has been charged $200 along with other pending charges...for a diesel and DEF fill under $100. About to deal with the credit card fraud department now; the charges locked out my account for fraudulent activity.

Do not recommend this place if your using credit/debit card. They charged us twice on a gas transaction. Then held the money for 24hrs. Went to talk to the manager Cassie, she was very uncooperative and rude. And she did it with a smile on her face.

Actually I work as an employee at this store. Management is actually good at this store. For those wondering about the extra charges, it is simply a preauthorization of 100 to 125 dollars that falls off in a couple of days. So if youre on a fixed income or temporarily have limited funds, DO NOT ask the cashiers to open up a pump, or you will be reauthorized 100 to 125 dollars extra. Have in your mind a set amount of how much it would take to fill your gas tank, and you will never have to worry about this issue. Or better yet, just use cash to fill your gas tank. It is the easiest way to avoid problems with debit or credit cards. Have a nice day!

Worst maintained gas pumps and card readers I have ever been to. Very poor management. The pumps are always out of paper for gasoline receipts.

Every time I visit this particular Maverik store I have to take my card inside to pay. The pumps will not accept my chase debit card.

Terrible customer service seems like the manager is always in a bad mood or stressed out. I never see her working out on the floor with customers. Her son seems to take all the cashier hours as he is there 24/7. They have asked us to leave while we were in the middle of unclogging our RV toilet using tgeir RV dump because we were taking too long. Calling the police every single time we show up to dump which used to be on a regular basis until they started to make my christian family leave by calling the police to keep an eye on us. TERRIBLE UNCALLED FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMRND THIS PLACE ANYMORE. This place is getting worse and worse and their restrooms are always dirty and the mens restroim has been leaking water for weeks and tgey dont seem to care when you tell them. Gross! The picture of their sandwich counter does NOT look like that everyday and they have wrong prices up. And lots of missing prices. Terrible management decisions the way this place is running

Bought a California Club sandwich for the ride to Alpine. Had to stop outside of Springville and purge. Stomach hurt bad. Experation date was scribbled out and rewritten.
